Dear Team, I was stay in your hotel for three days with family but not satisfy with our experience. First we have received room for my family and we just open the window and we see scary Cemetery view, and immediate we have requested to change our room. Finally we have received other room with compromise for one bed only. Room doesn't have any washroom lock or steel kettle for warm water for baby. Sorry I will not be recommend to others.

We have stayed at hotel for 3 nights and found it’s easy to access to visit around the Paris city and Disneyland and just one connection to the airport with few minute walked to the metro station. The continental breakfast is good in overall.

This was my first time staying at an Ibis and for the most part, I enjoyed my stay. The location is great and the rooms were adequate and clean. The temperature in our room though never quite cooled. Even though we put it all the way down to 15, it still stayed the same temperature. I also missed was having wash cloths. I understand that it's a discount hotel and do not need to have hand towels or several bath towels, but would still appreciate having wash cloths made available.

Rooms were very outdated and cramped. Not expected from ibis. the carpet in the hallway was stinking, it felt really unhygenic.

Have stayed here before and it is still a nice clean hotel well located near transport and all amenities. The difficulty on this occasion was the air conditioning in the rooms was completely ineffective in the extreme hot days of Paris. Room was constantly hot and uncomfortable, air conditioning had no effect.

My stay was pleasant, I was especially happy with the front desk staff that are multi lingual and always ready to assist. One critical comment about tap water. I was unsure if it was potable. I learned later it was. Housekeeping work standard leaves to be desired. The toilet bowl has traces of poo hardened over weeks, month that was obviously not easy to remove and had therefore remained on the bowl. The house keeping staff obviously need a good supervisor to check the quality of their work. But the positives of this Ibis hotel outstrip the minor glitches.

The room was quiet, comfortable and notably fresh and cool, given the extremely harsh heat outside. Breakfast was well prepared, with a sufficient variety and abundance of foodstuffs. The personnel of the hotel was excellent and very serviceable, always attending to our needs.

Very good location with easy access to the metro, good sized and very comfortable beds and a good bathroom that also had a nice shower. Amazing Wi-Fi connection across the hotel which was much appreciated. However, slightly small sized bedroom, no plug sockets located near to mirrors which was not practical for doing hair and poor air-conditioning during the heatwave when temperatures were reaching 40 degrees.

I love the value that Ibis offers, but due to the heat, we stayed in one night for dinner, which was of a very poor standard. Unfortunately, the air con/fan in the rooms could not cope with the heat, so our nights were extremely hot and sleepless. However, in normal temperatures I imagine this is less of a problem (we stayed in the recent heatwave).
