The ibis Hotel at red cow Dublin is situated by the red cow motorway junction and is a 10 minute walk to the luas tram stop and the long distance coaches to various locations and airport the hotel staff are very friendly and helpful

The ibis Hotel at red cow Dublin is at the motorway junction and has a big car park it is a 10 minute walk away from the luas tram stop and the long distance coaches to various locations and Dublin Airport the staff were very helpfull

From the front desk to the breakfast staff all were extremely friendly. The rooms were very clean and the bed was very comfortable. The location is also ideal but just felt it was overpriced for what I got especially as it was a week night

Budget hotel. One desk and one small table AND ONE! CHAIR. After calling the receptionist and being told that this is the Ibis standard she gracefully brought up an additional chair! Would we recommend or come back? Not likely.

At the time of booking, I got a confirmation stating that the fee was already paid, however, I was asked to pay again at the time of checking in. The reason given was that the payment was declined by my credit card issuer. I don't mind if it was the case, however, it would be better if I could be informed in advance. I haven't checked my credit card bills yet, hopefully I didn't pay twice for my accommodation. The lady at the reception was kind and courteous. I am not complaining, I enjoyed my stay in Dublin except the paying arrangement. Did I pay twice???

Nice place. Standard Red Ibis facilities and breakfasts. But negotiating M50 in either direction was a nightmare and ended up costing extra Euros in toll charges.

The staff were efficient and sorted out a ground floor room for my elderly frail parents which was in close proximity to the restaurant so they didn't have to walk far.

Was very happy the flowers I requested were left ready in our room ~ Thank you. Regularly had to inform and wait for hardware items to be topped up at breakfast time. Ran out of eggs and beans re: late delivery. Was not happy at being called at 7am to tell us our taxi was waiting when it was actually ordered for 7pm. The receptionist who made the error thought this was funny and openly laughed saying the taxi driver made the mistake but the taxi driver told us it was her mistake when she just ordered a taxi for 7 without mentioning it was for the following evening.
