« First time Pullman experience, not that really good »

This is my first time staying with Pullman, full of expectations. Overall, it was okay. However, I can indeed give a long list of dissatisfaction, which I hope Pullman can improve. 1. When we checked in, the receptionist simply said the breakfast would be provided, when and where, without mentioning it is not included in the room fee. I even asked whether I need to tell the room number when going for the breakfast and I got the answer No, which convinced me that the breakfast is included in the room fee. I was shocked to see the fees for breakfast was separately charged. Of course I complained about this and the fees were cancelled in the end. On the one hand, I appreciate the cancellation. On the other hand, I do believe the situation can be clarified in the very beginning, to avoid any unnecessary trouble. 2. The hotel does provide two free water but they are inside the fridge. I have been to many many other hotels and my experience is that, things inside the fridge is not free. Then my friends staying in other rooms told me that they are free. Why Pullman does things so differently to others, which is really confusing? At least, Pullman can indicate somewhere clearly that the water inside the fridge is free. 3. We put some towels around the baby bed to create a sleeping environment for the baby. To much of our surprise, the cleaning lady did not change those towels when doing the room service. This is so unprofessional! 4. In some mornings, we did put the DO NOT DISTURB notice on the door, but the cleaning lady still knocked on our door. That was not welcomed at all, as we put it for a reason: the baby was sleeping. 5. One afternoon when we came back to our room, we noticed some strange things. One glasses was missing. Two coffee capsules were in our room (there is even no capsule coffee machine in the room). The toilet had some flushing issue. We noticed our ipad left in the room has a crack. We reported these things to the receptionist when we went out for dinner. When we came back to the hotel, the receptionist told us the coffee capsules were taken away and the toilet had been fixed. The glasses was put back. Then he asked us how sure we were about the ipad being damaged during our absence. We were quite honest with him and we said we only noticed the crack when we went back to the room, but we were not 100 percent sure that the crack was not there. He said he would report to the manager. We went back to our room. The glasses were back but this time there was one extra! The coffee capsules were still there! And, the toilet was not fixed at all. I was really angry about this! The next morning when we checked out, no one from the hotel was saying anything about the ipad. Should not Pullman at least ask about the situation on the ipad before we check out? 6. In the end, based on which Pullman thinks we are Japanese? I noticed that Japan was written on the bill when checking out. I thought that was simply a mistake, and considering Pullman had made so many mistakes during the stay, I did not say anything. Then I received this satisfaction survey and I was taken as Japanese again! Please, be professional!

Check in was easy, only 1 room swipe given, no welcome drink for Accor Silver/plus member. Room was spacious, but whole building was smelly(smoke). No towels at the pool, called reception in phone, they hung up when I asked for towels. Went to reception in person to ask for towels, they said that they would send some but none came. Group in pool area were extremely loud, running around with glass alcoholic bottles, very dangerous. Other guests smoking in rooms and on rooftops. During the night other guests running in corridors banging on room doors, playing loud music. I was really scared that they would break into my room. Same thing happened in the morning after returning from the gym, people were banging on doors next to my room where my child was sleeping. Couldn't wait to get out. For the price I paid, I expected better service

On arrival we had a fantastic welcome from your reception team. I'd informed them that we had an early flight and when we arrived at 12pm there was a room ready for us, and indeed it was an upgrade. An unexpected and kind action. The room overlooking the lake was great and the pool area was a welcome destination on the first day and the following 4. The breakfast was excellent with a great choice and the general ambience of the hotel was very good. Our favourite Pullman has always been Montpellier, but this was up there too!

The staff was lovely. Room perfect. Large modern. Everything we needed. I suggest a bit more in mini bar as we arrived very late. Tired. Needed a snack. Wine. Water. But beyond that. Very nice.

Positive : Parking lot - Close to public transportation - Quiet - Friendly staff Negative : Hotel restaurant is close on weekend ! - No proper changing room, lockers for swimming pool. Rooms are quite old and need to be refreshed (no rain shower,no thermostatic shower, Stain on the carpet and bathroom) - No upgrade even if we were Platinum - No executive lounge.

« Very enjoyable stay, we had a perfect long weekend »

We found all the staff very helpful nothing seem too much for them, they recommended places for us to visit and to go and eat all were very enjoyable. The breakfasts were excellent, the choice and quality. The rooms were well kept, and all the facilities within the hotel were excellent, we used the pool the bar in the evening. the proximity of the tram made our excursions into town very easy perfect for our stay. I would recommend it to anyone.

Excellent. Very impressed and totally grateful to the F&B manager who managed to obtain for me Goats Milk yogurt and soya milk for my breakfast. Also, for the service and suggestions offered when asked by all the front desk staff as well as bookings made on my behalf. I chose the hotel upon recommendation of my Ford colleagues, especcially as I then recommened to our friends (the Pendred's and Wyatt's)travelling with us for this visit. We plan to return possibly during September. Thank you again to the whole team.

Minibar supplies were not refilled, I had to keep asking for coffee. THe bar young man poured very small drinks and refused to serve mt at 11:45 when the front desk informed me that it was open until midnight. Room service and front desk staff were very good and helpful. The bar lady Stephanie was particularly nice and I would like to give her a compliment. If all restaurant staff were like her, my stay would have been much more pleasant. Thank you
