Decent bed, the toilet was a bit cramped. The floor of the room was very dusty (and maybe dirty but that wasn't visible due to to color of the floor).

THE PLACE AS ALWAYS VERY PLEASANT AND THE NEW ROOMS ARE GREAT. WHY THEY DID NOT PUT IN A SMART TV I DO NOT UNDERSTAND AND NOW I CANNOT PLUG IN MY DEVICE TO SEE MY SERIES, THIS IS NOT GOOD.

The stay was really good. The rooms are good value for money!! Gorkem who welcomed us at reception was really helpful and made us feel welcome straight away. He was very polite and understanding. This is one of the best services I have had in a hotel in a very long time. Miray who was working when we checked out was also very helpful.

Experience of the renovated rooms was very good, although it was a pity that we paid extra for the renovated rooms, while there where no normal rooms as explained by the receptionist.. So I didn't understand why the higher fee was paid for. We rented 2 bikes for 1,5 days which was very nice and cheap. No taxi service to the centre of Tilburg was a pity, especially because bussdrivers where striking this weekend. Breakfast wasnice, but quite expensive. New room and shower where nice and the bed was perfect!

The renovation has not finished yet because we are renovating our last rooms. Due to this renovation we only have airconditioning on a couple of floors in the hotel. You booked a renovated room and paid extra for this, therefore you stayed on one of our renovated rooms that had a working airconditioning. How nice to read that you used our bike rental! Especially in the summer it is nice to explore the city via bicycle. It was indeed hard to order a taxi because the bus drivers were striking that weekend. « Started not so well but satisfied in the end »

I was notified that the creditcard was not working so I called the hotel to inform that I would pay when I arrive and We went through the information with the caller and she said everything is alright and they will be expecting me around 19:00 to 20:00. Before I arrived I got an e-mail saying my reservation was cancelled and at arrival they also told me that but I said I called before 14:00. Eventually, the issue was solved within an hour and everything was fixed. Staffs were friendly and the stay was really nice!

It was rather short, but good. Generally speaking the front desk personnel was nice, although there was one of them, in the morning, who was downright rude to our request for a cab. Besides that, it was good.

The room was very small. Also the air conditioning didn’t work so it was warm in the room (2 adults and 1 child). The breakfast was also not really good. Not a lot of choice and taste not to good. Not a place for a next stop.

Good. Shame air con wasn't working, but I understand the hotel is the middle of being renovated. Staff very polite and helpful. Had a bike shed as well, which was very useful. Breakfast a bit on the pricey side. Would definitely stay here again.

The staff were very accommodating to our large group and the food was good. The rooms were modern and had recently been refurbished. Our only problem was that 2 of the rooms booked as twins were actually double.

We stayed at the Ibis during the World Cup Hockey. Very friendly and helpfull staff, always in a good mood and definitely professional. Keep up the good work. Hardly to find i more expensive hotels. Breakfast very OK and a good a la carte menu. Small but comfortable newly renovated rooms! Good location and easy parking. See you again!!
