« comfortable but not well cleaned and noisy »

I only stayed for the one night. I arrived late and went to sleep soon, but it was rather noisy inside the hotel amd outside. It was carnaval saturday but there did not appear to be a party going on, but loud shouting beyond midnight. The cleaning of the bathroom had not been good as quite many dark hairs were on the bath and floor.

We are sorry to read that you experienced discomfort from the noise made by other guest. You stayed with us during a local event, Carnaval witch attracts many guest from outside Tilburg. Our night porter asks every one that arrives to keep in mind that other guest are sleeping, unfortunately the did not act to this. We regret to read that the housekeeping did not clean your room properly. I will share this with our housekeeping manager to make sure it will not happen again. I stay IBIS Tilburg sometimes due to business trip. Building is old, but cozy and I see they try to improve based on renovation. Staff is very friendly and this is a plus. Scramble egg in the morning is not so good since already stayed a while it became harder. On the other hand, I love fresh orange juice which you make your own with using squeezer. Feels very fresh and can start good day.

We loved it. Helpful friendly service. Clean room. Beautiful place where we had a very good breakfast. We enjoyed our stay. The only unpleasant experience was that my stuff got stolen. I forgot my leather cosmetic purse in my room with lots of cosmetics in it. I calked them from our next hotel but it was gone. So some one is not honest and took it.

« You get what you pay for »

When we arrived we had some issues with our key card, after that was fixed. We entered the room and realized we didn't get the room we paid for, which was a letdown. But other than that it was okay. Beds are comfortable and staff is friendly.

The arrival was not very good. The bathroom (the WC) was not cleaned from previous customers. We were invited to have welcome drinks as apologize for the inconvinients The rest of the time was good, Kind reception and breakfast service. Hopefully, I will be visitin you again next week

The room is basic with no refrigerator, boiler, coffee or tea and is the low point. Other than that the bed was comfortable and the bathroom clean.

« Fantastic staff, comfortable clean hotel »

Got lost on the way to hotel, went the wrong direction from the bus stop and one of the staff came to pick me up in her car. Service beyond expectations. Comfortable and clean hotel. Breakfast so-so for me but a good selection of bread, cold meat, cheese. Juicer to make your own fresh orange. Warm (just) bacon, chicken sausage and dutch mini pancakes, also scrambled egg and boiled egg. Overall a good variety if you prefer the cold buffet breakfast, not so much if you prefer cooked. Decent espresso. Good selection of beers in the bar. Only issue is the location; car, taxi or bus ride to town or a long (3km+) walk.
