Such a pleasant stay! While dealing with difficult and stressful business situations in São Paulo for 7 days, it was wonderful to know that I had this hotel as a home base to come back to every day. Accommodations were super comfortable. Nice touches with the robes, slippers, high-end toiletries in the bathroom and the two bottles of water left in the room as a courtesy on a daily basis. I loved the generous availability of Orfeu coffee in the room - a real treat for a major coffee lover like me. I really appreciated the attention paid to my special requests before arrival, everything was followed through every day - thank you so much for that. Great location, very reliable wi-fi, well trained, polite and friendly staff. Excellent breakfast, very nice little French pastry shop for a welcoming afternoon coffee/tea break. Nice Wed night get together at the bar with live music. Additional services at the hotel, such as hairdresser and spa, were very convenient. More choices at the hotel for dinner beside the restaurant and room service would have made the stay perfect. Thank you!

Friendly team members - Excellent English @ reception but less at Restaurants which is an opportunity. As above. Room was a bit cold when arrived with no proper way to heat it - Same for the shower. This has been naturally improving as the external temperature was warming up

The location is excellent. The rooms are wide. I know that I’ll chose to stay at this hotel when I visit São Paulo again. I know exactly that I’ll have the room with a balcony. I felt home; it was a very cosy atmosphere. Breakfast is excellent & it’s timing is very sufficient for those who are having whole day business meetings or day trips around SP. Noise of other guests disturbed my sleep - but the hotel managment solve the issue.

« OK ... but not good enough »

I had expectations my stay would be good as Accor Hotels are a well known chain and therefore I was expecting a similar standard to competing chains (Hilton, IHG, Marriott etc), however, too many small issues combined to disappoint me overall and leave me feeling flat. Issues with my invoice, laundry, dining all detracted from the good points. I would say my stay was OK but would I stay again - probably not given a choice.

« Table crashed, incorrect charging. »

Hotel was clean, service good. 2 points to mention: 1) The Glass window crashed when having dinner, almost causing a serious accident. good and dishes crashed on the floor. The maintenance staff was prompt to help and clean everything. 2) It was charged a R$200 withholding amount during checking, and it was not refunded yet. Still showing in my CC balance.

The room and food was okay but I accidentally left my $250 USD Bose Headset in the safe and the staff wanted me to send money to a bank account to get them sent to a colleague locally in Brasil and wouldn't FedEx or charge my CCN for shipment to USA. I could think if you wanted to earn my business in the future you would be more customer service oriented. I don't send money to bank accounts.
