We paid for breakfast but when we got down just after 10 we were told we had missed it went to reception they told us only late breackfast available 1tiny crepe 1 tiny croissant small coffie Not what we were expecying after a very long journey the day before and one ahead of us we had to go to the supermarket oppisite to get some food to eat Need to explain the times of breakfast were not happy

Overall experience was quite good. Only minus was that breakfast was minimal and CAR charging very expensive. 6 € for about 10 kWh is over the top.

Staff were great, pool was good. The ability for the aircon to work was terrible. My baby, wife and I were sweating in the room at night not able to sleep due to the heat. I asked for it to be fixed and the response was it seemed fine and he played with the thermostat abit but didn’t improve the temperature.

We had difficulty reaching the hotel from the autoroute exit and must be better prepared next time!The hotel,the restaurant,and especially the staff were first class.So overall it was an enjoyable overnight stay.

Location good for A7 and opposite is a Geant casino complex where you can get fuel and food. Good bathroom well lit. Good bed. Has pool but did not use. Only one towel per person, no kettle. Food bit expensive.

This was our third stay at this hotel. As usual, we found the room and premises to be clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. However, the room is getting rather "tired" — in need of attention. There was no heat in the room — between seasons and the room was cold on our arrival. The restaurant is operated by a separate company — a good idea — and is a step up from the typical Ibis restaurant. Our dinner was good. The breakfast was very good.

Hotel a bit tired, could do with a makeover. Heating in room didn't work and when I asked about it I was told it was all of the hotel and that they would send a heater up. So, a wonky old one legged heater arrived! It worked! Bed was wonderfully comfy. Four stars given because the restaurant is superb. We both enjoyed a really tasty and well presented meal, served by lovely friendly waitress.

Thank you very much for your hospitality. Unfortunately, the stay was not so satisfactory for us. On the evening of our arrival, Friday, 17.05.2019 it rained. On the way from the parking lot to the hotel lobby, I slipped on the white security strip for the blind; the mirror in the rain, as the receptionist confirmed. I have my left foot badly twisted and sprained. We immediately reported the incident to the reception. Unfortunately I did not recover 3 days after this incident. The foot is badly swollen. However, if it gets worse or the foot continues to swollen, I have to go to the doctor at our resort, GRUISSAN Mateille. The cost of any necessary treatment will certainly taken over your insurance or the medication I need, as well. I hope for your understanding and efforts in this matter. Finally, I would like to inform you that we are happy to book IBIS accommodations on the way to our holiday destination. A confirmation of this is highly appreciated. Best regards Belinda F.

I've stayed at this hotel several times, always on my way from the UK to the south of France or back the other way. I find the IBIS formula reassuringly dependable: hotels always conveniently placed, and often close to a motorway exit, so ideal for an overnight stay. The main IBIS hotels have restaurants, so you don't have to drive off to somewhere to eat and you can enjoy a drink if you want to without worrying about it. The staff at Valence SUD were smiley and efficient. The food perfectly fine.

Disaster. I'm engineer and I travel around all world. I stayed in different hotels companies. Also in differents Accor Hotels group. Two years ago I had Platinum member card. Now I have Silver. Was a pit stop between Strasbourg and Barcelona. I stayed with my wife and my two sons, three years old and two weeks old. We payed 75€ for one night. The room has a double bed and single one. Room 309 was dirty, old, no maintenance, noisy, cold (heating system switched off from main control because winter is over) and not enough towels for everyone. I have never seen an hotel like that in UE or in the world. After this experience I will never come back in any Accor Hotel again and if I can choose also my colleagues and family.

Reception staff great and helpful easy check in. Restaurant staff helpful especially Canadian waitress. Room was clean etc and the bed still the best ! Really comfortable.

The food in the restaurant is excellent. brilliant buffet at breakfast of good quality. Adequate room, floor felt sticky under bare feet, soundproofing not good - bathroom noises from other rooms. Bathroom tiny, very thin old towels. Water from the shower entered the bedroom - had to put a towel on the floor to mop it up. We would return again to eat in the restaurant and hope to get a better room and towels.

As a regular visitor to Valence I chose this time to try a different Accor hotel but left feeling slightly disappointed. An indifferent welcome followed by a dated, basic and depressing room. The public areas of the hotel however were more than fine. The restaurant area was welcoming with nice lighting and the food quite good. In fact the breakfast proved to be excellent and lifted the stay to an overall 7 / 10 otherwise a 5 would have been more accurate.
