The front of house staff just didn’t want to be there at all which puts a downer on the whole experience. Not to mention our first room was occupied by other guests which doesn’t exactly instill confidence in security. The room was a good price for the location, however as two women sharing a room for a music festival, the mirror situation was not ideal nor were the plug sockets well placed.

« Bare bones room with unhappy staff »

On the positive side, the room was clean and affordable, and the cleaning staff were friendly and accommodated us with a small pull-out bed for our daughter. However, it was really bare-bones -- no character in the room, no art. It felt like we were staying in a cubicle. Also, the desk staff seemed extremely joyless. They didn't smile and only sort of grunted. I would not recommend the hotel.

« Room not clean, staff rude. »

There were crumbs over the floor in the room - I felt I needed to keep my shoes on. The bar advertises that it is 24 hour, but the staff refused to serve us st around 11pm because she was late to go home and her colleague to take over didn't arrive yet. In the end after we insisted she served us, but was very rude and showed very clearly how unhappy we were to expect her to help us.

« Great value for money »

Very easy to book , check-in and check-out were seamless. The room was equiped with everything that was mentioned in the description - good size tv, good size bed (and very comfortable), nice desk + chair, additional pillows. Not to mention the cleanliness of the room and the property overall. As always, another Ibis property that does not fail my expectations! I will always trust the brand and the quality of the services. Extremely pleased with my experience, will definitely book again.

« Small rooms, poor facilities, room key/card broken »

My stay was for three nights, each day when returning to the hotel my room keycard had been reset so I couldn't access my room and had to return to reception for it to be recalibrated. The rooms themselves were very small and lacked basic facilities such as a kettle and drinks. The reception area could also benefit from a vending machine for bottled water. The shower water pressure was low and temperature would constantly fluctuate from it been too hot to cold.

« Basic but clean accommodation, but expensive for what it provides »

Room was available when I checked in a little early, and was clean and comfortable, though a bit basic. Not much in the way of facilities, but plenty of options to eat locally. Price seemed expensive for what in reality was a budget room.

This hotel is at a very good location and nicely connected by the public bus connections with a good link to the metro station line 1 at Porte Maillot. There is a shopping center near by with a good supermarket.

« I asked for a quiet room with a kettle and i had none of these. »

The price of the room was very expensive and the room had holes in the wall, and i was woken up by noise inside the hotel from 6am. Very bad insulations in the rooms and run down tiny room with a shower room, for a very expensive price (163 Euro). I asked to have breakfast in the room and they said that they did not have that facility. I could go and take a tray in the restaurant and go back to my room. I really dislike the fact that, on the reception desk, the people have to shout out your room number when delivery your card. I find that incredibly undiscreet.

The aircon was broken and made the experience extremely uncomfortable; for the price paid, it is unacceptable not to have air con; the shower steam heat was heating up the entire room on top of that. Unacceptable. A formal complain will be made. The staff response was "the air con is broken", by the sound of it, it had been broken for sometime

It takes 48 hours between each mode change. The temperatures of the week fluctuated between 15 and 25 °. We chose to leave the warm mode to overcome the freshness of the night and thus ensured a pleasant temperature to sleep to our customers. That has not been the case for you and we are very sorry about that. We provide portable fans to meet every wish. We work hard to deliver an exceptional guest experience, and it's apparent in this case that we fell short.
