Pillow cover was not changed for a week. Could be identified by a small stain. I guess everything else on the bed was not changed either. Very annoyed about that. The reception sorted out that for me on the day I complained. And air conditioning was on and off not when intended. I found it so funny that I didn't complain but the next time I will.

Positive: Breakfast, aircondition in the room, friendly receptionists and barkeeper, 5 Euro vouchers Negative: Location relative far away from city center. Bed - although comfortable - certainly not suitable for couples (more of a twin bed that was attached to each other, it kept on sliding and separating us during the night). We planned to have dinner at IBIS but after we ate our onion and tomato soups, we decided to have it elsewhere; especially the onion soup: it was bland, lacked of any simple spices (e.g. salt or pepper) and onions were not fresh anymore, definitely not worth the price.

Did you know we rent bikes at our hotel? For €10,- per day you have a bike to explore Tilburg. From our location you can go to a lot of places. You can go to a restaurant, the cinema, the Beekse Bergen or the La Trappe brewery. Thank you for informing us about your experience with our restaurant. Everyone very helpful, very clean, definitely come back( which we are actually doing towards the end of september). The position seemed a little bit far away from our point of interest( but not complaining) and at some point I personally think that a mini-fridge woul come in hand. Over-all staying in Ibis Tilburg was great, thanks to everyone working there and doing an excellent job.

I felt at home at Ibis, the staff were all very helpful. The only thing that I didn’t find was plant based foods. I m vegan, plus I am gluten intolerant so there was nothing on the menu that I could eat. Other than that I was very happy

great stay, nice rooms. only 'bad' experience is the way your pricing model is set up and is extremely inflexible: i booked a long time in advance and had no option to alter my booking in any way afterward. turns out the day we are set to leave my wife isn't feeling well and won't be joining us. we had booked 2 rooms for 3 people in total. it would have been great if I had been able to either switch to a single room or get a reduction because we had one person in our party less than what we booked but unfortunately the booking was set in stone. Luckily Farah was there to save the day
