« Lovely hotel »

Very helpful and welcoming on reception. Checkin and Checkout was great. Asked in advance for an iron in the room and it was there. Thank you. Good bar. Restaurant food was also good. I'd stay here again.

« OK »

the room was too hot, changing the temperature made no difference. Shower head was broken facing into the wall so had to hand hold whilst showering. I did have a room with a view however the windows were so dirty it looked like it was raining. Fridge contained 1 bottle of water ? as you not near any shops I don't understand why its not a stocked mini bar.

Standard good Novotel experience, rooms location great. However comparing with Novotel Hammersmith London, the resturants and bar is far superior. That include servicing in rest and Bars. Check in was good and friendly

« Nice place »

It was nice stay, with all the staff being quite helpful. I do have a few suggestions - a) it might be better to have a little more variety as far vegetarian breakfast is concerned. I stayed with you for almost 10 days and every single day, the vegetation breakfast choices were exactly the same ! b) A little more training to the staff at the reception would be better. You can speak to the staff who handled my check-out process to understand the issue that occurred. c) While leaving, I was supposed to leave at 6:30AM - 6:45AM at which time no breakfast was available. I was offered to be given a breakfast in the room at those hours however, the card that was given to be filled out with that said that no room service is available before 7:00AM, which defeated the whole purpose of sharing the card itself, not mention the fact that I could not get the breakfast at all !

« poor experience »

poor experience due to the fact that I had no hot shower the first night. I went to complain at reception and the only answer I got is yes we know. If the staff knows, I would have appreciated to be offered another room (the problem of hot water was only on 10th floor)

« Room is ok but does not deserve a 4star ranking - breakfast was just ok for a 4star hotel, 1 coffeemachine didn't function so we had to cue - resto was closed »

Direction to the parking is not good - Room is ok but does not deserve a 4star ranking - breakfast was just ok for a 4star hotel, 1 coffeemachine didn't function so we had to cue - resto was closed at 23h although it was mentioned on every document that the resto was open till 24h! - bartender was not friendly - because the restaurant was closed to early I ordered at 00:10 a croque monsieur which was delivered at 1:35h!!!! How on earth is that possible?!?! Only the receptionists were friendly and helpful especially Amelie.

« Found the room a little on the cold side »

The room was not warm enough for me and the heating did not go above the red mark. The carpet had black marks and would have liked a face cloth in the bath but otherwise everything else was good.

« not at international level »

the room in basic is OK - the attitude of the reception from apart I checked it was ok - otherwise grumpy and typical French attitude ... not service minded or helpful: i had a suit for cleaning, it was not brought back as normal. I had to look it up around midnight and your guys had basically no interest to looking for it .. I had to raise my voice and asked them to search three time before one went to the basement ... bad bad bad ... your bar basically asked us - a girl - to get out 45mins before closing time with a grumpy attitude. your fitness center is not internal standard. your threadmill is extremely noisy ... unfortunately I will have to stay with you again in September. I only booked the hotel due to its location to the congress center and the fitness which was not up to standard.

My stay at Novotel was satisfying. The room was spacious and comfortable. The staff was helpful but seemed to be under-trained. For example, without informing me they blocked 300 Euros from my card as deposit for a room rent of 126 Euros. Later on asking they informed me that if I pay the room rent in advance then the extra money won't be blocked. But by then it was blocked and I faced difficulty. Otherwise, things were nice. The breakfast could have a little more variety.

« hotel is dark and needs a refresh »

Hotel is well located, but the rooms and hallways are so dark and depressing. The hotel needs a renovation of the decoration, because carpets are stained, tissu on the extra bed had holes in it.

I always stay in this Hotel but couple of things needs improvement a. Breakfast menu needs to be changed at least 2 days frequency. b. Room service needs to be improved. Like my room telephone was dead for whole days of my stay and besides incomplained but no action was taken. c. Room needs to be revamped. Like my bathroom tube was flickering and no one changed it.
