The room was too hot 26°C to Sleep since the heating was on and could not be turned off. Airconditioning for cooling was not available. Due to the fact that the hotel is next to the motorway the window could not stay opened either. We had to stand up 3-4 times each night to open briefly the window.

Everything was up to standard but the dinner which I think was overboard and tasted like moosh . Not the standard that I'm used to in Ibis

the pool wasn't very clean- the swimming pool area was full of cat litter the rooms are very clean- as always in ibis. also, even if i was silver client i do not receive the welcome drink ( first time in a ibis hotel when i do not receive it)

Super hotel team, well organized and welcoming. The rooms are kept very clean and the housekeeping team are the best I have ever come across. From reception to the restaurant staff we were made welcome. The food in the Ibis kitchen is lovely. The hotel is compact and 'bijou' with nice decorations and comfortable seating. We have stayed in several Novotels and a Mercury hotel and this Ibis hotel was the best experience for us. This is the best hotel in the Accord Group and the Accord staff could learn a lot from this Ibis hotel in Salon de Province. We stayed four nights with breakfast and three evening meals. A big thank you to the staff !

The staff went above and beyond to be helpful! I had trouble with transportation as I was traveling alone without a car, and TWICE staff members drove me to/from the train station when I was unable to get a ride and in danger of missing my train. Bravo!!

The reception staff was friendly and very accommodating. They gave my (quite elderly) father a room as quickly as they could. That was much appreciated. The cleaners were also kind and very flexible. We had returned to the room in the very early hours of the morning and could not wake up that easily on the Sunday (late) morning but they were kind and did not rush us. Exactly what we needed. The weather was extremely hot and the pool was very pleasant. Thanks!

room ok. when I call the hotel to ask which stop bus to select to the hotel they told me to call the city tourist center to get the information. specially that I gave the 3 stop at salon de provence and the one was only 700 meters of the hotel.... the restaurant was close when I check in due to sudden issue with the cook family. if not check in ok and room ok.

We have stayed often at the Salon Ibis, but this time we had a hot spell, and the AC took several days to fix, unfortunately. Normally, we love this hotel.

We were travelling with three dogs to see my son and his family in his newly purchased house in Salon en Provence. As we could not stay with him we chose an IBIS hotel as we know that they are dog friendly, nice and welcoming. We were not disappointed and enjoyed our stay.

Very friendly and efficient reception on arrival. Automatically switched us to a lovely disabled room to make it easier for my wife to use the bathroom facilities. After a long tiring day we opted to take dinner in the hotel rather than search for a restaurant . Not something I usually do. It turned out to be an excellent decision. The buffet dinner was very good, excellent selection and quality and very reasonable price.

The personnel at the hotel were extremely pleasant and helpful. Dinner and breakfast were both excellent. The bedding was very good. The only reason I didn't give the overall rating a ten was because the highway noise from the autoroute made it difficult to sleep. I need to either sleep with window partially open or with air conditioning. Unfortunately, your hotel does not provide A/C outside of certain seasons. With A/C our stay would have been perfect. We woiuld definitely stay at your hotel again if A/C is available.
