Welcome at desk was very good, nice staff. Restaurant has tiny menu card, not many choises. Breakfast VERY poor, never seen this poor breakfast at Ibis or other accor hotels. Room was good, only bit cold, and there was not way to operate the heating.

« We always enjoy coming to the Ibis, and the staff were, as ever, so kind and helpful. »

We stay at the Ibis in Dublin on our way back from a holiday in Connemara, usually twice a year. We always find the staff so helpful and we were very comfortable in our room. I did realize on return home that had paid for the room and breakfast twice. I had forgotten until I looked again at the original email, that I paid in advance, and paid again on leaving in the morning. I will phone about this!

If you want a city break, go somewhere closer in the centre of town, the location of the hotel in the outskirts of Dublin and is a 30min tram journey into Dublin. The time isn't that bad but the price of the team is quite high and for multiple trips it may be worth spending extra on somewhere closer to the centre. The actual hotel is great! Nice and warm, the staff are all incredibly friendly and go out of their way to help. The food was good (we only had a couple of meals) and they were all ready within a few minutes of ordering- even past midnight! The room was clean, modern and had all you would expect of an accor hotel.

« A nice,budget three-star hotel at the outskirts of the Center of Dublin »

Ibis Dublin West Hotel, is a nice, budget three-star hotel at the outskirts of the Center of Dublin (in Red Cow Roundabout in the suburb Clondalkin), about 10 Km from Dublin International Airport (and about 300 m from Red Cow Tram Station-Red Line-Luas Tram) , a stone's throw from the center of Clondalkin Suburb and less than 7 Km from the Center of Dublin . The Ibis Dublin Hotel is a nice, comfortable hotel in Dublin, located in Clondalkin area (not too far from the center of the city ) and you can reach easily by tramways (from Stop Red Cow-near the Hotel-about 300m from Hotel) the City Center (Stop Abbey Street-about 15 tram-stops far away) and then on foot you can reach actually all City’s attractions (e.g. Ha’Penny Bridge, O’Connel Monument, Trinity College, Temple Bar area, Wax Museum, Irish Whiskey Museum, the Spire, GPO-General Post Office, etc.) I was satisfied with the Ibis Dublin Hotel, with mid-range to cheap prices, which has good traffic connections (e.g. direct Bus from / to the Int’l Dublin Airport-about 20 minutes), very good service of the personnel (polite, attentive and very helpful ( e.g. they have shown understanding to a problem with my credit card), with great value for money, with modern designed and large rooms (very spacious with work desk) and with an overall positive experience, remaining a good alternative accommodation in Dublin, although not very close to the City Center, In conclusion I liked and enjoyed my stay at the Ibis Dublin Hotel (very good value for money) and I would stay again if the opportunity arises in the future.
