The stay would have been very good except for the automatic light in the bathroom. It is not good when you need the toilet during the night and the light comes on automatically - it is too bright and disturbed our sleep.

« Quiet Hotel »

The hotel is quiet, located near the tram and shops. The reception staff and the restaurant bar are very nice and always available to help. On the other hand, the cleaning service leaves a lot to be desired, when I leave the no disturb sign hanging, they entered the room and cleaned. Another day I didn't have the sign, and they didn't go in to clean up. But come on, the hotel is quiet and okay.

I went back to this hotel as it had a very good restaurant. This has changed. Prices have become too expensive. With the budget I have as a sales manager, I could only have a main course and a drink. Choice on the menu is limited too. I was there for 2 nights. Lowest price for a starter was 6 EUR (a quiche for the 2 evenings...). Other prices for starters started at 12 EUR. That's far too expensive ...

Usually it is a good stay over. Everything is functional. Breakfast is too boring due to the standardized meal overall in IBIS chain.

« A bit out of town but excellent tram service »

Very adequate hotel currently being facelifted. Good staff, very attractive restaurant/bar. There is an excellent tram system from right outside to the centre of town (about Euro 2.25 return pp) It runs every minute.

« Overly priced fir a crammed small room »

Very poor Dirty smelling Room Room so small, it was unpleasant to even be in the room other than to just speep the bathroom, not enough place to sit on the toilet oil without hitting the wall, Although non-smoking room, the room definitely had been smoked in several times. Room is so small there is nearly no way to move around the room

« Excellent, but!! »

Very nice staff, both friendly and helpful. Very clean throughout hotel. Super breakfast, variety, quality and plentiful. Coffee and fruit given also for our journey. Dinner on the other hand was thrown onto the plates (no presentation whatsoever). Poor quality, had salad with runny goats cheese on bread, either rock hard or rubbery. Chips were cold and certainly not freshly cooked. Certainly not Master Chef standards or anywhere near. Hotel let down badly with evening meal.
