« Worst Hotel I have ever stayed! »

Room - Old and very small Furnishing is bad too. No Room Service Wi-Fi is Damn Slow. No Complimentary water bottle and Tea. For $130 per day, not a good option. Only Security is great and location is good.

the cleaners came to my room and took all soaps and towels and never came back. after complaining to them in the lobby they brought me one towel and never replenished my soap. this was the worst since i started staying at Ibis Marcoury. The breakfast was excellent as always

The services offered works satisfactorily, however, the food quality is very low, e.g. scrambled eggs from powder, poorest baked bean quality etc.

generally ok. clean rooms. need a fridge in the room!!!!! ibis douala has fridges in the room why not ibis Abidjan? breakfast needs improvement as well as the buffet lunches/dinners.

« I was not please with the behaviour of some of the waiters during the breakfast. We took a bottle of water to drink and one of the waiters followed us to pay. The manner on which this was done was so unprofessional and this got us upset »
