Didn't sleep very well - had a connecting door in the room, was hearing the TV from the other room. However, the lady at the Front Desk was very nice and enjoyed the dinner and breakfast

« Suited our needs for an overnight stay »

Good experience, compact room, with modern bathroom. Best for an overnight stay. Reception experience good. Breakfast good. Navette to airport worked well although it does not start from hotel but from Novotel which could be awkward if raining heavily. Downside - no onsite restaurant for evening meal and Novotel restaurant menu not inspiring, but two other local restaurants available within easy walking distance

I was there during a fair and when I asked at reception how I could go from the hotel to the fair the answer was that they didn't know and their only suggestion was to get a taxi. I think that if you are working at a hotel reception it is a must to know how to get around the city and be able to tell to your guest.

Although the cleanliness of some Ibis Hotels is a bit questionable, they are the best choice for us in transit and when we just want a comfortable bed to sleep in, and a good breakfast the following morning.

« Just what we needed for an overnight stay »

The Ibis offered an ideal location to rest overnight after a late flight. There was a comfortable bed, everything was clean and functional and the breakfast very good. I would certainly do this again to make travelling easier.

Very friendly person at the reception. But it is unfortunate for an airport hotel, 1) not to have their own shuttle from the airport, I had to walk from the Novotel to the IBis with my heavy suitcase and no one to tell me where the entrance door was at 8PM when everything was pretty dark. And worth, that the shuttle don't start in the morning before 6AM, my flight was at 6AM, so I had to leave the hotel at 4AM I order a cab and I had to pay 16 Euros for this short ride from your hotel to the airport. Next time there is no point that I stay at the airport, I should have stayed downtown Bordeaux.

Nice and handy, not too much place in the parking but there was another parking place available as well in front of the hotel. There was as wall comics available, quite unusual but appreciable ;-).

« Parking problem but overall good service »

We arrived late from the airport and tried to park in the hotel's parking: there was only one parking spot left, and it was too narrow for our car. We thus had to get out of the parking and park on the disabled space next to the hotel - something we obviously did reluctantly. However, the bedroom and ensuite were very clean and had all the needed facilities, and the hotel staff was nice.

Minimum of fuss checking in, friendly staff, happy to help suggested another door to use to shorten trip to car. will book again for 2019. Easy to find, great secure car park, ease of access everything a weary traveller needs.

« Small rooms but convenient, quiet and clean »

Good breakfast buffet. Convenient location if you need to catch an early plane: airport shuttle is in front of the hotel next door, just a 2-minute walk away. Bedding, shower products, wifi are all very good.
