« Couldn’t find the hotel in the dark. »

We arrived at the hotel after dark; the hotel was impossible to find as it is not signposted from the roundabout and the gate does not have good enough signage on it to be able to see that it’s the gate to the hotel in the dark. We only found the hotel by asking directions from someone who we were lucky enough to see outside his house that late at night. You must improve your signage to the hotel from the roundabout! Everything else was fine, thank you.

« We arrived late but were treated politely and fed even though the restaurant was nearly closed »

We were late arriving at the airport but were welcomed by staff and had access to restaurant. A good nights rest and belivered to the airport promptly the next morning after a good breakfast.

« Classic Ibis experience »

Small room without ventilation, old carpet and decoration, sticky tv remote-control, noisy room (due to the door that lead directly to the neighbour room), poop from the previous person in my toilets. All these points reflects a classic Ibis experience, so I am not disappointed, expect for the price 135 euros is a bit expensive for this quality of service.

« I almost missed my plane »

All the service / room was fine. However I ordered a shuttle to go to the airport : I paid 5 euros. They told me to wait in the entrance. The shuttle was at 7:30. I was in the entrance at 7:30 and the shuttle was gone. So I paid 5 euros for the biggest sprint in my life ... Absolutely non professionnal, all the more so since I was on the listing

« The hotel is fine as a stop over for the airport »

It was generally fine - I was not impressed with on line booking - I wrote at the beginning about parking whilst we were away and had no response - and then when I wrote replying to the email confirming the booking it turned out that it was an email on which the reply to was non-existent and this was not clear. Eventually I managed to find the phone number and telephoned the hotel and got the information I needed. Subsequently I got an email about checking in on line - which I did - slightly puzzled as to why you said you were taking 80 euros - and also at the hotel it did not appear on the system immediately although it did come through in the end and the final charge for the parking was 30 euros which was fine. And another small gripe - when we arrived we booked the shuttle and were told 5.30 was fine - we were two minutes late and we were told the shuttle had gone - in fact it was just going and could have been stopped and we were told we had to wait. It was all ok in the end - but it would have been possible to ring us and see whether we were coming or not - and also to have warned us that there were others for the shuttle at 5.30.

No problems at all, even if finding the access from the roads around airport was a bit hairy. Would definitely use again. THe Courepaille restaurant attached is OK & reasonable value, but its not a gastronomic experience.

Friendly, hotel fits for purpose in that area, very nice food. I loved in particular 2 things, breakfast that starts at 4:00 am and the apples offered in the reception

Have only good things to say about this hotel Not the fanciest, but good value and close to the airport (€15 taxi fare maximum) away The staff are always courteous and helpful and speak English as well as other languages We stay here whenever possible when flying out from Toulouse
