« Nice hotel, wifi is very slow. »

Our stay was very nice. Good rooms and breakfast was very good. Staff was very friendly. But the wifi is way to slow.

Room was as expected, it was clean (apart from the bedroom carpet which was stained and well worn). Bathroom was spacious, shower was lovely and room service was great quality, though twice they forgot the drinks. Best feature, the restaurant. Breakfast was really good selection, well prepared food and lots of it. Lunch and dinner options were good value and the quality was first class

Location: Close to city center. The metro station is around 7 mins of walk and city center is 4 stops away. The hotel is clean and well maintained and has all facilities one need. Breakfast was superb and choices were pretty good. Staff behavior also very good. I however didn’t provide excellent ratings as I was not given enough pillows. We were three and had just three pillows. When I asked for additional pillow, I was told not enough stock.

« A real gem »

Novotel Lisbon is a four starred hotel about a 5 minute taxi drive from the centre of the city. I have stayed at this hotel many times over the past 15 years and the thing that I like most is they are constantly upgrading their facilities. The bar and restaurant area has undergone a lot of changes in the past 4 years and on my visit last week both were packed each night. The hotel has an excellent buffet breakfast every morning. The room are well up to standard for a hotel of this rating and are spacious enough. Finally the hotel has excellent staff both at front of house and in the bar and restaurant. Novotel Lisboa is a hotel I always look forward to visiting.

1. Towel rack is broken, full of dust inside, it is easy hurt the user especially for kids. 2. Shower Pedestal is loose, Shower head always move when you have a shower. 3. The two doors of Closet do not fit, and it could not close well. 4. The paper cup for coffer machine is high, can not use. Just like a decoration. 5. Bathroom roof do not flat like repaired, that is why I find odd smell when I first move in. I have to open the window but too much noise. 6. The window is dirty. 7. When first night I wrote an e-mail to the manager Margarida Bento, But NO reply. Poor service!

Thank you for the experience. I really appreciated my stay in your Hotel. You have an efficient team with a proactive and discreet attitude. The only thing that I disliked was when in one of the days I felt a very strong tobacco smell inside the lift. I presume it is forbidden and in this case maybe you could have a kind of sound alert to intimidate the smoker and make him to stop smoke there.

Comfy rooms, wonderful staff and a luxurious atmosphere made our family’s week in Lisbon unforgettable. The breakfast buffet, great choice of a la carte meals at ‘bicicleta’ restaurant and high speed wi-Fi complete the great value for money of this hotel service package. Can’t wait to be back here.

I choose this hotel because is not so far from the city centre and the airport. I stayed in Novotel in São Paulo Brazil and I liked very much. The price Always is good and the acomodations of the hotel is fancy. Very nice hotel.

« Good price/quality »

The room was big and comfortable. Services are basic, but the report quality/price is good. The only negative experience was that the bath of the bathroom was not cleaned properly and I didn't realized it when I took the room, but the day after when I was about to take a shower and I found hairs and the soap of the previous client. This is something that hotels need to pay closely attention. Then the bathroom was cleaned properly and the staff is very friendly and listens our concerns. Overall a good experience-

« Good hotel for short stays »

Good sized room, staff at reception really nice. However, the room was too warm and the air conditioning didn't work properly. The waiting time at the restaurant was too long, we fed our baby hoping that our food would arrive soon. We ended up leaving the restaurant without being served and asked our food take away.

The room was badly smelling - carpet was dirty and bathroom with sewage smell . The heating was not working properly, without chance of controlling the overall temperature. Too hot.
