Just satisfactory, food choices in restaurant limited, and very overpriced. Having said that the Steak at dinner was very good. Wines and drinks from the bar overpriced, the quality of the spirits on offer from the bar were very much bottom of the range. The staff at reception were pleasant. I think that I prefer to pay a bit more and access the superior comfort of the Mercure ( unfortunately not possible as fully booked in the Tours area )

Regarding the wines, we use a new technology called D-VINE that allows us to offer you great wines by the glass like Pomerol or Sauternes 2005. Laure on reception was very welcoming and helpful. Although the restaurant was not open for normal service, she ensured we had a good meal. The room was a little small but the bed was very comfortable. The hotel is cosy and staff are friendly.

The hotel,s situation made it very difficult to find even with the Sat. nav. - perhaps some signs on the access road would help guests. Staff were helpful and dinner and breakfast were of a good standard.

Just a good bed and sound proof, which is enough for one night. But on the phone I specifically asked for a room on the groundfloor and when we arrived the girl at the desk told she did not have this information. So what's the point of telling it. I had to make a little fuss and suddenly a room was available ! Second we asked the desk to call the restaurant at the ibib style next door to bok a table and same thing the resurant did not get the booking!

an excellent one night stop off place while driving further south. Easy to access and plenty of places to spend a few retail hours if needed, and if you really needed to find some where else to eat then you can BUT I wouldn't bother as the food is great AND the staff lovely Would use if again

Overall good but we didn’t realise the reception closed at 9 pm. Was this made clear on the website? The receptionist who was just closing the grille was reluctantly helpful with the automated system. Also - how secure is the parking? I didn’t notice that the gate was locked at night. Our car would have seemed more secure with a locked gate.

We have frequently stayed in ibis hotels, including this one, and the facilities and service fully came to expectation.However, something unfortunate happened. My wife asked the evening receptionist to put our ice packs in the freezer, and in the morning the receptionist then on duty was unable to find them. After repeated attempts and waiting quite some while, we left without them. If they are found please would you post them to us?
