Good hotel for 1-2 nights stay with easy access to public transport, hotel a little dated and the bathrooms need to be updated , good breakfast and very nice service by the staff.

Very small rooms with no service whatsoever.

No room amenities at all...AC was not working...despite requesting for the technician, it was neither fixed nor anyone came. There was no kettle in the room to make hot water, neither any service was provided to support durind the stay. TV channels were extremely scarce.

This hotel was advertised as having air con! I arrived in Paris during high heat period and thought that I would be able to refresh myself much in my hotel room. In fact I chose Ibis because I thought that Ibis usually has air con and we get value for our money. But when I turned on the air con, I felt no ventilation coming in the room. I set the thermostat at 22°c and found no air cooling the room. I went to reception to complain. To my surprise, I was told that the aircon system was a common one for all the rooms. That the temperature was set and that my room will cool down automatically when it is needed. Went back to the room, set the thermostat at 30°c, then it worked! But when set it lower to 30°c it shuts off! My conclusion was that the hotel set the room temperature to 30°c! Is 30°c even effective for an air con system? I was very upset. I stayed up until 5am without being able to sleep because my mattress was simply too warm. There was absolutely no comfort. I tool three cold showers during the night just trying to cool my body down. For sure I will never go back there. And now, as a subscriber to the Accor hotels group, I will always have some doubt about the service to expect. I do not like a hotel tricking guests with such IMPOSED so-called air con service. A guest should be able to choose at what temperature he would like to set his room at. Never again and I will make sure that I can send my reviews to most hotels website to warn my fellow guests about this.

Too crowded!!!

First, there was a long line in the elevators during night time. Second, the room was too small for three travellers. You could have at least realized that there will be luggage coming with your visitors. Finally, the AC was not making anything more comfortable. It was very warm inside the room and sometimes throughout the night the AC will stop, even when it is maxed out.

Clean rooms, nice breakfast (enough coffee machines), it is crowded, but enough space for everybody. Always a free lift available. The staff is friendly. It is near a bigger metro station. Thanks for the nice stay.

The receiptionists are exteremly unprofessional, i have called them many times to ask them to get someone to open the AC for my husband and they didn't even respond On the second day i called them to know where can i take the bus for disneyland and the receiptionist told im busy right now call me later, On the third day i called them to ask for the near by pharmacy to get me a medication cause i had a flu and the they answered okay we will see and will call you back Seriously the worst customer experience and service level i have ever seen in my life They don't deserve one single cent to be spent on this hotel

Bar seats are very close to reception, it’s not very pleasant to be greeted by the view of people seating so close and drinking alcohol when arriving in family. They was a strong smell of toilet at the exit of the lift, the room was very small, old, board was not properly fitted and the window was tiny.

Have used many of the ACCOR hotels in Paris and this hotel is really looking tired in all aspects, the room is looking old and in need of update and the bathrooms just do not seem clean and very tired, this is not great for a business traveller at all as there seems to just more and more Groups been the target market, Very expensive for a solo traveller, The Breakfast is really like a scholastic's canteen and very average choice.

My room 126 was noisy,I’m not sure if we were above restaurant or below some noisy rooms seemed to be a lot of scraping and rolling sounds. Hotel is just that litttle bit too far from metro. My tv was not good the bbc world news and other channels kept breaking up all the time as I was there for 3 nights.didnt make for easy viewing.

Matrass was too soft. Rooms are not soundproof (even with earplugs on I got woken up quite a few times each night). No toilet brush in the bathroom and although housecleaning happened twice it seems they forgot the toilet bowl.. yet,I am sure they entered the bathroom as they changed the towels which I actually didnt need.
