« Close to the heart of Paris near a Metro stop, cozy and comfortable. »

Breakfast was great. Room/bed was comfortable. The room is small with not much room for our luggage, but, we were comfortable and slept well there. Hotel staff were helpful and friendly.

I booked and paid for the 5 rooms in January and specified twin beds as we were all male guests, when we arrived we found they were all double beds which was awkward to say the least, and the room I was given was a disabled room with a wet room and a low difficult to use shower which I did not book. When we asked to swap rooms we were told that the hotel was full and had no chance of moving, with which the attitude of the staff was appalling at the time. With much deliberation we did however manage to swap 2 of the rooms which they managed to find empty!!! I do not understand that due to me booking so far in advance the hotel managed to get the booking wrong. I have stayed in the same hotel 5 or 6 times in the past and been more than happy and recommended it to others which I will probably not do in the future!

« My stay at IBIS Paris was comfortable and the front office guys were helpful. »

Room was comfortable. However, IBIS does not provide with drinking water or a kettle in the room which was inconvenient. Location is good, close to metro and many restaurants. Breakfast was ok.

Breakfast was good. No AC and rooms were stuffy. We witnessed Housekeeping entering rooms without knocking loud enough to be heard and not waiting long enough for anyone to answer. We were walked in on by a male housekeeper, as well.

About the AC, the very different temperatures of the last days lead to complications on the regulation of the temperatures in the rooms. We have fresh mornings and evenings and warm days. The hotel is well situated near Montmartre. The room was quiet (overlooking graveyard!). The metro is 200m away. The staff is friendly.
