« Secure overnight stop »

Clean, organised and everything worked. Good secure parking. Not 10 out of 10 because:- 1) We hated the pillows, they are the type where your head sinks almost to the mattress. You should have a firmer pillow option. 2) The AC worked but it took a long time to cool the room 3) The pedestrian access gate to the parking desperately needs some oil, the squeak is horrendous

« Fine for a short stop-over »

Room was clean and with all required facilities. The bed was good size and very comfortable. Also able to get a much needed drink on arrival, breakfast was fine. A few negatives - the information about getting the shuttle from the airport was very limited on website/booking. For example where to go, frequency, if there is a need to call...Then, while being happy to walk from the Novotel to the Ibis, the route was not clear. Lots of gates which needed codes and finally needing to head off across the grass, wheeling suitcases. So a few things that perhaps local management could easily fix.

« Great surprise »

The proximity of the hotel to the airport greatly facilitates the checkin and checkout procedures of the hotel, without being reflected in the more expensive prices. In fact, the cost-benefit ratio of the daily value is quite advantageous. In addition, literally next to the hotel, there is a bus stop served by Line 1, which connects to the Center of Bordeaux, in a pleasant journey of about 1 hour, making it an excellent economy option for leisure travelers. There are hotel staff who speak Portuguese - we had no problems with the language to communicate.

« Excellent hotel! »

Perfect stay and my wife and dog, we all enjoyed very much to be there. Good breakfast and very much near from the Highway. The two floors building is also friendly because my dog is afraid of going inside elevators this building is also very much friendly to persons and animals that are afraid to go inside elevators.

« Expected Ibis minimalism »

The room was expected, excellent minimalism at reasonable rate. The arrival was far from pleasant: 1) our GPS (TomTom) did not recognize the address you provide. 2) when we found the hotel there was no obvious reception/parking area; apparently you are supposed to pull up on the very small street in front of the not very obvious hotel doors (the hotel restaurant/bar is more obvious than the hotel). 3) we eventually got into the secured parking lot and had to drag our luggage from there through a service door at the rear of the hotel with the help of a friendly cleaning staff (no particular help from the reception desk staff)

« Comfortable Airport Hotel »

I found everything about the Ibis correct. The rate was very reasonable. I understood that the room would be small but functional and indeed it was. The bed was comfortable. The room was clean. While there were no frills (think in-room safe, tea kettle) there was everything you need at a good price. I would definitely stay here again for an overnight if I needed an airport hotel. I was totally satisfied.

« Decent airport hotel but nothing more »

Room at end of corridor with some noise from outside parking lot, a weird smell of sewage or something in the room, fairly compact room. Cleanliness was ok but carpet needs a good deep clean. Be aware that one small bottle of water costs 4 euros which is very pricey. Room price of around 60+ is also steep for what it is and breakfast is 9.90 per person. Not much around the hotel except a few other airport hotels. Free airport shuttle is a great feature.

« Great location secured free parking contemporary hotel and newer rooms »

The rooms were small but compensated by the neatness and cleanliness. The hotel is a few min from Bordeaux Airport and surrounded by several restaurant. The staff was friendly and spoke English.

« Small room and the TV did not have the English channels advertised. Reception refused the 15 minute guarantee »

You advertise three English language channels on the TV. There were none. When I asked reception, she said she would call a technician. After 1 hour I had received no feedback and asked again at reception. They denied all knowledge of the issue. When I pointed out your promise to resolve problems within 15 minutes or the customer would be refunded she just laughed and said that this problem did not count! Why do you advertise English language channels when you do not have them? Why do you refuse to honour your 15 minute guarantee? I demand a refund of the price paid and the points used in my booking.

Rude and surly reception staff. Shrugging of shoulders hands thrown in air and walking off. No air conditioning in rooms - all turned off in the hotel and then decided that it should be turned back on after my request for an air conditioned room. No UK TV channels when literature in room says they have 3 channels. Overall a very disappointing stay and would warn people in advance if they are intending to stay at this Ibis hotel. Not good.

Very convenient to stay here. They have a shuttle to the airport. Delightful service. Breakfast was very complete - different types of bread, croissants, cheese, ham, eggs - the hotel caters to travelers from all over. Very nice decor as well. I would stay here again.
