I informed the staff that shower was not functioning correctly. They said they will fix during the day but when I came back in the evening nothing had been done.

We were 3 people in one room. This is all right for one night. No air-conditioning, hot rooms. Restaurant good !

Late check in having room ready.. up since 4.30am travelling post flights bus train and when reached hotel at 1pm they said to wait until 2. That was ok but then room wasn't ready at 2, or 2.30pm. Eventually got in after many others were equally left waiting in reception too long. Had paid to have a room ready by 2pm the latest. Ordered meal in restaurant and was not as described in menu, didn't bother saying anything as was nice but ripped off. As checking out I asked if it was possible to order a taxi, they said they used a company when I would get special discount. The taxi took 40 mins to come, didn't know where I needed to go on arrival and charged 11euro to go around the corner, approx 4 mins. It was not the girls at reception fault and saw others shouting at them but they need to change companies they associate with and prompt cleaning service to ensure guests aren't so dissatisfied.

First of all our heartfelt apologies that the room wasn’t ready when you arrived, this is not the normal level of quality we strive for every day. Our check-in time is from 2 pm and our pursuit is to have all the rooms clean before 2 pm. Unfortunately on some days, especially in the weekend, this is not always possible. In your case, there has been a miscommunication with our housekeeping and reception so guests had to wait for their room. We want to be sure that all rooms are clean and prevent us from giving a dirty room. I’m very sorry to read your experience with the restaurant. We regret that you didn’t inform us about your complain. We would have liked to solve this immediately and see if we could do something for you. Can you describe what you mean with the menu? I would like to share your feedback with our restaurant manager and see if I can do something else for you to satisfy you. The taxi in the Netherlands is indeed expensive. It’s possible that a taxi ride from 4 minutes costs 11 euro’s. In the Netherlands we work with a starting rate and the kilometer price is relatively high. We are very sorry to see that you were disappointed with your stay at our hotel this time and we hope that you will give us the opportunity to better serve you in the near future. It was not the first time I stayed at your hotel when I traveled to Tilburg! The location is ideal for my purposes and the accommodation itself and the service is ok in general Ibis standard; I prefer to stay at Ibis when I travel! But I'm disappointed that you don't have a room for me on my next stay planned for June 15!

After a potentially disastrous start to our stay due to an over booking, the staff resolved problem by finding us an alternative upgraded hotel. When we arrived at our Ibis hotel the following day the receptionist on duty was very kind and apologetic. We had a very quiet, clean and functional room.

The room was nice and the staff very helpful, but our room was not ready until 18.30 on our day of arrival, so we had a long wait. Also initially we were overcharged in the restaurant, but luckily we saw the error and it was corrected.

This is the sixth time I had stayed in Ibis Tilburg for Roadburn. I am happy to see that the hotel tries its best to cater for the occasion and makes arrangements to accommodate festival crowd. Breakfast until 12 is particularly appreciated!

I was originally booked in the Mecure Tilburg but that reservation was cancelled by Accor and I was given the option to stay at the Ibis Tiburg. Very nice staff, clean rooms and breakfast was solid.
