This is not an hotel anymore it is worst than a motel 1- receptionists very rude not professional 2- heating system not working 3- phone not working 4- not water even to sell for the guests 5- no one at reception at night 6 cleaning time a disaster 7 no wake up call 8 lying about everything 9 room not ready for reservation 10 hallways dirty The most horrible experience for 20 years in AccorHotels

Convenient, nice staff, very good breakfast and cheap if you book in advance, Location is good to get to North Paris in particular and there are is a bus to the airport and the coach station next door. Some restaurants nearby but of varied quality

- Parking is dirty and sketchy. - Ibis website doesn't mention that parking isn't free for guests, like it does for other ibis hotels (it was an important criteria in the choice...) - Room seemed smaller than previous ibis hotel? - there was a screw left on the shower floor... Stepped on it. Ouch. - The SMELLS of the common area were terrible - Service at checkin was OK.

I was disappointed that my room (733) was never serviced during my stay of 3 nights. The bed was not made up at all. That is the first negative comment I have ever found necessary during many stays there. It will not stop me from staying at this hotel again, not deter me from using Accor hotels as a whole.

It's clean, affordable. Just a little too far away from the center Paris. It has a big problem. Some of the recepcinists don't speak English. It was hard to communicate with them if you don't speak French very well.

Staff was nice and helpful. However my general experinece was badly influenced by: 1. My room was either previous used as a smoking room, or there was a lo of smoking done by the previous user(s). When entering you noticed that they used a spray to comouflage this, and the window was open as compensation. However, this was not enough. I asked for another room, but this was not feasible since the hotel was fully booked. Later that week they nicely gave me another room. 2. So I had a bad night. With the open window it was freezing cold and a lot of traffic noice. With the window shut, I couold not sleep either because of a headache and burning lungs (I have asthma, and even extra medicine did not help; the smoke was even penetrated in my blankets, sheets and pillow). I have been couching, sneezing the whole week since. Plus I have a burning feeling in my lungs and have to use extra Asthma medication. 3. Furthermore there was quite some construction work on my flour... which was sometimes noisy and you had to go through the boxes and constructionwork to reach the elevator. Although I understand this has to be done. Especially some of the hallways / carpets need some maintenance as well. 4. Last, I had problems with the reservation due to some issues created by central reservation (about the car parking reservation/prepaiment), but this was vey nicely managed and solved by your local staff, for which my compliments and thanks!!

Bed was clear but furnitures in the hotel room were damged. In the corridors you could smell a bad odour. You should at least paint the walls. Ironing room was completelly messy and there was a very bad smell inside - there was a problem with the sanitation pipe in this room. The personel does not consider this as a problem. Generaly the feeling was a hostel not a hotel. I have seen much better Ibis budget than this Ibis.

I was very disappointed i paid for a double bed room but i got a room with two single beds instead Im which i couldnt even sleep properly i woke up with a back ache in which im still recovering from, inalso opted for a late check out and they ended up telling me that it wouldnt be possible for me to have a late check out and that if i wanted a double bed and late check out i should go look for another hotel which i thought was quite rude and there was only a very disturbing smell coming from the bathroom
