I was given a key to my room only to find it wasn't ready. Then I was given another key. When I went to that room it had a case and belongings in it. The final room was rather precariously placed at the edge of the stairs. The lift was out of order. Thankfully we are a reasonably fit but really not what I expected on my birthday treat.

« Convenient situation in a clean hotel. »

The hotel was trying hard and was clean with well trained staff the breakfast was very good. The situation of the hotel was central but was close to a homeless centre which attracted some unusual characters. There was no danger but they were intimidating for single women.

« Great location, small but clean rooms »

Generally good with efficient friendly staff. Rooms are a little small but they are clean. Breakfast room was cold but breakfast itself was nice. Did the job for a short business trip.

« a reasonably priced compact hotel »

it was alright for the price I paid. however I called the ibis number to enquire about the room I stayed, the man who answered the call mistakened my booking for a single/single bed room. eventhough I paid for a single stay/double room. this had spoiled my friend who would like to join me from Africa. I only found out when I arrive at the hotel that I could pay the differences and have my friend staying with me. We were robbed of 3 days great quality time together. The staff at the hotel were nice and accommodating. However the information when a client book your property, should be more accurate? I dont know if you can fix it.

I liked the hotel in general. Staff is very polite and helpful. Great breakfast. The room was too small. Only one electric socket working. Shower cubic too small, shower head too low and not working properly. The location is perfect.

« It was ok but not very well! »

The young lady at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. Her college though didn’t know if there was a phone number to contact the front desk or what that number was. The breakfast was good and the lady taking care of it was really nice and friendly. We didn’t have a fridge in the room and there were no English speaking tv stations. The housekeeping staff were very loud and kept banging in the next room for too long. The toilet/shower door couldn’t get shut! You can reach the metro (Republic) or the train station (Paris north) or a bunch of food places with a very short walk. Looking back, it’s good please to stay for a short while with a acceptable price. But we still haven’t got our guarantee money back ;)

« Needs a refreshing - closer to 2 stars »

Worst Accor Hotel experience so far. I've been extremely disappointed, the ceiling was so low in the bath that we had to bend to be able to take a shower. The room was extremely small, not much storage, the room old and the wall next to the window had mould. Same in the bathroom with the towel hangers not properly fixed and the extraction system not cleaned in a while. When we left, the receptionist wasn't receptive when we gave the feedback or she couldn't understand as she couldn't properly speak French or English.

« Great Location »

Great location, breakfast was good (more options for vegetarian/vegan could be good). Room was comfortable and bed great, but the shower cubicle was too small, I could not bend to wash my legs. Also no one checked who we were when returning to the hotel and asked for our room keys, could have been anyone.

« Good location but disappointing accommodation. »

The location was good but the hotel is desparately in need of updating. The door to my room did not lock firmly and had pieces of wood broken around the lock. The bathroom was extremely small. Breakfast was very good with lots of things to choose from.
