« Perfect base for a short trip »

An excellent hotel base for a work trip. Just a ten minute tram journey from where I needed to be, clean and comfortable with very friendly staff and a social atmosphere in the evenings. Will definitely be staying here again for my next work trip.

We arrived at the hotel tired from a long flight only to be told our room was not ready. The front desk assured me it would be ready in 30 minutes. We patiently waited for almost 2 hours before we were able to get our room. I was shocked by the room we were given. It did not resemble the picture i was shown at the time I booked. It did have 3 small single beds, the room was the size of a small closet. We could not even walk comfortably in the room without hitting the bed or wall! The shower overflowed everytime we used it. I would not recommend or stay at this property again.

« Staff was helpful, room was as described, only issue was light bulbs didn't always work properly. »

Overall it was a great experience, and something I would recommend to others. Staff was friendly and room was clean. As I said above, the only problem was light bulbs sometimes worked and sometimes didn't. The first day 3 of them stopped so we went to the desk and it was fixed, then throughout the stay every once in a while a bulb would stop. The next time we used the switch though, the one that stopped would work and then shortly after a different one would stop. It wasn't a major issue, just somewhat annoying at times.

The hotel is being refurbished gradually and my room had been refitted, so everything was fairly new. Sadly the shower fitting was already broken and hadn't been repaired. Nevertheless, as a budget hotel, the room was clean and comfortable and quiet.

The room was too small, the bed wasn’t good either. Cleaner did not even pickup the tissue papers from the floor and above all left the door open after their so called cleaning. The reception was dark and there is water dripping from ceiling. Never seen another hotel on such poor condition.

The booking in procedure was pleasant. The room was very nice and clean. I Was Not Impressed with the Cost Of Parking for guests who stay in the hotel. I believe €18.90 to pay for parking is Extremely Pricey for an overnight stay. This is my only problem.

This hotel is an easy walk to the Cité Université and Porte d’orléans. Although it’s close to the Périphérique ring road, the neighborhood is quiet. The personnel is friendly & efficient, and the rooms are small but comfortable. The only (minor) drawback is the 15 minute walk to the RER station.

« Good property but not good staff »

The property is good with nice amenities. But the staff were rude. The check-in was not comfortable. In fact in one of the conversation, one of the staff replied 'Did you hear what I just said?'. The location is not also not that great, at least 10 mins walk to the nearest metro stations. But the biggest shock was the rude behaviour of staff.
