being part of the Accor group, we were expecting so much more. The bed was cheap and nasty, and the shower and bathroom facilities in general were cramped. It was almost impossible to get and out the shower safely.

We stayed in room 308. 3 of us sharing. There was a smell in the room. I'm not sure what it was but defenetly evident. The breakfast was very.poor. last breakfast was 11 am we went down at 10.15 got our cereals and juice and ate them then went up for our hot breakfast it was 10.40. There was nothing left. I asked if there was more coming I was the 3rd person in the que to ask. When it came out there was no fried eggs just runny scrambled egg, no pudding, basically sausages and rashes and beans. It was a total RIP off at 10.50 each on top of the price of the room. Very bad value.

Functional hotel on the ring road - large room, modern bathroom

I stayed here for a conference, half way between the airport and the university campus. Rental car needed for that matter. For a hotel on the ring road this is a pleasant one, with large rooms and good hospitality options.

Excellent service. Very good location (close to a tram stop). Good price. Excellent room. One suggestion about the bathroom: shower area should have a glass door in order to avoid the rest of the bathroom get wet.

The staff need additional training

Failure to switch on subtitles on the in room tv (my husband is deaf so for 3 days was unable to watch tv) was unacceptable. Inability to control mass check in by a group which took over the elevators for 30 minutes also unacceptable. A complaint, that was made to the receptionist, was ignored. Upon check out I requested that my invoice be emailed and had to call the hotel after 24 hours as no email was received.

The hotel is perfect and comfortable, with a good breakfast. It’s only 20 min by tram to the center, and much cheaper than hotels in town. It’s also 20 min from the airport with a direct bus.

all staff members were very friendly & helpful. the room was clean & the bed was comfortable. the hotel is a little way out of town but only a short walk from a tram stop which is very easy to use & quick to get into town. there’s also a bus to/from the airport from the same place which is very handy. the hotel has a restaurant which always smelled great though i didn’t eat there. there’s also vending machines by the lifts & on each floor which is handy

Nice helpful staff and a great room. Good food in the restaurant. Of particular mention are Maria (reception) and your 'trainee' waitress. Thanks to both for help and friendship during our stay. Location is excellent for those, like us, who want to travel around. Easy to find from the Red Cow Luas stop; just follow the signs!!!

The stay was quite nice and everyone was really helpul and friendly. The location of the hotel first seems far from the city but with the Luas station on the other side of the road you're really fast in the city. The wheelchair accessible room was very good except the toilet that is located between two walls and is really hard to reach with the wheelchair.
