I wanted to mention the reception staff who were extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel itself though suffers with poor soundproofing, we had a room with an interconnecting door option (which we werent using) and could hear the people in the other room talking. Also noise from the corridor when people walked past. The air con didn't work either so room does get warm. Otherwise room was fine for a 3* and the beds were comfortable.

Very nice reception and in general kind workers. Clean rooms with beautiful view. Good breakfast. Located 5 minutes from the metro train and a from one of the big streets at Vienna.
