Arrived late and helpful chap on reception, check in was easy. The room was clean, tidy, had all the basics covered. The bed is relatively comfortable and, of course, it's cheap!

Very helpful and friendly staff who understood our fragmented French. Nice room with everything you need for quick stop off. Really lovely breakfast. This time we also had an evening dinner in our room which was very good.

Very nice stay. My friend and I had a dog with us so the hotel room was very small to put her basket but we made do. The staff was utterly perfect and nice !

A typically IBIS - well located for our needs whilst travelling south in France. The location was easy to find and very secure parking behind closed metal gates ( which are easily exited with a given code ). The chain restaurant behind the IBIS provided an o.k. meal - nothing exceptional, but it was pleasant enough.

Clean, new feel, quiet hotel, with easy access to the motorway but couldnt hear a thing ( we had our rooms on the other side). Lovely staff, great breakfast... would definitely stay there again.

Our booking was lost, the hotel was full and we had to wait an hour+ to resolve the issue.

Check in was a disaster. Our booking of two connected rooms was confirmed to me via the Accor App (I am a member). I was travelling with my wife and 16 year old son. We arrived at the hotel at about 8pm after 12 hours of travelling. The booking appeared in the hotel system as for one room. all other rooms were taken and there were no other local hotels with available rooms. I called Accor customer service in north america (Canada) and spoke with a CS person who was unable to help in any way. Finally after 1.5 hours the receptionist decided to give us a room booked by another guest who had not yet arrived.
