The hotel and furnishings were excellent. However, the service left a lot to be desired as the hotel was apparently short staffed during my stay. The Restaurant, room service and reception failed to answer the telephone. As a result, I had to walk down to the restaurant to request room service. The staff in the restaurant and at reception were clearly very stressed.

Bed is comfortable. Air Conditioning worked well. Bathroom is well lit. Didn't have time to enjoy swimming pool nor fitness. Restaurant is ok. A bit limited on choices and no bread was served with our meal. Car parking was full (both of them), seems like it's too small for hotel capacity.

Room was ok despite the mattress being very tired..... Very disappointing that no one could explain at the reception/check in what I was entitles to in terms of food with my dinner pre paid. The answer was to check the next day with the manager , but I was gone by then. Check out staff tired and unpleasant. I paid a Mercure and got the service of a Formule 1.

I stayed 1 hour at the airport waiting for the shuttle that I am used to take for more than 2 years. The shuttle didn’t show. I tried to call 3 times the hotel but my calls were stopped after 2 mn waiting with music. At the 4th try, I chose the option “make a new reservation “, and my call was taken!!! I was then told that there was no more shuttle since the previous week. I got no information even though I am a regular customer. Regarding the room, I discovered when I was in the shower that the shampoo bottle was completely empty. Very practical....

This hotel is a crook. They charged me for privilege room 158 Euros and when I was at the desk to chek-in they told me the room is nor clean!!!! They told me I have to wait 10-20 minutes and it was 23:00 !!!! After 30 minutes they told me the room is still not clean and they are offering me another room instead at the same price. I asked if it is the same room in terms of price, they said yes. I paid and went to the room to find out it was NOT privilege room for I paid for!!! I was checking out in the morning and I did not remember the room number and the person at the reception did not even bother to check with my last name and find out the number of the room. He just took my card I left... NEVER GO TO THIS HOTEL!!! THEY ARE CROOKS!!!

Friendly team members, good breakfast buffet and dinner. Room was dirty, the bathroom floor was sticky and the carpet was not vacuumed. The gym should open earlier for guests with a jetlag. Bar staff was friendly.

There needs to be more indication on your website that there is no shuttle to the property. The walk from CDGVAL is too long especially with rain and wind. path covered (good part of it ) but side wind got you all wet. Path in some areas was gravel and muddy. After a long flight and with bags, it is hard to walk that much under the rain...

We came to the Mercure just after 12 expecting to be told you must wait till after 2.00 to be checked in. Instead we were met with yes we are upgrading your room and it is ready now. That blew our minds especially as I wasn’t feeling well. Great room service we had lunch at the bar and plenty of Champagne. We felt very spoilt the room was fantastic though I could have done with a hair dryer. Wonderful place and they took us to our terminal to cap it off. Would definitely recommend. Thanks for a great night Mercure.

Very bad service from hotline I call hotel to ask airport shuttle bus location. The lady let me to ask airport. Then I try to call and ask more, the lady either lets me wait online for more than 5mins without answer or hangs up directly. This behavior is unchanged even after I mentioned my mobile charge is very expensive one, not French local one. I am not satisfied at all.

« Not at all at the expected level »

From a 4 star hotel I would expect that: If I book a taxi the night before, the taxi is there waiting for me instead of waiting 40 minutes and getting a transport after 3 reminders. If I have to wait 40 minutes for a service I had requested the night before, I would have expected a compensation from the Hotel like, for example, driving me free of charge to my final destination (5 minutes drive) Instead of that, I got a transport which charged me 20€ for a service that costst 10€ When I complained to the hotel, the offered to dicuss with the driver and come back to me, but I got no refund. I would expect courtesy sanitary ítems on request (i.e. toothbrush), specially considering that there is nothing around the hotel and it is close to the Airport. But when I asked for one, I was told there were not such ítems. I would expect a clear transfer form the resturant bill to the final invoice; however, I signed a ticket for 18€ and the charge on the invoice was 54€. And given such a problem, I would expect inmediate solving. But instead of that, reception called several times to restaurant without success. And instead of charging the qty shown in the ticket, I am still waiting for the mismatch to be solved. Location is terrible. You can only go to the airport.

« It was short but very efficient »

We arrive late and we have to leave early next morning. It was very nice we have the chance to have dinner before although that it toke more time than expected to have it in our room. Place was nice and clean and it was also very nice to have coffe and little pastry before we leave to the airport for an early flight

Nothing to complain about, nice clean hotel, clean spacious room, comfortable bed (little on the hard side but that’s OK with me), choice of teas and coffee, bathrobe and slippers provided. Overall very good, good selection for breakfast. Room service was ery slow and took around 40 mins to deliver.
