I like the central position of the hotel and the size of the room. The breakfast is extraordinary good. The bill that was presented at the end changed my mood in a negative way. The bill is not structured well and looks chaotic. For a business trip this is not acceptable. An Italian school group was very loud in the evenings and I did not have the impression that the hotel did something against these complaints. The bill needs to be adjusted to professional business standards. When you pay online in advance the hotel is completely not flexible at all. I wanted to pay one of the two rooms I booked and the other should have been paid by my colleague. If the hotel is not able to do that because of their IT system, I will stay in another hotel in the future that is able to do that.

You could definitely see the difference between an Ibis and Ibis Style. Upon arrival in the room there was a complimentary bottle of water and a small sweet. There were more F&B services; two restaurants. Breakfast was included in the rate and was good. Real fresh orange juice and a wide selection of food. The Brasserie was good; service not exceptional but the food was good. Location very good.

The check-in was a disaster. Arrived on Sunday afternoon (24.03 17h) and the young man at the desk was very unprofessional and very unconcentrated and not motivated. He was playing with his smartphone and on top he was watching movies on his private laptop. The desk was a mess. He mixed up the reservation, we have received the wrong rooms, he mixed up room rates and has forgotten to give us the welcome drink voucher. So he had no knowledge of the Accor Platinum advantages. My room smelt and I have asked for another room and the man was so unmotivated to give me a new room after long discussion I have received another room. I guess I have disturbed him as he was watching movies… I guess you should review your manning. No upgrade, no advantages for accor member. The rooms were ok, simple but the corners in the bathrooms were dirty and worn. Should be renovated. The floors and staircase looked horrible, old carpet and the walls should be re-painted. The look of the lobby and restaurant was nice. Breakfast was ok. Bar service quite poor.

Hotel Réception staff are very professional , the check in went quick and me and my family we get 2 rooms with 3 beds each. The breakfast went well just I missed the scrambled eggs :). During the night we got a recommendation for a local restaurant and all went well.

Two double beds in a family room?!

Largely fine. There was a false fire alarm early in the morning and no information was given either during or once it had gone off. We had a connecting family room booked, but both rooms had double beds in. This seems odd given that the vast majority of people staying in those rooms will have children. Surely one of the rooms should have twin beds in. Finally, last time we stayed in that hotel we'd pre-booked. This time I must have done it differently, but we weren't told on check-in that we still had to pay and so just dropped off the key card. We were then phoned up and asked to pay (very politely) which necessitated filling in a form (sent as a PDF which is not very easy to complete on the computer). Just not up to your usual standards. Nothing awful, but all a bit more difficult than it needed to be.

Good location but quite noisy

Price/Value is very good but design and attention to details is quite average. Furthermore we had some strange noise (from heater/lavatory?) in our room and after breakfast our room was open (afterwards the cleaning lady entered the room twice again!). Apart from that the overall experience was good and the staff at the reception very helpful.

Good etap hotel in the centre of Dijon

Despite very late arrival, after midnight, we found easily a parking place in a nearby underground public parking which was moreover free of charge during the last weekend of December. Two corresponding rooms were perfect for a family with two little kids and a small dog. After a good sleep we had a diverse, rich breakfast with freshly pressed orange juice, boiled eggs, cheeses, ham, various jams, bread and croissants. We kept the luggage in the reception while having some after Christmas shopping and walk in the old city centre of beautiful Dijon, well guarded because of yellow vests protest

The hotel is tired and in need of considerable refurbishment. The location is good and the car parking is underground in a somewhat run down parking lot but the car was safe. The communal areas are really shabby, particularly the corridors. The bathrooms in the rooms were dirty and the silicone sealant coming away form the tiles and was very discoloured. This hotel should not be allowed to to have the Ibis Styles branding - it does not live up to it!

No complaints about this hotel except for the parking. The reception was nice, the rooms clean and bright, the location very central. Breakfast was acceptable and plentiful. My only complaint is that there is no parking in the hotel and nothing mentioned on the website. I had to go in and ask at the desk what to do with my car and then I was told to park it in the underground garage across the street at my own cost. Although this is fine, it should be explained when you make the reservation, since most people will be arriving by car.
