Marcelo and Ronaldo were very helpful and courteous during our stay. We checked out on April 4th. Upon our exit, I spoke with William at the front desk, asking that we would need to book two additional stays: April 10th and 11th (2 nights) and April 14th and 15th (2 nights). I checked the hotel availability on all.com, and rooms were available at a slightly different rate from the original booking. He said he would speak to his manager and offer the same rate paid for the original 4-night stay. Despite many follow-ups via WhatsApp, no one gave us the courtesy of following up. We ended up staying at a different hotel.

The location is great , bed is comfortable and breakfast is good.. We had to wait more than an hour before we could checkin to our room and it was noisey in the morning as there was ongoing building construction next to hotel

My best friend and I stayed here on our last night in Brazil. I had some concerns before the trip about the safety of various neighborhoods in Sao Paulo and we chose the Mercure based on its location, price, and rooftop pool. We were NOT disappointed! It is located in the Jardin District, walkable to the business district, and we felt 100% safe day and night walking to dinner, exploring, and shopping. The staff at the hotel speak English (huge bonus! We are from the US and don't speak Portuguese), customer service was top notch, the rooms were spotless, the rooftop pool is refreshing and offers a fabulous view of the city (especially at sunset), there is a sweet garden and patio in the back. Ooooh and the breakfast buffet is out of this world! 10 of 10 stars! I would definitely stay here again.

I would stay at this hotel again 100 percent. The staff were very friendly. The best feature of the hotel was the rooftop pool. The views of the city were phenomenal; what a beautiful skyline. And with the heat (I was there in the summer), the pool was so refreshing. Breakfast was delicious and started earlier than most places at 6:30am, which was so nice. We were able to store our luggage on our last day at the hotel since our flights were late at night. The rooms were comfy and clean, great shower pressure. The Jardin neighborhood was clean and safe. A lot of great restaurants in the area and safe to walk around.
