Positive: staff were really helpful and friendly. Negative: However, there were some cleanliness and technical fixes that improvement is much needed. 1. Bed sheets were dirty 2. The feet of the bed were loose so the bed wobbled 3. The metal pipe that the shower head is attached to was loose in the shower

« Great Location »

Smooth check in, friendly staff, average size room, cleaned on a daily basis. Great breakfast with a good choice. Free safe in separate area in reception. Subway was a few minutes walk away, very easy to use. Just a few minutes walk from Sacre Coeur and Moulin Rouge. Good choice of resturants on your doorstep. We also used the hop on hop off bus.

The fixtures in the room and bathroom is old. For the price of the room we expected more. No courtesy/hospitality items such as water bottles or even an option to purchase water. The towels in the bathroom were old.

I had stayed here before, and chose the hotel because of its location and because there was a subjacent car park. The rooms were clean, and were made up promptly every day.

My visit has left me with one of best memories of staying at Ibis. To receive a welcome gift of champagne and macaroons was so unexpected and shows the efforts the hotel staff can go to above and beyond their call of duty. Location was also excellent. I will definitely stay here again.

The hotel was fine. Ideally located for the area of Paris I wanted to stay in. My room even included views of Sacré-Cœur, which was a pleasant surprise. The noise of cars driving over the grates on the underground carpark ramp was annoying, however.

Excellent view, great customer service and clean beautiful room for what you pay for. However bed was very loud and squeaky anytime I moved or turned over. Other than that it was great

Staff were very friendly and even sent us a gift for our anniversary. Hotel is advertised as having air con so we were very disappointed to find it had been switched off as our room was very hot. No bin in the room and the towels were very thin and tiny and were washed every day despite the signs saying they'd only change them if they were in the shower.

The location of the hotel was really great. It is near the metro station, KFC, McDonalds, Starbucks and cheap souvenir shops, which are way cheaper than the souvenir shops near the Eiffel tower. The staffs are very helpful. We had to go somewhere else and the staff gave us the best route to go there.

After our stay at your hotel we got a lot of bedbugs bites. You should check the room for bed bugs and exterminate them. Very unpleasent experience.

« Clean, basic, friendly and great location »

Staff very friendly and great communicators. Easy check in. Free bag safe on day of leaving. Room clean and bed super super comfy. Fantastic location for visiting the old old part of town, 2 mins to moulin rouge and the metro. Lots of places to eat on the door step.
