« Terrible. I would never ever again will book a room at one of the AccorHotels. »

It was a nightmare and very humiliating experience thanks to the manager Ms. Angela Lopes. I booked (I prepaid the room) a room with several weeks in advance as a gift for my brother and his fiancé and Ms Ángela Lopes did not allow them to stay.

Novotels are respected for the reputation and great service. In Lisbon it is not an exception. Great service. Comfortable location - 10-15 min from the airport and 10-15 min from the city center on the taxi. 10 min walk from a station. Thank you, no regrets.

« No longer a real Novotel. Avoid. »

We have been staying in Novotels for many years as we traverse France. Also we have stayed often in Novotel Lisboa. Our recent experience is of a mass tourism processing hotel. Terrible restaurant (once was enough) and the breakfast experience is awful. Some of the staff indifferent and inefficient. Especially the Brazilian lady who checked us out yesterday. No way we will stay again.

Good family hotel for short stay in Lisbon. Although the Hotel was full and we had to wait for a table to have the first breakfast of the year, the staff was very professional and took care of the overcrowded area very well. The bedroom needs some improvements ( e.g. the tv signal was very bad and noisy).

I always stay at Novotel but this time was a mess. The room was dirty, he toilet was filthy, the air conditioning was noisy and after paying my stay in cash, o got charged on my card as well and didn’t get it cancelled yet.

The rooms are small unlike other Novotels. TV is tiny. We had multiple issues and had to call reception 4 times after check in to ask for the basics to be corrected.

Handicap Room - Poorly design Wifi - slow No tissue box in room, only managed to get a box onthe 3rd day Check out experience - rude staff in front office Firslty I made a mistake on the Rooms should be 215 & 224, I said 244. When she saw my kids, she started to ask for their ages; and question on my payment on city tax. Told her a gentleman already collected city tax upon check in. She insist I did not pay city tax and wanted prove. Told her I can't locate the receipt, she can check cctv upon my check in. Another lady staff came forward to interven and apparentally city tax not collected on the last night.

Positives - location, safety, breakfast, room size. Negatives - Daily Room cleaning- the water glasses were not cleaned nor replaced, one small window, poor ventilation, light switches did not work properly (were loose), no daily refill of water in the room.

Who is the author of this architectural idea to put just a small window to 3 meters wide wall? It's really very claustrophobic!! The room itself and the bathroom are very good - big and clean. But, the size of the window - disaster. Breakfast -- very good, but expect a lot of people during pick hrs in the morning. Staff at the Reception - very friendly and professional. Price was very good, but, there are better options to stay in Lisboa.
