« OK for a one night stopover only »

Very friendly staff and overall, our room was adequate. Minus points for only providing one small (very thin) towel each, second pillows in wardrobe with no pillowcases and unable to get BBC World News on the TV. Restaurant staff were friendly but not very knowledgable regarding choice of formula menus on offer, and were very rushed in their service.

« i think the room/bathroom were in need of a refresh, »

good reception,breakfast seems to be a bit on the budget side,staff were very pleasant and helpful,not a good view from room window,as all you saw was roofs,perhaps should be reflected in room price.

As usual, a warm welcome for us and our dog and cat This is our normal half way stop off between our English and French destinations and the room we requested was available for us and was as clean and comfortable as normal. Dinner was good, although I would prefer a card menu to choose from, as was the case until a couple years ago, rather than having to look at the various blackboards on the walls. Service was good, prompt and helpful. Most staff speak good English, although there is sometimes a bit of a divergence as they speak in English and I try to speak French to improve it!! We slept well and found the bed relaxing. Breakfast was as good as usual, although a little more choice would be nice, even if at a slightly higher price. We like the secure car parking. All in all the Ibis suits our needs at a reasonable price. We look further to our next visits.

second visit to this hotel. Still good. Clean comfy room, nice restaurant & bar and secure parking. Also the staff are very friendly and provide good service. a good nice rest and pleasant evening meal is guaranteed. Very good access to road system also.

Excellent as always. The staff are the friendliest in any Ibis I have ever stayed in. The food is excellent and good value and they allow dogs! Safe, secure parking behind high metal gates.

We have stayed here several times on our way south. Clean and comfortable rooms in a quiet area. Excellent breakfast but dinner a bit microwaved! Friendly helpful staff.

Very comfortable room and ready willingness to accommodate our dog and cat. We were informed in advance that the restuarant would be closed, so we’re able to prepare by bringing our own food but were willingly allowed to use a table in the restaurant and the staff even offered us the use of plates and cutlery. As always the staff were very helpful and friendly.

This is better than many other Ibis hotels which is why I go a little out of my way to use it. I booked the evening meal with the room and received an email 2 weeks before arriving that the restaurant would be closed that evening. An immediate refund of the cost of dinner would have been appropriate. Whilst there, I learned that the restaurant is closed Fridays and Saturdays throughout January and February. The hotel is quiet then and therefore understandable but why take my booking and my money knowing it was under false pretensions. Well, Ibis Luce, you may just have lost a client.

YHe hotel was clean and the concierge was welcoming. BUT on New Year's EVe there waas no restaurant service available and this was not clear o the web site . I had suspected this would be the case but it shoiuld have been clear Otherwise all was good.

Have stayed here several times before when heading to the Languedoc region and the hotel always satisfactory. This stay very poor other than the receptionist who was very good the hotel rooms looking dated and tatty. My room had an odour of damp and stake tobacco and seemed shabby. I was also annoyed to find the restaurant closed (which I was not forewarned about). I will look for somewhere new in future. Most disappointed.

Hello, I am sorry to note that your stay did not happen in the best possible conditions. Indeed, you had the room 16, which is a non-smoking room. We are sorry that the non respect of some guests may have hurt your quality of sleep. We have a reception open 24h / 24h it should have been reported, we would have change the room with pleasure and in the shortest time. Regarding our restoration, indeed every year at the same time we close our restaurant. We sent an email to our customers to warn them upstream that despite our restaurant is closed we always offer snacks 24/24 with (plate of cold cuts, croque monsieur, risotto, duck pie ....) hope to see you again in our establishment to show you our quality of service and accommodation as a whole.
