« I was not please with the behaviour of some of the waiters during the breakfast. We took a bottle of water to drink and one of the waiters followed us to pay. The manner on which this was done was so unprofessional and this got us upset »

« Poor Experience »

The curtains inmy room where ripped and broken and looked like it has been like that for a long time. Why cant the curtains be changed? At breakfast, i had no place to sit because all tables had dirty trays and plates which no one seem to be clearing. The dirty plates sit on those table for too long.

« There is room for improvement »

My experience at Ibis was overall OK. I was slightly disappointed with the lack of diversity in their breakfast buffet, mainly because after a week stay at the same hotel, one gets easily bored with the food if it it not divers. The other disappointment was to realize that no soap or shower cup, was provided in the rooms nor any coffee or teas for times that one might be needing a night cap. I was then told that the hotel caters for people that are there for a short stay reason why it didn't have all the amenities that other hotel have.

« Not an African style hotel. »

Ibis Marcory is not far from the airport and they have a shuttle service. The shuttle was punctual to get me to the hotel. It runs about every 30 minutes. The reception is efficient. Also, there is an ATM behind the reception in the lobby area if cash is needed.. The restaurant was the biggest disappointment. I say that because the breakfast buffet was nice but the restaurant staff did not keep it stocked. While the staff was standing around talking, the hotel clients were coming to the buffet and many time there were complete sections empty of food. Not very interesting for a cost of 16,000 fcfa or $28.50. I donèt think the restaurant staff had the slightest concept of the amount people are paying to eat there. The hotel has very good security and is a very safe place.

I am not happy with your receptionist In second time, I stayed in Room number 204. But I saw lot of insects and ants. House keeping was poor in next time. I am Vegetarian . But I can't get vegetarian food. I stayed in Hotel Noom at Conakry. I got Vegetarian food.

Only 1 power outlet is really not enough for business travelers. And a minibar/fridge would have been nice to put some stuff. Staff was friendly and helpful

« Not my best stay »

To start the restaurant nd bar staff were excellent. I was a bit bothered the last day I was leaving that the front desk would call me and wake me up to tell me I have a letter to pickup. If they know I am checking out then why not wait till I come to the front desk and give it to me. Then I try to sleep again bit the housekeeper decided to wake me up again at 8:20 To ask me if I am checking out today. If he has the lost with him of the rooms checking out then why not wait for front desk to tell him that the room is vacant before waking up the guest to ask them. Was not happy at all.

I book hotel on phone with a front desk lady name Mrs N'guessan for one night $140.00 but you charge on my debit card –$154.35 because my girl friend came to visit me. also hotel offer me dinner because I just came from trip but you charge me $63.00. I spent more than $200.00. I was not plan that. its better to let client get the right informations next time.make appear on your dinner price and breakfast price. also you do not charge a visitor but maybe more than one visitor. I won't teach you your job but that is my opinion. Here Unites States we don't charge for visitor may be Europe.But it not fair to do that.I did get good experience with you.sorry but I need to.

I have arrived laye night very tired and there is not any simple bottle of water in the room. I think the minimum For a room of 115€ night could be a bottle of water!!!

« European Standard service, but not very original »

Very Good service, all necesssary comfort and amenities, secure. Nice outside area. Minus point: the corridors and rooms had a funny, not plesant (old smoke? ) smell.
