Friendly service. Premises probably needs a lick of paint in the hall ways. Some lights in the bathroom were not working. Comfortable. Clean. Adequate. A great nights sleep.

Good. We come back each year so it must be good or we would go somewhere else. Loved having a swim. Aircon lovely. Staff mostly lovely. Disappointed that the continental breakfast is no longer included. I'm sure l was told it was when l booked because l wrote it in my notes.

No one present at reception on arrival, pressed the buzzer several times for no result. Went to nearby pub for a beer and returned later with reception staff present, check in and out smooth and staff were very friendly. Location and price very good for the standard of the room and comfort.

It was a perfect place for an overnight stop on our way to Darwin. Rooms were clean, staff were friendly, aircon was great. Only down side bed was broken but comfortable all the same.

It was stinking hot when we arrived in Mt Isa. The hotel was centrally located, close to shops, and very convenient. The Airconditioner was brilliant and cooled us down. The facilities were fine and suited our needs. However, the young girl at check in was new and didn’t seem to know a lot about the process. She was friendly and trying her best, but we didn’t receive free WiFi or complimentary drink that we get through being Le Club silver members. She also insisted that we paid by Visa instead of being able to pay via my savings account, as I have been able to do with every other hotel.

Pros Central location Kind helpful receptionists Nice bathroom Spacious room Great balcony with a wonderful view Cons No ice in freezer No light bulb in a lamp Restaurant closed No secure car parking so I was worried all night I joined the Accor Program but somehow I couldn't log in and on the booking my name was spelt wrongly. Shall try to sort this out this week.
