The rooms were not very clean. We had to keep asking for towels...no washcloths or hand towels were available. Rooms are so tiny..and the showers were the worse. You could not take a shower without getting water all over the floor....the shower curtain would cling to your skin as you tried to shower. We stayed in several other Ibis hotels during out trip...this was the worst. Will never stay they again.

Disgusting hotel with only location as a positive.

Our room has several issues, from leaking toilet, broken shower, and extreme noise from road below all night. When I asked the front desk about the toilet, they said they would look into it. From what we could tell over our four day stay nothing was done. Our toilet leaked all the time (not even sure where all the water was going, it was just flowing down a crack in the floor. Have stayed at many Accor brand hotels over many trips to Europe over the years, and this is by far the worst. Only the location is convenient, being near Pigalle metro, but that does not make up for the room.

Hotel was picked for close proximity to a concert venue. Room was small, no fridge. Air coming out of the vent smelled like urine when turning it on for the 1st time. Had trouble with the thermostat, staff was no help. Room was hot. No toiletries provided in the bathroom and the bathroom was in need of repair at the bottom of the shower. Disappointed.

Not what I Expected

Room was too small, thermostat would not cool off the room, air that did come out of the unit smelled like urine, no bath toiletries or tissue to blow your nose, bathroom had obvious signs of needing repairs

Very bad. We were working in Paris - and arrived at the hotel to find our room reservation had been given away !!

Antoni B. Business - 01/10/2019 AccorHotels review

The room we had booked with 3 single beds was given away and instead they only had a room with a double bed in it.. They explained it was there mistake (This was completely unsatisfactory.. we asked if another bed could be brought into the room (but they had none and the room was so tiny that it would not fit anyway) .. The staff said that they could only offer us a 20 euro discount - which they later changed to 40 euros they also said that they would pay for a taxi the next morning to where we were working... but the staff that were on the next morning had no record of this and so didn't want to arrange a taxi.. and only gave us a 20 euro discount.... ALSO the toilet door was unable to close at all as it was too big for the door frame - so the room had no privacy in it whatsever... generally a terrible, uncomfortable, embarrassing and exhausting experience as we all had to work the next day . - and this was NOT a good start. A 20 euro discount was very very poor recompense..

While I was checking in, a gentleman came down after he was given a key to another guest's room with their items in the room. The front desk did not seem too bothered by the incident. I had put my "do not disturb" sign on my door that was ignored & housekeeping entered anyway. My friend who was also staying at the hotel had his laptop stolen from his luggage in the room.

Tiny Worn Out Room but Good Value for the Price.

Very small single room. Tiles were coming off the shower wall and the floor sank in front of the shower. Clearly, long term water damage. The shower is so small you can barely get in it. Single room is also very small. But, the price was great, the location next to La Cigale was great, and the breakfast was surprisingly good. Nice staff.

Friendly staff and great location

Small hotel on limited site however location very good and staff helpful. Basic facilities and typically small parisien rooms but upper floors have small balconies, some with excellent views. Breakfast room is pleasant and a decent range of continental style breakfast.

Comfy room, good location

Location of the hotel is perfect, just 2 mins walk from Sacre Cour, beds were comfy, rooms are clean but small, however size is ok for a holiday, as we spent our time mostly to discover the city. Rooms are on the upper floors look much updated, 2 of us had a room on the 6th floor and it was newly refurbished. Breakfast is very good, loved the croissant and fresh orange juice. The little Greek receptionist lady is superkind we loved her so much, but all the others are also very helpful and very kind! The only negative experience is my card was blocked in advance with the full price of the room one day before arrival and now I have to wait a month to get back that money on my account despite the fact that we paid the full price in the hotel upon arrival.

Only for one night, but it was easy to book, easy to find and although small it did the job. Tea/Coffee making facilities in the room would have scored you a 10. Staff were welcoming and courteous.

Satisfactory but overpriced.

Staff very nice. Bar fairly pointless. You'd be better off with a vending machine selling beer wine snacks. Breakfast area very nice. Would be nice to add a few hot dishes to breakfast buffet but then I'm English and like my scrambled eggs and bacon. Lift too small but you can't do anything about that. Room a bit rough round the edges and very small. Seems it's had a bit of a renovation but only a bit. Very sparse. No mini fridge no safe. Bed fine. Tv channels irrelevant unless you can speak French. I fancied watching a movie but there was no pay per view. On the plus side I had room 301 and it was very quiet. The blackout curtains great. Overall. Communal areas fine. In my case liked you had a smoking area. Lift inadequate. Breakfast fine but could be improved. Room plusses and minuses and tatty round the edges. If I were to come back to Paris for a midweek overnight stay I would book again. If I were coming to Paris for a week's holiday I definetely wouldn't book.

08…399 / HNSLGQKK: Dear Sir or Madam, I stayed in your Ibis Sacre Coeur 18eme property over the last weekend and must report a disappointing stay. I booked the hotel via your website and was offered a second room at half-price, the booking process to obtain that second room was complicated and although my family added to five adults and one child, I could only make the booking stating the occupants of room one (2 adults, I child). I made a note of the final occupancy for the second room on the booking form at the time and assumed that there would be no problem. There was! At check-in the reception were not willing to adjust the occupancy - unless I paid an additional 20EUR. Despite me discussing this with the receptionist my only option was to pay the additional amount, or cancel the booking. I paid the 20EUR! Overall, this hotel really doesn't meet your Ibis standards. The a/c was faulty (when I questioned it, I was told that to get cold air I needed to put the control at the hottest setting!!) The rooms were old and shabby too. Of course I will continue to use Accor while I travel, but I won't stay at this property again! I hope that my feedback is helpful. I tried to contact you via the support area of the website, but I couldn't submit as one 'field' was incomplete and I couldn't add to it..... (I posted feedback). With best wishes, John

Front desk and all the staff at Ibis are really friendly upon our arrival. However, in terms of room conditions, actual room conditions do not seem to match the photos shown on the website. My mom's room was really cramped and small compared to mine. My room flooring is pretty uneven from the entrance door area to the bed area. There was black mould on the walls in my toilet too. And sheets and bedding could be changed to follow the standards of other ibis hotels that Ive stayed at. The ones used for this hotel seem quite rough. After my stay in Paris, I went on to stay at ibis Canning town in London and there is a stark difference between the room conditions of both hotels. I hope management for ibis Sacre Coeur would push to create a more welcoming environment for guests.

Clean but small

Nathania R. Couples - 05/08/2019 AccorHotels review

The rooms were extremely small and not enough room to even walk at the side of the bed. A small fridge and tea making facilities would also be very much appreciated especially when it was 40°C heat. The shower was extremely small and difficult to use without flooding the whole bathroom due to the shower curtain not being very good. Also some shelves in the shower would be nice though there is probably not enough room. Lastly a water fountain to refill drinks would be nice maybe in the main lobby area due to not having a fridge in our room it made it expensive to by cold water everyday.

Great base for a city break

Bed was very comfy, but bathroom was quite small, however we were only in the room to sleep and get ready so didn’t really matter.

Horrible

in the first room that they gave us the bathroom was smelling really really bad. We had to change and in the second one I think there was an issue with the sewers, black particles in the water were coming out of the sink.
