System was down when we wanted to check in, was told can’t check in right now you can sit over there with no further information. Were left sitting unapproached by any staff for 45 minutes! We felt this was handled very poorly, and we should have been kept more informed during the very long wait! Eventually (after another guest complained), they told us we could leave our bags with them and go do other things but no check in. While we were relieved to not have to wait any more, this was very inconvenient as we were wanting to access our rooms to shower etc ready for our evening. When we returned to the hotel they finally checked us in on paper but were not able to give us a key to our room until the following day! When we returned to our room after a day out on the second day of our stay there was an envelope on the bed addressed to myself. At first I thought this was going to be some sort of apology token for the stuff around during the lengthy check in process but instead it was informing me of a city tax I needed to pay because obviously it had been forgotten. All in all, this really tarnished our impression of the hotel during our stay. We have stayed with other Ibis hotels in the past and usually enjoy the affordable quality and efficiency but this experience has left us very disappointed.

We could not use our computers anymore. So we offered to keep the luggage so that you could enjoy the city while we were fixing the problem. Easy to check in/out, friendly staff. The installations are however a bit old and the room was small and not exactly comfortable. The location is good, near public transport and somewhat central, but unfortunately the surrounding are not as safe as it used to be.

All fine, didn't expected to be next to cemetery but location is consider as convenient. However, the breakfast was a little disappointed, as it was lacking of variety and mostly just breads and pastry. Good to have some fresh vegetables, hot oak porridge, soup etc to cater for other countries visitors. Friendly and helpful reception staffs.

As above. For someone arriving from London and not wanting to pay the moon for accommodation, this hotel is an ideal choice. Good breakfast too.
