Location is good as I was in Paris for business and not leisure. Really benefited from Metro station few metres away. I feel Hotel needs some renovation and the staff needs to pay more attention to guests and improve on customer service

Comfortable room, good location, comfortable bed. There is no coordination or efficiency of the staff at the reception, and with this i had additional costs. In wanting to make a reclamation staff tell me that this person was a practicant. In my opinion the hotel should not delegate certain responsibilities to a practitioner or if they do not know should ask to another , before making clients lose money.

I loved the breakfast and the reception 24/7 available service, but everything cant be compared to leave paris with terrible bites on my arm and shoulder! It was my first visit to paris and i wanted everything to go perfect but your hotel uncleanliness ruined it! Whether its the unclean mattress or bed sheets or the whole room as bedbugs spread easily and i hope that it didn't go inside my luggages or anything! Not a good experience at all.

The Concierge staff were superb. While waiting to ask a couple of minor questions I witnessed them resolving delay issues with about 3 separate families, including language issues. The restaurant was terrific. My son and I used the restaurant on both our nights and for breakfast. I am pleased to complete a review after finally getting email links. I am back home in Australia.

Nice location when visiting Paris. Close to metro line 1 and with views of the Arc de triomphe and the Eiffel tower. We were really well received when checking in. Room was well insulated from the traffic outside and mattress was excellent. The breakfast buffet was providing a wide range of food that can accommodate any dietary needs.

Personnel avaialble, courteous, helpful, responsive. Very good room service and ancillary services ( e.g. to have additional coat hangers, an iron and a board, et...) . very nice environment ( it is the 4th time I have a room with a view on Paris). Conveniently situated. Only caveat: the two ladies working in the little cafe/ restaurant are not very affable or helpful.

During this stay at the reception desk, I learned that my fidelity card went from Silver to Standard. And the stay before, I went already from Gold to Silver. On the website I am still silver and I am a regular guest of Accor. It was not possible for the person at the reception desk to book the points of the stay on the silver card (he could on the standard ?). Anyway, for me it is not clear whether points for this last stay are now booked or not, but this way of course, I am continuing to loose points. At Pullman, I am still silver. Thanks.

They delayed to pick us up for check-in. The room is too small for 4 people, even being 2 children. Few options on the restaurant menu, which forced us to make an order for outside food. We were very poorly attended for breakfast, and the attendant informed us that we should go to another room for coffee. I asked because the difference of rooms; she told us it was for the price. We were then disgusted, as this is not on the information on the Hotels.com website. Few options, the attendant of this room "2nd class" was poorly educated, worse than the first attendant of the room "elite." Please, train your personnel with Brazilians, on how to attend people. Your service in France is terrible, and please, inform clearly in the websites the difference between coffees room.

We arrived one hour after the advertised check in time. The front desk clerk tried to tell us that our room was not yet ready, and offered us a free room upgrade however this offer was then rescinded.
