The hotel was comfortable and my room was quiet, as requested. Breakfast was varied and plentiful. Tea making facilities in the room would have been welcome.

I visited Paris with some of the family to watch the Rugby and eat in some of our favourite restaurants. We have previously stayed in the IBIS Montmartre and were not disappointed this time, The rooms are clean, well maintained and perfectly adequate with comfortable beds and sufficient room to move around.

Everything was OK, except the room temperature. We couldn't sleep the 1st (very sweaty), and found the temperature had been St at 20C. The 2nd night we turned it down to 15C. Still too hot and sweaty. The final night we turned the temperature down to minimum (10C). Still too hot and sweaty! The problem was exacerbated by the thick duvet. If you took it off, the sweat on your body and bedclothes evaporated, leaving you too cold, so we could not win.

All good, team really friendly. Bar tender on first night of stay exceptional. Bar tender on second evening sat 26 Jan, was really below standard. Had little menu knowledge and hands were shaking so much he could barely carry our tea order.
