Firstly given a room with no aircon when staying for 5 nights with advance booking and silver member. Changed rooms to the same depressing drab type room from the week before...very poor

Stay was fine. Room was very hot but clean and comfortable. As I arrived late at night parking was an issue with most of the spaces taken.

Lower floor rooms very dated and drab. Stay on floor 2 if you want Ibis standard as downstairs is poor. Restaurant is good and parking is good. New building has no air con and no recognition for being a silver member

« Although we were satisfied with our room its location in the annex was poor, see below. »

Although we had misgiving where the room was located No 27? Near the annex foyer we did not complain within 15 minutes. The next morning our sleep was completely disturbed by guests congregating noisily in the foyer,to catch a coach ? We have booked with your hotel again on the 10th August and will not accept a room in a similar location !!

As usual the equipment in the rooms is super functional and without any personal touch. The beds are comfortable and the breakfast offers a nice choice of French style bakery, fruit and yoghurt. The staff is friendly.

Very good but in my opinion you need more single bed and twin beds. For men and women, double beds are no good even between friends.
