we choose this hotel because of the swimming pool or the pool were closed on Sunday 15th of August. toillet wasn't clean which is inacceptable for a 4* hotel. Meal at the restaurant was above avarage. We waited more then 35mn for 3 burgers and the restaurant was not full at all

I was very disappointed when we booked a hotel shuttle to take us to the airport at 9:00 am the next day and the shuttle did not show up. The front desk staff called the 2 drivers and said they were coming back from the airport and would be at the hotel in 5 minutes. After waiting 30 minutes, I again asked the front desk staff what was happening and someone eventually got a black van to pull up and take us to the airport. Unfortunately, that driver wanted us to pay $40 Euros to go to terminal 2. That is complete theft but I had no choice to pay as I did not want to miss my flight. I will not stay at your hotel again as I nearly missed my flight back to Canada because of this incompetence.

We do request 3 times ,for wake up call at 4:00 AM , as our flight was at 6:50 AM, and as well request for 5:00 AM ,THE TRANSPORT TO THE AIRPORT. no wake up call ??? We wake up our self, by chance at 5:30. We do as fast as we can ,and went to the reception ,the transport was waiting since 5:00 AM, but nobody check or give a call to our room. As well the bar service was in existing, and when we do ask some drink ??? the way of receiving client is too far of acceptable. Room service ,we ask some food in our room, but absolutely is not at a 4 stars hotel/restaurant. for a gold Accor member ,we are more than dissatisfied for information =======> missing our plane ??? by behavior of your MERCURE SERVICES.

« Convenient to CDG »

Stayed 1 night before departing for USA. Lots of construction in the area making it more difficult to walk to hotel from airport tram. Guest room was clean and bedding acceptable. Indoor pool was nice and refreshing. Fitness center was very small. Ate 2 meals in the restaurant. Food was good and costly. Free use of internet let us print our bording passes. By staying over night we eliminated the stress about making the flight the next morning.

« Rooms are good but service very bad »

Rooms and surroundings were generally fine - except a nasty stain on the side of my bed sheet. However, your service personnel does not seem to know anything about service. Front desk was friendly but especially the restaurant personnel seemed like they would rather go home. You had to really wave at them for even getting eye contact despite sitting for a long time trying to get in touch with them. This happened many many times. Their attitude was also awful!

Once at the hotel, it was fine. Getting to the hotel from the airport was a pain. First office de tourist person didn't give the proper direction (you need to inform them). Information were given to take "PINK LINE" bus, which we learned doesn't stop a the Mercury hotel and no Shuttle either but needed to get on train to get off at station P3. From P3 to Mercury hotel, it was a way. Lucky for us we are healthy we no health condition.

We booked at the Hotel Mercure for one night as we had approximately 24 hours between two international flights. It was a very good call. The hotel was comfortable, the service was impeccable, the breakfast was amazing for a buffet and the shuttles (to the airport and to the mall) were much appreciated. We had our young son with us and so the pool was a good source of entertainment as well. If we were staying at CDG again, I would certainly book this hotel again.

When the room was ready 15 minutes later, we went upstairs to our suite (king bed plus sofa bed) and the sofa bed had no sheets or blankets and we had to call down and ask and wait another 30 minutes for sheets and blankets to be brought up. The staff was annoyed by our request.

after the disappointmenty of missing our flight due to the rail strike we were spoilt from the comfort and facilities at the Mercure. Was also a distinct bonus to be able to use the drinks free of charge in the room bar fridge.

Gym was closed in the morning, the main reason I picked the hotel over the otherones nearby. Windows in room were very dirty. Long waits at reception.

The hotel was very comfortable for a business person, and very quiet. The restaurant was nicely arranged, just off the lobby, casual and pleasant for a person dining alone. The wait staff was friendly, knowledgeable about items on the menu and very accommodating. At my very early morning check-out, one front desk staff member actually accompanied me outside to point out the direction for me to walk to the CDGVal as there is a lot of construction in front of and around the hotel. I needed to go to CDG Terminal 2E. One disappointment was that, when I checked in online the day before, and there was the opportunity to make a special request, I inquired about which train station I should get off at when coming by train from Paris, CDG 1 or CDG 2, and how I would get from the SNCF/RER station to the Mercure Hotel. I did not know that there are two different Mercure Hotels at CDG. But, I never received a reply to that question from the hotel or from Accor. When I arrived by train from Paris, I got off at CDG 1. I looked for a hotel shuttle. There was one shuttle bus at CDG 1 but the driver told me it was not for the Mercure I was booked into. He suggested that I either get back on the SNCF to CDG 2, or take CDGVal around the airport to the stop for Px and take a shuttle or walk to the other Mercure Hotel. Very annoying not knowing how to get to the hotel. So, I took the CDGVal to CDG 2, which I am familiar with. That left me nowhere near the hotel. I got back on the CDGVal and took it to Px. There were no signs. There were no people. I had difficulty getting out of the station. I found an elevator that took me up to a construction area. A small sign pointed to a Holiday Inn. I went into the Holiday Inn and asked where the Mercure Hotel was. The front desk clerk walked me out into the construction area and pointed to a very small sign along the construction path that said, "Mercure". It took me almost 45 minutes to find Mercure Hotel after reaching CDG by train. It was disappointing that Mercure had not replied to my question on line, and had no directions how to reach the hotel from CDG Airport. By the time I got into the hotel lobby, I was angry at Mercure. However, the staff was very welcoming, helpful and polite. My reservation was there and my room was ready and I was able to have something to eat right away. Accor, and/or Mercure need to give travelers some directions about how to reach the facility from CDG Airport.
