This hotel is well run, clean and very convenient for Nice airport, which is a 20 minute walk from terminal 1.Dinner and breakfast were pleasant and staff excellent.Access by car was not easy due to the road layout nearby.

« Good have better service at the bar area, also shuttle service to airport would be great. »

The room was fine and clean and well organized. The bathroom was clean and shower was actually good. It would be nice if there was an external terrace near the entrance and the service at the bar could be better. Reception desk and bar service are combined by one person, that is not always useful.

« Ibis Aeroport Promenade Nice was convenient and economical, but 15 years ago during my first muched week lng stay, it provided a much better art de vivre to guests - bathroom cosmetics, better menu, and mor frequent chang of bed linen. »

Starf were very helpful, sincere and charming. For a long stay guest the dining room is too bare and basic to be bearable every night, and the menu is certainly too limited for an enjoyable weeks dining. Breakfast great. In the bedroom, the matress so comfortable. BUT there was only one bedsheet on the bed, and if you felt too warm during the night there was no cover if you threw it off you. Really not good. Too pared down, with no thought for the guest. One night I couldnt sleep under the duvet, so i slept between the matress cover and the sheet. But in the morning I found that the matress cover was filthy, and there were large dark scabs of dead skin on it. How this escaped the attention of chambermaids/housekeeping i do not know, or standards of supervision so low on the work of the chambermaids? I will never stay in an Ibis hotel again becaus of this most unhygenic exprience.

« Nice airport promenade »

The hotel is nice getting there was an unpleasant experience. The ride is too short the taxi did not want to take us and no hotel shuttle. We had to walk 2.5 km. The stay itself was nice.

Our visit was so short, we got a good night’s sleep which was the most important at the moment. The bathroom was clean and the beds were comfortable, the pillows as well.

They pre authorise me 5 nights plus extra and then on top of that charged me the full amount of 5 days instead of do the completion of the pre autho, I was told no discount for drinks for Accor bienvenue card I asked for some cutlery for food and I could See it was not polished Not really much brand standard

My wife and myself were very ucset and concerned as another couple were allocated the same room as us and when in bed this couple entered our room with the room key allocated to them. My wife could not sleep at all!! We never want this sort of thing to happen to us or anybody else, please look at your allocation systems!

Having booked the hotel based on two criteria (distance from airport and air conditioning) the air con in our room was broken and we had to change rooms at 2am due to the heat. It had been 34 degrees in Nice that day.
