Stayed here prior to morning ferry home. Check in good, room comfortable. Evening meal in hotel was disappointing. We enjoyed a pre meal drink on the terrace then took our seats in the restaurant about 20.30. Only two other tables were occupied. Many of the dishes on the menu were not available for some reason. That aside what we did order was well cooked and we enjoyed. However what we then observed seemed quite bizarre for an Ibis hotel. Numerous guest looked to eat between 21.00 and 21.30 but were told that food was finished, despite the restaurant being advertised as open until 22.00. We found this very strange. However, our stay was fine in general.

weather was very hot but the room did not benefit from air-conditioning, opening the window is the only option for cooler air during the night but the road noise from the nearby periferique is constant throughout the night so restful sleep is almost impossible

When we arrived at the hotel, we were nicely greeted. The room was a little small, but that was bearable. However, on the third day of our stay, when we came to breakfast, there were no eggs and bread, as a handball team stayed at the hotel finished all of them i.e. food forecast didn’t match the hotel occupancy. To make it clear, we’ve chosen this hotel mostly because of the description at Booking.com where eggs were mentioned as a constant part of breakfast menu, and for us this is a main breakfast component as our children do not eat cheese and ham. Nevertheless, we would have understood if the hotel staff was simply apologizing and tried their best to get eggs and bread (the bread was replenished only after our 3rd reminder! and looks like it was not planned to be replenished at all as after several requests one of staff members just went to bake it though breakfast time was yet far from its end), however, instead when we asked one of the staff members, she said that no eggs is a "funny" problem and this Ibis is “just” a 3-star hotel. That’s the exact point, this Ibis is a 3-star hotel, not 1 or 2 and its cost is comparable with 4 stars, moreover in the hotel guide there is a statement that any room, breakfast or bar problem gets fixed within 15 minutes otherwise we will “be the hotel’s guests”. After a quite long argument the eggs were brought, but in the meantime someone from the stuff shut the egg boiler down, then it took us a lot of time to trying boil the eggs, but unsuccessfully, in the cold water the eggs didn’t boil. As the result our children remained without eggs i.e. without breakfast and we were late for 1 hour to meet our friends at Mt. St. Michel which quite smashed our common day plan. The issue was brought to the hotel manager’s attention, but at the check-out we’ve got his message that eggs is not mandatory breakfast part thus we won’t get any compensation or discount, despite the hotel’s obligation mentioned above. Concluding all the aforementioned, we can say that for us this was a big disappointment, we are frequent clients of Accor hotels and never before we have been so disgraced by the hotel this much.

Checking in took sometime and everything was fine until late evening. It turned out we were in a room above the kitchen. All work and cleaning meant lots of noise in the room but was late at night after checking in so wanted to sleep so didn't complain. Next morning early work in the kitchen meant noise in early hours. If we stay again will not accept anything near kitchen.

Staff multi-lingual, helpful and approachable. Rooms warm and water hot. Bed very comfortable. However, Ibis are new to me and I expected a kettle and tea/coffee in the room but this was not available and only possible to purchase individually.

Hotel is fine. However the absence of sat.nav GPS coordinates made it difficult to find at night. I am staying again at this hotel and so asked for the GPS coordinates at reception but the receptionist could not provide them.

Excellent checking-in and checking-out service. We arrived late, soaking wet and extremely cold (bikers), and were desperate for a hot drink. No tea/coffee making facilities in the room, and unable to get anything from the restaurant/dining area.

Very nice overall just a shame on the last night that there were some very noisy guests at 4 in the morning both outside and in the corridor. However the breakfast was superb and the rooms very clean and comfy.

Very good room, nicely updated. Staff helpful and polite. Nice and quiet, slept well. Would be helpful to have the menu under written in English to help us that struggle to learn French. But didn't spoil our stay.

We arrived at the hotel at about 22.30. The exterior temperature was -2C. There had been no heating on in the room and the small wall heater was completely unable to raise the temperature despite being on Max setting.

This hotel is our number one choice for our overnight stays on our journey to and from France. The rooms are always clean, lovely big comfortable beds with good quality linen. The ensuite rooms have been refurbished & the walk-in showers are great. The staff, especially Sophie & Celina are extremely helpful & pleasant, we couldn't ask for more. We are already looking for to our 2019 stay.

Bed was comfortable and bathroom well laid out. Unfortunately the decor of the main room was dismal - different tones of grey and oversized motifs that led to an impression of a cramped space.
