Extending the rooms’ size is one of our top priorities and we expect to be able to make such changes soon. Great attention from majority of the staff but vey poor in one of my visits to the bar. We presented our coupon for the welcome drinks and they tried to charge for those and it took 3 times to make certain they got the bill right. Also the personal was not nice, they made you feel bad for order drinks using the coupons

Overall comfortable stay and pleasant room. Reception and concierge staff friendly and helpful. But housekeeping didn’t clean up our room on 1 day. And on first few days they also forgot to place 3 sets of amenities instead of 2... room was booked for 3 pax with 3 beds.

A warm welcome, lovely room, excellent location, very helpful concierge, underground parking, great curbside bar, excellent gym with balcony and unparalleled view. Only complaint would be that the parking is somewhat on the pricey side at 34 euros a night.

« Staff good room furnishings below normal Sofitel standard - eg no desk »

It was fine but see comments on furnishings in sitting room and cloakroom where shower seemed to have been removed - so only over bath shower - no desk in suite - rest of furnishings quite worn - staff good and helpful.

« Don’t stay there - construction next door »

Nothing on the website prepared us for the intense construction noise beginning at 7am each morning. Room was very disappointing, excruciatingly hot, and lacking in comforts. Staff tried very hard to fix the impossible.

Noise problems is one of our top priorities and we expect to be able to make changes in our sound-insulation soon. For your information, the building next to our hotel is currently being renovated, which explains why you have been disturbed by such noises. Our General Manager is constantly trying to negotiate with the building company’s managers around a more appropriate timetable for these construction work. We strive to do our maximum so our clients don’t suffer these work that are unfortunately beyond our control. I am sorry to learn that your experience was affected by the temperature of your room. We indeed faced a technical disruption with it during your stay and our Maintenance Director joins me to present you our most sincere apologies for the inconvenience you have faced. Since then, this unfortunate situation has been solved and our air conditioning system is now working perfectly. very positive, the staff were excellent and one of the best elements in my experience the initial impression of the hotel is excellent , again helped by the great attitude of the staff, a major plus point, the lobby is very nice the downside on the negative side is that the bedrooms are way too small for this quality of hotel and price range

« Great location, small and dark room. »

Firstly I had a lovely welcome. The staff on the front desk were super friendly and helpful. They really were some of the best I've encountered. I thought the location was great and super easy to find while out wandering. The room was clean and comfortable, if not a little small and quite dark. That said, the team gave me a view from the fifth floor where I could see the European Parliament. My stay was sadly cut short due to the Train strike!
