We booked last minute great location but hotel needs a lot of work doing to it. Damp corridors no air con old dark room!

Picked for location and previous experience at adjacent Novotel. The hotel also welcomes pets, in our a case a smallish dog, and everything exceeded expectation apart from the hotel looking 'tired in some areas.

We have stayed at this hotel for a number of years as we travel back from holidays in France. We are always made to feel very welcome by the staff and book a room with a wonderful view of the beach and sea. We enjoy the evening menu and the great choices at breakfast before we leave. The Ibis Thalassa will always be our first choice hotel in Le Touquet.

Terrible. Mainly because of the tractors on the beach with bright lights and engine noise which woke me up at 2.00am this continued until around 8am. I think they were dealing with a septic tank/sewage storage. No apology from Manager of Ibis. Various other matters which made me decide not to stay the second night so I handed in room key with a note and took a room at Holiday Inn for the night of 12th June. When I got home I sent an email to Ibis complaining and expected to get offered some discount on my bill but this did not happen and I have been charged for the two nights, breakfasts, taxes and my dog. I am most unhappy with Ibis Le Touquet I usually stay at Novotel but this is closed.

Staff always so pleasant , so pleased to see you had so much more for Gluto sufferers. Missed the Fish buffet , but menu was very nice. Nice to see how thoroughly the beach was cleaned every morning. Will we come again ,without a doubt , thoroughly recommended

The rooms were basic but comfortable. The staff were very friendly. They were also very helpful on two occasions (1) when they helped in altering our ferry booking for us and (2) in providing us with ice for our room. We have been coming to the hotel for one weekend in every year for the past 15 years (approximately) and hope to be coming back for the next 15 years.

Location of hotel on beach perfect. Standard of housekeeping very poor especially for a hotel belonging to the Accor Group. Bath had scum with the stained wall tiles. Dirt underneath grab handles. The wardrobe walls hand not been painted in years. The TV station list was out of date, which shows the poor level of management at this hotel.
