Good rooms, service and food. Need to know more about packages. For instance, parking package with shuttle to the airport is very good value. Is the same available at other airports such as Bordeaux.

Hi, it is not the first time I sleep in your hotel but this time my experience was not nice at all. I was given room 136 which is actually a room for people with special needs, so both toilet and shower were quite uncomfortable to use. But the major issues where that I found hair on my pillows and that the sick was broken, it leaked water and I ruined my business suit in the morning cause of that. Also, there are no tissues, just toilet paper, and the bed with head towards the corridor made me wake up any time someone went out --> very badly designed room. Anyways, thanks for the cordiality of your staff at breakfast, I appreciated that a lot. Kind Regards, Andrea

Satisfactory experience. Quiet atmosphere. Could sleep well. Room clean. Very nice breakfast. Suggestion for improvement : decoration is not really up-to-date. I am not too fond of brown and orange (too dark), neither of the very colourful walls with urban paintings. I prefer neutral light colours.

« Compact and basic »

Overall not the best quality hotel for 109 euros a night. I have spend 25% of that price in a uk travel lodge and had more space and better facilities. Breakfast was ok however no real warm food items apart from eggs. IBIS real is becoming a budget hotel over all. Not to mention that this IBIS is truly dated on its fittings and decorations in the rooms.

« Stay is OK, but there is scope for improvement !! »

Like all IBIS hotels, no toiletries, only a big tube of soap. Normally most hotels provide a small pack of body lotion etc, but not sure why IBIS doesn't do. Plastic glasses, considering everyone is going environment friendly, not sure why they persist with plastic. Room was OK and the breakfast, paid EUR 9, was nice. Room service is mainly focused towards meat eaters and vegetarians get a raw deal.

I do really enjoy the service and breakfast time but really the rooms are not at the stand I was expecting. No electrical plugs close to the bed. Bathroom cleanless questionable Quite cold in the room although ACS was on.

« travel with work for 2 nights »

The hotel is very basic, there was no kettle in the room or way to have a hot drink or indeed any water in the room. As I arrived at 22:00hr I did not want to go to the bar on my own. On the second night the restaurant would not bring my evening meal up to my room and I had to go an collect it from the restaurant. The toaster didn't work properly in the restaurant. However the hotel was very clean and tidy and the staff were friendly.

As is the normal with IBIS, the rooms are simple but purposeful. However, the rooms start to show their age and a renovation is needed. Especially floor-paneling is showing cracks and parts missing. Furthermore, for a normal size northern European, using the toilet requires some human folding action to do so. Staff is friendly and helpful. Breakfast ist good, however dinner in the evening could be better (of the IBIS restaurants I've used, this one is below average).

Clean, warm and convenient. The only slight negative is that Customers must be advised that when they book the shuttle, there will be a 5 Euro charge. This is great value, but there was no indication in advance that there was a charge.

« Nice employees but rooms and dinner not at expectation level »

My room was very little, no phone, no plugs for charging the phone near the bed, one light was not working. The room was cold when I got in. I had to switch on the heating. There was no welcome leaflet as well. I had no information available in the room regarding wifi. Dinner is a bit expensive comparing to the quality of food. Good point : employees (very nice) + possibility to take dinner in the room.
