Great stay! Reception staff were excellent and were still there when we arrived at nearly midnight. The room was nice and warm and very clean. I recommend this hotel. We only had one night on our way to our final destination but it was a very pleasant stay.

Easy to find - although a shame that it was on the edge of the motorway. Dinner was a little disappointing as the hotel is not in the town centre. Nothing available in walking distance. Breakfast was very good though. No complaints though, all good. Just needed a place to stay as part of a very long journey.

« Overnight stop »

Lovely quiet room, newly refurbished. Bed extremely comfortable, let down by all 4 pillows. Like lying on cotton wool. No support, pillows fluffed up around the ears. Had to go to the car and get my own pillow ....... my husband tried 3 pillows together, no difference, ended up lying flat. Hotel needs to check these pillows before putting them in rooms. We have stayed at this ibis annually and never had this problem, suggest bring your own pillow in future... otherwise ok.

Bad experience : - No more bread available one morning at 7:15am. Only available : one pain au chocolat and two toast. The same morning : Coffee machine was not working properly - Last week, At 10pm, after my diner, I spent 15 minutes waiting outside the hostel, in front of the main gate that somebody open to me..... The code is not working and we have to call the hostel employees for the gate to be open. - The TV remote control I have last week has not been working until I have asked for a replacement the Thursday...after 4 days I was staying there. Nobody check it works....
