We book this hotel for a romantic weekend in Lisbon. The hotel is near to metro but the main disadvantage is the super noisy environment. Every 3-5 minutes there is a plane flying at low altitude above the hotel. This is very very unpleasant. The first room had an issue - there wasn't hot water. I asked for another room and they proposed a similar room on the same floor with more or less normal temperature of hot water. Breakfast is the only positive experience at this hotel. The last day, I asked the receptionist if it is possible to prepare for the two of us a small package with breakfast, as it is usual in other Accor hotels. He informed me that there will be at 04:45 a small table with food, cereals and coffee ready for the ones who leaves the hotel at early hour. When we went the next morning, there was only coffee there. The lady at the reception was rude when I asked about the normal meal I was informed a day before and she went to the kitchen and has bring a package of biscuits. Therefore, we spend in the wind two breakfast for which we pay hard earned money. What a shame Novotel for experience! Therefore I would not recommend to anybody to stay at this hotel. Avoid it.

« Very good value for money, friendly staff, lovely food, good localization, I would stay again »

I spent 6 nights. Was impressed with room making Staff, how quick and prompt they were. Loved to have fresh sheets and towels every day. Restaurant had tasty food - freshly prepared - at moderate price. The long was not long too. The waiting Staff and bar Staff with great command of English and very nice and friendly. Receptionists very nice and smiley. Breakfast was fantastic with lots of choices. It was so nice that fresh pastel de nata vere served. All in all I had a great experience and think of coming back with my family. Thank you

Business-like hotel, no luxury but no big issue to complaining. The hotel and room are clean but need soon some kind of updating. TV on room is very small and room AC system keeps noise. I need turn it off during night. Hotel is located under Lisbon airport landing path. If both of windows are not closed, plane sounds come very loud to inside. On my room someone has left outside window open and I didn’t notice that before I go to sleep. I wake up middle of night to big noise and notice not so nice thing. If you want close outside windows you need special tools that you can first open inside windows. There is sticker that call reception if want open window. I don’t want call during night on pyjamas to anywhere... So, I try sleep rest of night pillow top of my head.

A good hotel, conveniently situated close to the metro underground. Great breakfast and room was clean and spacious. Novotel are of consistent quality and the Lisboa was as good as others I've stayed at.

Efficient reception of pre-booked accommodation followed by good meal in the Bicycle Restaurant and a good night's rest in a comfortable bed. Only problem was a rather poor connection to the Internet.

The stay was good, only the bed for the kids was awful. We ask to improve, they Friendly tried but can not. The hotel was located in a very good area, near dowton. The restaurante was very good the price was avarage.

In Lisboa for short business stay, Novotel Lisboa was perfect for this purpose. Pricing was reasonnable, breakfast excellent, room more than ok and staff very kind. When back in Lisboa, will probably stay in Novotel again.

We had a nice stay in htl Novotel in Lisbon. It is located nearby metro station and about three stops to the downtown. The big department store El corte Ingles is about 500 meters away from the hotel. The breakfast in hotel was just great.

« Plesant hotel in good location with helpfu and friendly staff. »

We stayed 4 nights in the Novotel Lisboa. The room was clean and off reasonable size. The bed was ok, but for me and my wife the pillows could have been better. The breakfast was very good with manifold dishes. The hotel has also a very good location, close to two Metro stations. Not more than 10 minutes by feet to Sao Sebastiao, where Starbucks at El Corte Ingles invites for a stop over, or to Parca de Espanha. Overall it was a nice stay, which we will definitely repeat.

We stayed at the Novotel Lisbon for 4 nights in Jan '18. I found the staff extremely helpful and caring. This was the first time in Lisbon. Special thanks to the lady who checked us in and gave useful information about the city and how to go about it. Due to a health issue, we had to go to A&E on one of the nights. I would also like to thank the gentleman working the night shift, who helped us with the hospital information. Unfortunately I don't know any of their names. Overall it was a very pleasant stay and I hope to come back again.

Spacious room, friendly staff and near to the metro. One of the best hotel breakfasts we have ever had. Unfortunately the room was very stuffy with no ventilation and now window to open. If the room had ventilation, the overall rating would have been 9/10

In 2017 I stayed in this hotel 6-8 times with more than a month of total duration. In general typical Novotel, w/o any extra luxury. Swimming pool is open during the summer time. Gym room is ok for 2-3 people same time. Breakfast is quite good (only fish was missing). Restaurant is not bad except management style - they do not serve you, they dictate you the rules you should follow. If you're getting executive room (9th floor) - you should expect WiFi problem up to not working at all. Reception doesn't care (or doesn't know how to react), so you may need to have your skype / whatsapp calls on the lobby area. Location - 20 minutes taxi drive to Park of Nations. During summits - better to use train.
