Very basic accommodation, but clean and the staff were very polite and helpful. Check in and check out very easy and quick, which was great! I was in for just the night, so adequate accommodation for the purpose.

I stay at the ibis 2-3 times a month for last 5 years. The staff are always amazing and food in restaurant great. I’ve never had a complaint until my last stay on 8 Dec. My room smelt very musty / sweaty. I did not ask to change rooms as it was late when I got to hotel I was tired and was aware the hotel was busy. I’m hoping on my next stay on 15 Dec my room will be as it usually is with no bad smell.

« Catering department needs a shake up »

Had booked the half board deal online, didn't get given ticket for dinner and breakfast at check in until i asked for it. Presented it when i ordered dinner and it wasn't returned to give in for breakfast, staff member said "you don't need it", when dinner arrived the starter and main where brought to my table together so one part of the meal was going to be cold before i could eat it, spicy chicken wing starter and lamb shank main. I ate the main before the starter.

Stayed 2 nights and on one of the status, the door lock gave some problems and I was inconvenienced as it was tough to get the technician to help open the door and manage to keep it open when I went to iron my clothes. The towels were also a little run down

Room was small but comfortable - good value for an inexpensive hotel. The food at dinner was surprisingly good, better than I have had in hotels that were much more expensive. Excellent lentil and chickpea dahl, quick friendly service.

The staff are lovely but the room was not update like other rooms I stayed in at this hotel. The towels were hard & scratchy & the pillows were lumpy & uncomfortable. I was only here for 8hrs before my flight TG!
