The Good points; The hotel location was very easily accessible by foot from the airport and extremely convenient for access to the tram service to the rear of the hotel The Bad points; Our room was seemingly infested with flies! I spent the first 45 minutes on entering killing at least 8 before I could settle down to go to sleep and then a further 4 or 5 in the morning. As we arrived late at night I was too tired to complain about the situation to the front desk. On check out it seemed pointless to mention it, as the person on reception was tied up trying to deal with a guest and we had already endured the night.

On this trip I only needed a one night stay, at a reasonable price. This objective was satisfied very well. The room was comfortable, clean, with all the facilities one should expect. Location is very good for tram and bus services to and from the airport and the city centre. Check-in was speedy, as was check out. Brakfast was absolutely fine. I would stay here again.

Not well signposted and difficult to access from Promenade des Anglais when driving from the airport. Outside area near reception very untidy. Needs attention by a gardener to remove weeds etc.

Difficulty for a handicapped person alone to go to the parking . The person must take his wheelchair takeit out of the car go to the pad to hit the access code go backto his car pu5 his wheelchair back and then if it’s not tolate getin theparking

As a member of Club Accor I tried to book on line and after going through the whole process I was asked if I was a member. At this point I could go no further as the system would not permit me to confirm that I was. I decided to try it again later in the hope that the problem would be resolved and again I had the same problem. The only way I could move forward was to say that I wasn't a member and I would like to join which I did and then had to fill in all the forms again, given all my personal details including credit cards etc. By the time that was all done, the second attempt to book the room had disappeared and I had to try a third time. When I finished that I got a message saying that I had already made this reservation and a confirmation would be sent to me. No reservation confirmation ever arrived and a week later, when I was passing by Nice airport I dropped in the make sure there was a reservation. Apparently there was one, but I had received no confirmation of this. Eventually I arrived to discover that the rate that I had been offered - Euro 265.00 was not available as that was only when the room was booked on line in advance! Whats the point of it if it is actually impossible to book on line. I had to pay in advance and the room I now had to pay Euros 299.25 for the room. When I asked how I could get into the car park I was told it was full. I was already very fed up and as I started to get more irritated one of the receptionists said, more or less, if I don't like it I can go elsewhere! Luckily for her the other receptionist called Crystal (Crystelle?) saved the day. She had been the girl I had seen when I went to the hotel to confirm the booking and was aware that I had had a lot of trouble. She eventually offered to give me her parking space in the car park (!) - not sure about the staff priorities here, but when in the car park I saw that there were several spaces available. I could give me much more detail of incompetence and wonder whether there is a manager of the hotel, because at some point, if there was one, he/she should have intervened. I might add that more often than not, when I have complained about your useless on-line booking system, the staff to whom I complain ALL say it is much better to call the hotel directly. But what happens when the site gives on rate and the hotel another. In the past, when I have had these problems I have simply gone elsewhere, but this time was different because I did not have to time ands not familiar with other available hotels in the area. A bad experience and a lot of water time. By the way, am I again a member of Accor twice over? This has happened on several occasions before . Also, Under the field of how I booked the room, there is no where to say how it was actually done, so what I put down is incorrect. Also the question about whether I am member of Club Accor is unanswerable correctly.

Overall, my stay was fine. Would have been nice to have been warned about building work going on.

It's a decent hotel. Rooms were spacious and well equipped. Breakfast was quite nice too. The hotel is very close to airport and a simple tram ride gets you there in minutes. There was quite of bit of renovation going on that kind of spoilt the ambience a bit

Enjoyed our one night in order to be at the airport for an early morning flight. Check-in was super easy although we needed to try several rooms before we could find one in which the A/C worked. It was a Sunday and no maintenance person was on-site (although they claim that they will fix any problem within 15 minutes). Well, they did - in a way. The front-desk person was extraordinary - Her name is Crystel - and she patiently and efficiently made sure we were happy with our room. She is very charming and an asset to the hotel. She turned what could have been an unpleasant stay into a very good one.
