« Old room but good employees. »

Door was difficult to open/close. Also the toilet structure was very old. AC very noisy and swimming pool has no dressing room nearby.

« Nice & Fancy, good location, but missing some services »

Used to be a frequent guest at this hotel years ago. Coming back, I've got the hotel with some of the old problems (hot water distribution is something poor), but with new ones (a terrible wi-fi, quite useless...)

« Great breakfast, Good staff, but room not on Mercure´s standards »

For a weekend with Family it was ok, and special congratulations for breakfast. However, part of the room decoration and furniture were below Mercure´s standards. Appearance seems older than it is (I don´t know if a general reform is scheduled). Attention point: the room was doubled with stairs. The stairs and dangerous and require anti-slip bands.

The hotel is in a great location and the staff is pleasant and helpful. The rooms are well appointed with the exception of not having an iron and Ironing board. For business travel, this would be appreciated. Also, internet access via wifi was slow, less than 5Mbps. Wifi calling was very choppy rendering it basically unusable. Breakfast was good and the check-in/check-out process was quick.

Nice location, near city center by walking distance, near bars and restaurants and malls. Nice hotel and friendly staff. The hotel has parking, gym, pool, restaurant and bar. Nice rooms, very clean with very good infrastructure.

The hotel is nice. The staff are friendly and ready to help. The breakfast is good and many items to choose from. I would stay here again next time. The rooms are quiet outside but you do hear inside noise.

« Could be better, cause they had construction going on in the mornings - an absurd in my view »

Breakfast very good, room nice. Like I said, if I had to run a hotel, I would not let a construction happen in the mornings - only between 12h and 18h.

« Outdated hotel. So called ¨Restaurant¨ is a joke as well as the ¨Gym¨ »

Not good. I sleep more than 40 nights per year in Accor Hotels around the world. This was not up to standards. Tried to have dinner at restaurant. Waiter did not have a clue about any of the dishes and service was subpar. I tried to use the gym and show up at 07:22 and is closed (it says open at 07:00, which is late for Brasil anyway ). I called up reception and the say sorry, somebody will go to open. I go again and 07:48 and closed again. I did not even bother to call them again.

The front desk forget to delivery a message at the moment they received as I had asked, I only get the message by the morning if the next day. On Thursday the gym was closed at 7:20 am. I called front desk twice to open it. When someone finally came he has the wrong key. Because of the time I gag to give My exercises up. There are just two treadmills and one was broken.
