Having stayed at this hotel on numerous occasions, I was very disappointed this time. My room was not clean and the chairs and table on the small terrace had not been cleaned for months not was the terrace swept. Used tissues were under the sink in the bathroom. I read in my room that breakfast (drink and croissants) were served until 12h00. When I arrived at 11h10, I was told the coffee machines were being cleaned and breakfast ended at 10h00.

Having stayed on numerous occasions here, this time I was very disappointed. The cleanliness of the bathroom was not up to scratch. Breakfast not available at 11h00 - though in the room it said it was available until 12h00. This hotel is old and needs to be refurbished.

Good experience, but room cleaning not up to standards: no xtra toilet paper, no replacement of plastic cups..., bathrobes and slippers for men instead of women (although it was made clear when making the booking months ago ).

« Just what we wanted »

We wanted a day/night away in France with our grandson and his partner with an economic price but comfortable. This is what we were given with an extremely comfortable bed. No BBC World available on the TV. Slight problem with check out since they did not seem to know the terms of our booking or that we had paid in advance but that was soon sorted. Good breakfast. « run-down hotel, needs urgently renovation »

The condition of the hotel does not deserve 3 stars anymore, probably less than 2, too expensive for what you got, everything from bathroom to balcony was in a terrible condition, dirty windows, filthy carpet, bed linen with spots, sea water pool also not very attractive, we were very dissapointed and will not book this hotel a second time.

Friendly staff - good bed - rooms could be cleaner : windows, small corners, etc, very dirty in some corners of the room and bathroom, no shower caps, only 1 kind of soap for face, body and hair ?! no trash can in the room no mini bar no bottle of water in the room

« DATED HOTEL IN FANTASTIC LOCATION »

Very very dated hotel and swimming pool which gets away with it as the location is so amazing. Take the location away and no body would return /stay as its certainly not the hotel you go there for. Booked 2 massages at 98 euros each for an hour. Both were finished in 45 mins and we got the impression as we was the last appointments at 5.30 that the staff wanted to get off home, again left the spa with a feeling of disappointment and not value for money. Amazing beach.

Staff were very good and the location is great. I was given a room that had a connecting door to the next room and this was not noise insulated and the guest in the next room could be heard clearly.

The room had seen much better days despite us being told we had been upgraded! The window seals were not effective so the wind came through, the heater in the bathroom did not work, terrible smell of sewage and poor quality finishes. The staff were quite rude
