My stay was ok, the staff as always were excellent, the food good and the room comfortable. The only problem on this visit was was being woken up at 4.30 am Sunday by stupid people fooling about on the scaffolding outside my room, I thought they were trying to get into my room via the window, #205. It was very disturbing and I was unable to sleep again afterwards, I called the night service and the situation was resolved but it was still not a good experience.

First of all, I am happy to read that your experience with our staff were excellent as always but I regret to read that you didn't had a good stay this time. During your stay there was a group in the hotel who came back after a night out and they were very noisy. The night porter warned them to go upstairs quietly, but unfortunately they ignored this. These guests walked on the scaffolding, absolutely unacceptable. I can understand that this scares you and makes you feel uncomfortable. Please accept our heartfelt apologies for the inconvienience. Thank you for sharing your concerns as our loyal guest and we hope that this incident will not deter you from choosing us the next time. It was a pleasure to arrive at the hotel with an extra welcome-package from the staff. We booked this stay because of a special event in Tilburg and the hotel even made a deal with a local taxi service so we got discount on our taxi to the center. Very nice! Two minor points: prices went up since we booked the hotel, so we had to pay more than we expected (it wasn't a lot, but still an unpleasant surprise), and the bathroom door didn't close that well. Not so nice if you want to keep your privacy in there. Friendly and helpful staff made up for these minor inconveniences.

I have checked your reservation and it seems that this was the VAT for 2019. VAT has been increased since 2019 and unfortunately we had to apply this to existing bookings. We informed all our guests in advance, I am sorry if this was a suprise for you. The door in the bathroom is a design, it can't be closed. The rooms are furnished like the latest ibis version, including the design of the bathroom. We hope to have the pleasure of welcoming you again whenever your future travels bring you back to Tilburg. I have been staying at the ibis Tilburg for 3 months. The staff are fantastic, they go out of their way to make me feel welcome. I am a vegetarian and the staff have arranged special meals for me which is appreciated. But for me it's the customer centric attitude of the staff that stands out.

Good stay in Tilburg We came for a show at 013 poppodium to ser Ayreon’s Into The Electric Castle. We had a taxi from and to the hotel very easily and the town center is very ntertainîg If we have to come back, it will be at the Ibis

The room was ok, fairly clean. Very dusty though. The worst part about it was the work you were having done on the hotel. Neither of us got much sleep and had headaches in the morning due to such loud banging so early on in the morning.

Tiny, tiny room

We have stayed in Ibis Budget before. Judging by the price, pictures and descriptions we expected a room of AT LEAST equal quality. What we found was a room so tiny that we couldn't walk around the bed once our luggage (a carry on bag and a big backpak) was on the floor. The table was shoved into the closet/wardrobe space and the 'single bed' was a crap quality stowaway. When a room is advertized as a 3 person room, I expect more space and actual beds for 3 people.
