« Very good stayed in Libon »

I choose this hotel because is not so far from the city centre and the airport. I stayed in Novotel in São Paulo Brazil and I liked very much. The price Always is good and the acomodations of the hotel is fancy. Very nice hotel.

Infrastructure is a bit old, need a re-decoration recetly. One Cafe service lady was very nice, while others are either impatient or intrusive.

« Good price/quality »

The room was big and comfortable. Services are basic, but the report quality/price is good. The only negative experience was that the bath of the bathroom was not cleaned properly and I didn't realized it when I took the room, but the day after when I was about to take a shower and I found hairs and the soap of the previous client. This is something that hotels need to pay closely attention. Then the bathroom was cleaned properly and the staff is very friendly and listens our concerns. Overall a good experience-

« Good hotel for short stays »

Good sized room, staff at reception really nice. However, the room was too warm and the air conditioning didn't work properly. The waiting time at the restaurant was too long, we fed our baby hoping that our food would arrive soon. We ended up leaving the restaurant without being served and asked our food take away.

The room was badly smelling - carpet was dirty and bathroom with sewage smell . The heating was not working properly, without chance of controlling the overall temperature. Too hot.

There were some problems with the room temperature. A/C seems to be not working properly. Too warm in the room during the night, as a consequence- no good sleep. Me and my colleague also had some stomache problems after having a dinner in your restaurant. Cleaning ladies seems to be not able to pay attention to a „please do not disturb“ sign.

« Not our first stay and it won’t be our last either. »

Great hotel, great location and friendly staff. Our first night stay on the 22nd was great minus a few mishaps with the restaurant, the second stay starting on the 26th wasn’t as great but acceptable. The rooms sofa bed mattress wasn’t as comfortable, pillow case just fell apart and there was sticky stains on the carpet. I didn’t complain or make issue with it because the hotels honesty in returning a very expensive item my son left behind days before. Thank you again.

« Great hotel, but room was too hot »

The room was nice, big and clean. However, the temperature in the room was way too high for comfortable sleeping. When I asked what I could do about this I was told the only thing I could do was open a window. For some reason this didn't work very well altough it was the middle of winter. Breakfast was great, with a good selection of all sorts of food. The neighborhood is not one you stay in to have fun. It's not a bad neighborhood, but there is nothing to do around the hotel. However, it's easy to get to the center by subway.

Novotels are respected for the reputation and great service. In Lisbon it is not an exception. Great service. Comfortable location - 10-15 min from the airport and 10-15 min from the city center on the taxi. 10 min walk from a station. Thank you, no regrets.

« No longer a real Novotel. Avoid. »

We have been staying in Novotels for many years as we traverse France. Also we have stayed often in Novotel Lisboa. Our recent experience is of a mass tourism processing hotel. Terrible restaurant (once was enough) and the breakfast experience is awful. Some of the staff indifferent and inefficient. Especially the Brazilian lady who checked us out yesterday. No way we will stay again.
