Well presented hotel and very keen staff. Breakfasts are great and restaurant nearby are certainly good for evening meals. Tidy public areas. Staff helpful.

I booked this hotel in the belief that they had a restaurant. I wasn't very happy that they didn't have one, if I'd have known I would have stayed somewhere else. The room was too small. I just really didn't like it here.

well located but this is more a Ibis budget

very small room for an Ibis styles the pillows were not standards for Ibis Styles the bathroom was far from perfect

We were moved from a nearby Novotel as they had a problem with the water at that hotel. They rang and told us we had been moved to Ibis Styles Rouen Sud. As we were travelling from a had no choice but to accept. On arrival we went to our room to find it was tiny, no sofa, no coffee making facilities. On top of that the toilet was disgusting and the paint was peeling from the bathroom ceiling (photos available). I complained to the receptionist who said all the rooms were like that! On top of this their was no soundproofing between rooms as we heard exactly what the person above was doing in their toilet!! Not nice for us or for them. There were no bar facilities, no restaurant and no grounds. All things we expect from a Novotel. What made it worse was the fact that we paid €98.50 which was only slightly less than our room at the Novotel! There was no apology and no offer of a discount for our inconvenience. Really poor from such a big company as Accor. I have been a member for sometime but I'm not so sure I will book an Accor hotel again. I look forward to a response from you.

Good Stop Over

The hotel is in a great position for a stop over when travelling south. The rooms are not huge but quite adequate. The included breakfast was good. The only criticism I would make are the lack of Breakfast Tea bags when many other exotic types are provided. Also at least one English speaking TV channel, e.g. BBC World News would normally be expected in an international hotel chain
