This is the third time we've stayed at this hotel, as it's an easy stop off on the way to Paris Rooms are ok, if a little cramped. Food at the restaurant attached to the hotel has a good selection for the price.

« Overall it was just what was required. »

Good location, nice restaurant, friendly / helpful staff. Room was a little tired in places - paint on door, bathroom door lock wasn't working properly. Final night was disturbed by what sounded like a huge group arriving in our corridor and being very noisey.

Stopped here overnight on journey to South of France. Well situated hotel in close proximity to A1 motorway. Room clean and modern. Breakfast was good and well stocked. Friendly and helpful staff. Good value as booked on advance deal.

« Mixed feelings »

Rooms, lobby and location was good. However, restaurant (breakfast and lunch) was extremely poor. For lunch, there was a stock rupture and there was almost nothing to eat. At reception, staff was not identifiable as Accor/Ibis staff, wearing casual clothes and no identification.

« Overall nice let down by restaurant »

Nice room, if a little small. Very hot Monday evening and restaurant was not able to satisfy everyone who wanted to sit on terrace, understandably. After waiting for 15 minutes at our table I managed to alert a passing waitress of the need for some water. Service was very slow. I am guessing there was a staff shortage in the kitchen. Food was very mediocre. Would stay again but eat elsewhere in town (a short drive)

« Not what I asked for »

We've stayed at Senlis many times over the years, but this will be the last time. Upon arrival I was asked if I wanted Air Conditioning and a shower with no Air Con and a Bath. On balance I took the No Air Con and the Bath, so I asked for the second building - downstairs and facing the car park. What we got was No Air Con, A bath with no plug - so a shower, Upstairs and facing away from the car park. I had asked for the bath and downstairs because I have a damaged hip, and stairs are difficult for me and a bath helps with the pain. So much for that idea ! The dinner was at best average, and in the past we have usually gone next door to Campanile for dinner, but decided to give Ibis a go. Mistake. It's folly to make the same mistake a second time. Bye.....

Firstly given a room with no aircon when staying for 5 nights with advance booking and silver member. Changed rooms to the same depressing drab type room from the week before...very poor
