The room (room nr 936) was not well cared showing clear signs of deterioration. The room was not ready when we arrived. The staff could be more gentle and nice.

« Decent tourist hotel. »

Stayed 3 nights with the family. Took the breakfast option was a good choice of food available. Excellent wifi + aircon in rooms. We hired a car was 15 mins to the centre and same to the Eiffel tower. They have guest parking which is very secure but at €18 per day i think is too expensive to charge guests, maybe €10 per day would be fair. Staff helpful and pleasant. Would stay here again with a hired car as public transport could be confusing for getting out (and back) taxis would be expensive, hire car was cheaper but you need to be careful!

Cher Mohamed, Je reçois avec intérêt vos notes concernant nos services, et regrette que ceux-ci n'aient pas été à la hauteur de vos attentes. Sachez que tous nos clients sont accueillis de la même façon, et nous aimons recevoir nos clients peu importe d ou ils viennent des 4 coins du monde. nos équipes sont à votre disposition que vous parliez français , anglais, espagnol, ou arabe. je suis très confuse de lire votre ressenti car, ce n 'est pas l image de nous voulons donner a nos clients. « Worst experience ever in Paris »

Rooms too hot. When I went downstairs to talk about that with the manager, they didn’t have a manager to talk to. I asked the guy what else we could do to solve this problem and he said: “open the window”. I did, and I had to listen street noises such as cars honking and people screaming all night long. I was on first floor. And then, we had several noises coming from the ceiling. We couldn’t even sleep decently because of the noise. Something like someone moving furniture all night long. I complained about this to reception. They didn’t know what to do. One of the days I left my apartment at 1pm. I hanged the “Please Come In” sign on the door so the maintenance could change sheets and clean up the room. When I got back. At 9pm, everything was like the same. No one did the job of cleaning and changing bed clothes. I will never step on this hotel again in my life. Not only I had the worst week of sleep of my life, but the staff was not ready to attend my needs. Btw.. breakfast. A room capable of having 40 to 50 people simultaneously. Only one machine to boil eggs and only 6 spots. That’s beyond ridiculous.

The room was tiny and, although there was an air conditioning thermostat, it didn’t work (I was told that none of them work in the hotel). Avoid if it is hot in Paris! « Fine stay, room corresponds to price but they overbook »

It was a fine stay. When me and my boyfriend arrived late at night we found out that the hotel had overbooked (we booked our room 1 1/2 month before our stay) and was sent to another hotel (4 star). The reception just said we will be sent to another hotel without a explanation and we only knew it was because of overbooking because my boyfriend speaks a little French and overheard the conversation between the taxa driver (the hotel provided) and another customer that was sent to the same hotel as us. It would have been nice with an explanation. Please don't give a room to somebody else when the customer has left a comment to warn about the late arrival. It took 45 min to check in because of the overbooking. Besides the overbooking it was a good stay. Reasonable priced.

This time the hotel was very busy and not so comfortable in the morning for Breakfast, The cost was higher than usual and with the increased cost the experience does not get better. No complimentary drink for been an ACCOR loyalty card holder this time and the air conditioner does not seem to get to a suitable temperate as required, blows noisily, the room still quite warm.

Reception, bar and hall nice and clean.Room small and with additional 3rd bed very small-no place to move. Bathroom requires renovation. Generally good place to stay for 1- 2 night at lower cost.

Hi I enjoyed my stay we had half board board at Courtepaille we had dinner I think they should have English menus as what we could have was not very clear.My other problem was my credit card had 2 pending transaction one correct and one incorrect.
