Nothing to complain about it, really. Only thing that it should have been better was the checkin and checkout. I arrived a day later than planned because of cancelled flight. I informed the hotel via mail, but I still had to pay the room. I know that this is the „usual“ but I wished that they had some understanding for this situation where the nature prevented me to arrive as planned.

Great location close to tube, good rooms, great breakfast with variety not only eggs+bacon, the food at the bar could have been better, e.g. Meltet cheese that was not meltet, cold pizza etc

Room felt and smelled musty. Neither shower nor sink drain worked- water kept gathering. Hallways looked dirty. Food and coffee in cafeteria for breakfast was cold on the first day at 8:15 a.m.

It was a nice stay. Check-in and check-out was smooth and quick. Breakfast was also good. The only thing that bother me is that even though I hung my towel up, the house keeping still changed my towel.

The hotel is near to the airport and about 3 mins walk to Hemmersmith station. The station is within a mall, Braodway Hammersmith. There is Tesco and food outlets. The stay is good and breakfast is the usual Novotel chains spread. On the accor website, it seems the hotel is quite a distance from city but it is just a few away. It is a great valut to stay there and we have a very comfortable stay. No complaint

We have stayed here many times before and it feels like coming home. We always have a Premium Executive room. Our favourite room has none of the problems mentioned in some reviews. We arrived in the reception area to be recognised and greeted by Alicia. Everything was perfect. The next day at breakfast we were greeted by Felicia & Miruna who looked after us and made sure that my wife's gluten-free needs were met. We currently have 4 stays in the future with another yet to be booked for next year.

the staff was very helpful and lovely to chat with. the food was great and well worth the money. the location was nice and quite and it was like 5 min walk away from the train station where can find all the shops :)

- The food at breakfast was not very good. - The cleaning team is very noisy and does not care to make noise before 8am - The corridors are really not well decorated - The rooms are large, clean and functional. I would not say they are nicely decorated either, but they are ok

In general I'm satisfied with staying in the hotel. This is good hotel. My standard room was upgraded to Executive one on receiption, it was good, although some my friends staying at the same level of rooms in this hotel, received rooms with a bit different configurations (and one guy disliked it much). My room was large enough. Breakfast is good, although with not much options (no olives, just one type of fish (it was smoked)), but in rest it is much better than continental breakfast. Disadvantage for me personally turned out to be absence of poolsauna, but it is difficult to find hotels with them in this price range in center of London. There is small gym. The hotel is located by Hammersmith tube station, which is good.
