« Not my best stay »

To start the restaurant nd bar staff were excellent. I was a bit bothered the last day I was leaving that the front desk would call me and wake me up to tell me I have a letter to pickup. If they know I am checking out then why not wait till I come to the front desk and give it to me. Then I try to sleep again bit the housekeeper decided to wake me up again at 8:20 To ask me if I am checking out today. If he has the lost with him of the rooms checking out then why not wait for front desk to tell him that the room is vacant before waking up the guest to ask them. Was not happy at all.

I book hotel on phone with a front desk lady name Mrs N'guessan for one night $140.00 but you charge on my debit card –$154.35 because my girl friend came to visit me. also hotel offer me dinner because I just came from trip but you charge me $63.00. I spent more than $200.00. I was not plan that. its better to let client get the right informations next time.make appear on your dinner price and breakfast price. also you do not charge a visitor but maybe more than one visitor. I won't teach you your job but that is my opinion. Here Unites States we don't charge for visitor may be Europe.But it not fair to do that.I did get good experience with you.sorry but I need to.

I have arrived laye night very tired and there is not any simple bottle of water in the room. I think the minimum For a room of 115€ night could be a bottle of water!!!

« European Standard service, but not very original »

Very Good service, all necesssary comfort and amenities, secure. Nice outside area. Minus point: the corridors and rooms had a funny, not plesant (old smoke? ) smell.

« Ibis Marcory is my favorite hotel for any stay in abidjan »

Room always very clean However I informed the reception desk to change the iron as it's completely spoiled and has put a stain on my shirt . There is a hole in it and water can spill on the cloth when you are ironing . Please change this iron

Staff were warm and welcoming. Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was amazing (best scrambled eggs I've ever had). Pool was clean and I was so thankful for areas of shoe in the pool area. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Overall was ok. The manager should learn , how to talk while asking money from its customer who is being living in your hotel since 25 days. It is not a respect, by calling 3-4 times continous on hotel phone if i don’t receive the phone as i am sleeping. Merci

Stay was gpod. Room was clean and well serviced. Internet was terrible on secure shell (banking, vpn) Breakfast was fantastic (except with the coffee undrinkable one morning and the new coffee machine out of service 2 times)
