Convenient location (underground station 5 minutes away) and the hotel is very nice. Rooms are oviously very clean, staff absolutely friendly. The restaurant is more than OK and the prices (both restaurant and hotel itself) very measured.

Enjoyed the stay. Room was very comfortable. Breakfast spread was very good. Afonso and Marcella at the reception were very helpful. There was too much noise from the street in the first room allotted to us but Marcella was super efficient in accommodating our request and transferring us to another room on a higher floor. That indeed was great customer service.

I really liked the room. Lots of space and big bathroom. Loved the bed. What a comfortable mattress! Receptionist was very friendly. Only downside was the time it took for the water in the shower to get warm. I had already given up and started to have a cold shower when it finally got hot.

The hotel was quite basic for a 4 star. Also there was no one to assist with luggage which can be very difficult if you have 8bags in total. The bathroom had a stale smell and the rooms were quite dated. The location was good and close to town but otherwise a very basic hotel

Didn’t feel like I was a Accor member. I was placed on the 2nd floor right next to the hotel central aircon compressor so it was really noisy. When I requested for an iron, I was told to self collect at the front desk. The aircon in the room also took a Long time to cool the room down. The wifi was also extremely slow.

Everything is superb however it will be good is you include the breakfast cost as per of accommodation. Also when paying accommodation cost i uses the organization visa card and when checking in the reception wanted to see the card which i dont have. My advice is please let the user know your policy clearly. The information/email will be perfect.

This Novotel needs an update, old furniture, uncomfortable beds, curtains with holes, lights not working properly.... Its way below the normal Novotel standards

Being a Accor gold member is no privilege for Novotel Lisboa.

The privilege being a gold member we’re not applied referring to the room guarantee. Therefore I had to leave the hotel for one day to go to the Holiday inn and come back the for the remaining days of my stay. Total stay approx. 2 weeks. I had to show the people behind the reception what the privileges were and I showed it 4 days in advantage before the date the room was not available. No solution was given neither a kind of gesture. As I had booked for two rooms both rooms needed to be left because of fully booked. Very disappointed how they were dealing with this problem and that the personnel don’t know the Accor privileges. Upgrade to the next room category, which a suggested as a kind of sorry gesture wasn’t possible. Only for 2 days and than I had to change rooms again. I denied this.

It was a nice experience, the hotel is quite centrally located with the station sete Rios close by for easy access to central town. The zoo was an added advantage if travelling with kids. The breakfast was good with a wide variety of selection and tasted good. Overall good.

Stayed for a night at the end of a business trip to Lisboa. Standard property. Nothing exceptional. Service standards could have been better specially the over priced restaurant. The time to check-in was very long - suggest online check-in.

Front desk doesn't answer the phone. Floor carpets are dirty. Need replacement. Housekeeping extremely slow for supplying towels . Third bed extremely uncomfortable. Breakfast was good.

We arrived hotel at 11 am. Requested for early checkin. We were asked to come back by 1 pm. Came back but the room was not ready till 2.50 pm. The standard checkin time is 2 pm. We could not make it to the bike tour at 3 pm that we scheduled. They were no apologies and they did not make it up for this mess. The breakfast was amazing though! I was loyal to swissotel group of hotels but this experience will make me think twice before I book my next stay in accor.
