« Great experience near Avenida Paulista »

The staff was professional but also warm, the room was spacious and squeaky clean, and the breakfast was varied and good (only the cakes were too sugary). The only glitch in my excellent stay (along with the excessively sweet breakfast cakes) was the bathroom tap that would leak no matter how hard I tried to close it. I alerted the staff and to be fair, they managed to stop the dripping every day. But once I opened the tap again, the problem would return.

I enjoy staying at the Mecure Alemedus Sao Paulo , My partner and I have been staying at this particular location for the past TEN years for 2-4 weeks at a time. The staff is very friendly and extremely nice. Our only complaint is that we do not feel as if we are being treated as long time loyal customers. We do not receive courtesies we are use to receiving from other hoteliers. We feel as if we are being treated NO different from someone who is staying one night. We do not believe it is a staff problem rather a business or management decision to give nothing away for free. This is not how loyal customers are treated elsewhere. FYI We have never been offered any thing free including the drink you claim to give your customers. We are also offended with the depiction below asking us to choose from the group photos. We are a same sex couple for 36 years. We are frustrated not only because the couple is NOT gender neutral BUT even more upsetting is that we are forced to chose one depiction to complete the survey. The question cannot be ignored. We have asked this be addressed in the past which leads us to believe our input is not being taken seriously or ignored. We always receive a generic "thank you " but never a response as to the specifics of our concerns/complaints.

I had a great stay, except for the bathroom size, and esp the shower size. Also, the elevators waiting was iring. Other than that, everything according to pricce range and expecations.

« Okay experience, but not very clean and we had an 'ant' infestation that was not taken care of. »

It was a place to sleep, but I was there on a business trip and there was no meeting room that we could use and the lobby area was very small. the elevators were slow and only one worked half of the time we were there. The room was not cleaned very well and there is an ant next in the air conditioner so we hand ant problems in the room that the hotel were not able to take care of or move us to a different room.

One of the best hotels in the region. Clean, good restaurant, good service, great location, hight sleep quality.This time my unic problem was with one of the taxi drivers that works in front of the hotel and his hate speech during the travel for the airport. I think in change the hotel next time because I´m afraid of him.. His name is gino I think, but I don´t want my name in this review, please, because I´m afraid.

« Excellent room and service! »

Great room, with a great view of Sao Paulo. Lovely Rooftop with swimming pool. The restaurant attached to the hotel serve delicious food with a reasonable price. Excellent location, with market, pharmacies and shops around. Henrique at the reception was great, and was able to arrange a room to us with a super early check in. Great professional!

I enjoye staying at your hotel for many years. I will be returning on 1/11 for two more weeks . Location and swimming pool are most important to me. I would strongly suggest you correct the line of questioning what sort of trip was this ... your option of a couple should be inclusive of same sex Couples .... as such I cannot answer this question.

« Great time, but really low quality of other »

The sauna and the fitness center is really small and low quality. The receptionists have called me a taxi, which i have requested specifically to have a card payment possibility. The taxi driver told me nobody told this to him and that i should pay in cash. But overall the location is great. The quality of the room was good. The breakfast has no variety, and really small selection.

Unfortunately other than the service upon check-in we didn’t feel the hotel was worth the “Mercury” name: the room had hair on the floor, the breakfast (until 11:00) ran out of sesame seed sandwiches at 10:00 and the room service (mixto quente) was terrible.
