My stay was like home from home. I was made welcome throughout my stay and my stay was enjoyable and relaxing. The staff are friendly and helpful and the rooms comfortable with a tasty breakfast provided. I find the hotel represents excellent value and is well located wit good travel conce tions. I usually stay twice a year and my experiences are always positive.

Tiny room with a great location

+ Good location + Good breakfast - Tiny place - I am 165cm myself and could reach the ceiling with my palms. The shower is even lower... I could not imagine anyone taller than 180cm taking a shower in there.

Stay was OK. Breakfast could be better. Access to breakfast is not fair for old people

I invited my partner on a stay in Paris. There were two very embarrassing elements to the stay: 1) The shower was so small that he had trouble getting a shower and 2) We could hear every word the german guests in the next room said - in the morning and in the evening (and they talked a lot!). I thought Accor was a sign of quality, but not in this case. It was embarrasing. You should close this hotel or upgrade it.

The hotel was adequate for my expectations. I was a little surprised at how one of my local friends was treated when he arrived to bring me an extra bag by one on of the staff and I didn't like how I was treated suspect in that regard. The room was cozy, but the toliet seat needed to be fixed. Other than that it was a nice stay.

Our experience was terrible. After paying for a 3 star hotel we got, at most, a 1 star. Our room was full of cracks, terrible shower, extremely low ceeling and so on. Not only the room was dirty but the comon areas as well.

old building

very old building,already from the entrance, the stairs, the bathroom , ectecte crap breakfast room, not enough place and noisy lift door in the first floor needs a bit additonal effort to open building with potential , would need a lot of investment to make it a nice hotel

Good, but it had the worse accor hotel room that I ever stood. Room in general to little, with no minifridge.

I didn't know that I would find a room without mini-fridge. All Accor hotels that I stood in Brazil had it, I thought it was standard. The fact that on the checkout day I went walk and when I come back 10am (i had time until noon, 12, to do the check-out) they have taken all towels and leave me with none displeased me. I wanted to take a shower and could not, and I had time yet to that. Did they think I would steal some towel? And no fridge in room and in the reception when i asked for some soda they wanted payment in cash . In Brazil we got and pay all in the checkout. You need to be more trustfull to your guests. It makes me consider my option of ever be guest in Accor hotels. When back in Paris, I will not take this hotel again even if it is the cheaper. And i asked for a late checkout, my plane was 19h I wanted to stay a bit more, a couple of hours , I know it would cost me, but they said it was not possible. Au revoir , never more in your hotel.
