« Beautiful city of Nice »

I have this hotel because i had an event to watch at Stade Allianz Riviera. The hotel is very close to Airport (20 min walking distance) and has a good position in the Stadium neighbourghood with bus nr 95 and 59 station in front the hotel. Is a small and cosy hotel and the beach is not far from there, also has good walls and you cannot hear noise because of the airport activities. The breakfast was basic, i loved the pancakes (crepes) and madeleines.

« Manager changed my reservation »

I reserved a bed and breakfast package for one night close to the airport. The manager who checked us in changed it and deleted the breakfast in return for the long cal taxes without asking and without telling us. When we went down for breakfast in the morning, they declined us. It was embarrassing and i had to show my print out of the reservation that clearly mentioned bed and breakfast. Also they have two tiny towels per room, not enough for two people to dry out after the shower. Bad.

THIS HOTEL IS EXCELLENT, WELL ORGANISED, CLEAN AND THE PERSONNEL VERY FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL. THE BREAKFAST WAS ALSO GREAT AND RICH. THE ONLY COMPLAIN WE HAVE IS ABOUT THE CLOSET THAT WAS VERY SMALL AND NOT COMFORTABLE TO PUT OUR CLOTHES, IT NEEDS IMPOOVEMENT I THING. EVERYTHINH ELSE WAS GREAT. THANK YOU FOR YOUR HOSPITALITY. The entire staff was great. Made recommendation s that made our stay enjoyable. Made arrangements for travel to the airport when we checked out, and the young lady early that morning offered to make us coffee while we waited on the taxi. Very well done.

The room and the bathroom was clean. However, room needs to be paint. The wall looks pretty bad. Lot of prints of shoes and baggages. The early morning service was just decent. Sometime, nobody at the reception, which means you need to wait even to go out of the building.

Staff at the hotel was so rude and unhelpful, that I was amazed that they are actually allowed to work with people/cusotmers. GIrl that was making the check in made it her duty to make people's life miserable and she even did it with a smile.

I did fast check in and out online but still had to re-do everything on site. Room smaller than advertised and not like pictures (shower instead of bath, et cetera). Air conditioning didn't work.

the room was nothing like on photo. I was staying with 2 yo son and it was smelling like an ash tray. the balcony outside was so dirty I couldn't even look.

Booked via accorhotels.com 3 friends travelling together, looking for a 3-bed room. According to website, room was available, but we were unable to book it, as all attempts ended with an unspecified error on the website. Contacted the hotel via email and was told that no 3-bed rooms were available. Why did they then show on the website? We then decided to book a 2-bed room and a single. The single went fine, but the 2-bed room, which showed as available on accorhotels.com, gave us the same error as with the 3-bed room. Another mail to the hotel and we were then told that no 2-bed rooms were available either, even though they were showing on the website. So we ended up booking a double room instead. I'm staying 30-40 nights a year in Accor hotels and book them all via the official website. I have never had these kinds of problems before! When we eventually arrived in the hotel, I asked the consierge for a 2-bed room instead of the double room. This was available, but we would loose the ocean view. So instead she offered us a 3-bed room - the very room type that we had tried several times to book from the beginning, only to be told that this was not possible!!! At least the consierge was very accommodating in cancelling our two original bookings and giving us a 3-bed room instead. The hotel building in general could need a thorough renovation.

the staff is great like always is. the room was nice, bathroom is spacious and clean. very comfortable beds. good position: short walking distance to airport terminal 1 and you can walk (15-20 minutes)through the city also. bus station just in front of the hotel.

Online check-in made arrival at the hotel extremely quick. The hotel room was fairly basic, tea/coffee making facilities would be a welcome addition though. The room was comfortable and I had a good night's sleep. The breakfast in the morning was delicious, offering a variety of continental breakfast options. Check-out was also extremely quick with the online check-in facility. I'd definitely recommend a stay here, as it's close to the airport, and will stay myself in the future as I have done already over many years.
