« Excellent Location and Service, Good Breakfast, Room could be slightly refreshed »

Pros: -The staff was excellent and friendly -The hotel location is great near the metro and at walking distance from the city center -The breakfast is good value for money Cons: - Room Keys need to be dropped at reception every time we left the hotel - The room needed to be refreshed seriously especially the bathroom and the bed

« Good location but disappointing accommodation. »

The location was good but the hotel is desparately in need of updating. The door to my room did not lock firmly and had pieces of wood broken around the lock. The bathroom was extremely small. Breakfast was very good with lots of things to choose from.

The hotel was perfectly situated for my weekend plans. Pictures of the room were true to reality. Comfortable bed, clean premises and a nice breakfast buffet. What else?!

« Good value for money »

Hotel is on very good location, breakfast was good (my advice is to introduce eggs in some shape – boiled, fried etc). It was relatively cold in breakfast room. Beds were comfortable, radiant heating was OK, 2 lamps next to bed didn’t work. Stuff was very kind (especially Russian speaking young lady). Entering and reception is more like you are in hostel, but OK. Generally we were satisfied and we think that price/quality ratio is good (for Paris) All the best !

« More like IBIS Budget, needs urgent renovation and upgrade of everything »

As Gold Card member have experienced many Accor hotels, and previously have liked the IBIS Styles price/quality -relationship. But not for sure here because the hotel felt like very low key hotel, a very torn out IBIS Budget but with much higher price. The carpets everywhere are very dirty, the cleaning everywhere is bad and the room itself was very poor. Especially the bathroom was in bad condition. The breakfast in most IBIS hotels is actually quite good and especially at IBIS Styles hotels within the IBIS chain. But not here. Low quality. With small improvements the experience would have been so much better. Would not choose this hotel again before a proper renovation and upgrade of everything possible.

It was a good Hotel, but and old one. The Bathroom was very small and the Toilette was uncomfortable for tall people. The Bed was big, that was realy great. But the Room was very small. But quiet.

« Not as expected »

The hotel is outdated , the rooms needs renovation and the A/C wasn't cooling . Basic facilities like coffee boiler/safe box/mini bar were missing in the room. The elevators had problem that it couldn't go to ground floor as they were waiting for some spare parts to come from Spain (per the receptionist ) , so I had to carry a 23kgs bag to the first floor to take the elevator to my room in the 5th and I already have back issues . The 2nd day of my stay I asked for an Iron , it was broken and instead of ironing my clothes I ended up with my dress damped in water and I had to blow dry it with hair blower in the room and ran late to a business meeting with creased clothes. The only positives is the smiling & friendly receptionists and definitely the location, everything else was disappointing .

For information, in the middle of October month, A/C is OFF only heater is ON because of seasonal period, it is th reason why it was not working. It is really cold now in Paris. Facilities in room are not include in 3 stars hotel room standard in France but we do provide some at reception for free and unlimited. « Mixed feelings »

Rather disappointing. The room was not as nice as the one shown on the website. The lift did not work which was a problem as I have mobility difficulties. The bed and the bathroom were clean but the room otherwise was shabby (damaged paintwork, walls and fittings and dusty curtains) and the air conditioning did not work. Not up to the standard of the many Ibis hotels I have used in France. I will not be coming back.

« Elevator broken every day »

room small, the price was really high, breakfast was missing a bit internationality as for example a couple of slice cucumber and more cheese. The elevator was broken and we had to walk with luck, until the first floor but the handrail of the staircase was broken in several places.

« Nice clean and welcomed nicely »

Upon arriving was really nicely welcomed. The room was quiete, clean and nice. The bed was really comfy. I just found the layout of the room a bit strange since the table by the bed was st the opposite side of the plugs so had to put the phone charging on the bed. Not a problem but i was surprised to have to leave the key at the reception when going out to (ie going out before coming back to the room)
