Good but air conditioning system in the rooms requires urgent attention

PROS: staffing was excellent and very service oriented, cordial, ready to resolve any issues affecting the customer. Restaurants are very good and food is abundant and delicious. Rooms are spacious enough. CONS the first room I was sent was not usable. It had a strong smell of mold. I was moved to another room. On the forth day, the air conditioning failed to work. I suggest you contact an HVAC company for an assessment of what is wrongs. If you allow me, I specifically suggest you contact TRANE, an INGERSOLL RAND company, your corporate customer at this hotel. Lastly, the water drain in the bath tub and in the sink does not work properly and is not sufficient to drain all the water. Your customer is showering with inches of water in his/her feet. Needs to be fixed.

Initially the A/C wasn't working, but after mentioning that to the front desk, they fixed it to my satisfaction. The bathroom sink was slow and they didn't get that fixed properly. Staff was friendly and eager to help me should I need it. I was able to make a tennis reservation and the pro who hit with me was excellent, we even found two other guys so we could play some doubles. Because of the freeways it is a little hard walking around and restaurants outside of the hotel were not close. Overall I really enjoyed my stay and would come back again.

The first week I arrived on Sunday and was sent to my hotel room. I noticed my hotel room had a "Do Not Disturb" sign on the door which I thought was odd. Long story short, my room was already occupied with a man sleeping in the bedroom. I felt like that should not happen. Although the hotel was able to put me in a new room, the manual door latch was not working. The 2nd week I checked back in, my tv was not working and the manual door latch was also not working. I would advise the hotel to check all doors to make sure their guests safety is in check and is their top priority.
