« Nice spa, nice breakfast, very small room »

Great location and views. The breakfast was nice with plenty of choice, spa facilities were good and not overcrowded, given that this boasts luxury the room was substandard and small, the view was the car park and early morning deliveries were noisy. Sound proofing between rooms not great either. We spent most of the time out of the hotel and if we returned to Quiberon I wouldn’t stay here again as the price is far too high for the room we had. As a silver Accor member this was disappointing.

We spend one week every year at Sofitel, Quiberon. We are always happy to come back because the hotel is calm, the service is excellent, the staff is very professional, the food is great. However, we expected the Nespresso machine in the room ( we stayed in a suite ), we only had a kettle to boil water......

The location and the overall hotel ambiente is just great - unfortunately we were highly dissatisfied with the size of the room and with the prices in the bar and for the breakfast. I just slept in an IBIS hotel this week - even there the room was much bigger than in the Sofitel Quiberon ... :-(

« Very good room, relaxing atmosphere, very good but not top breakfast. »

Windows could have been cleaner (inside). Dog hairs on bed sheet in child room. Very helpful and friendly staff, except in swimming pool area. Here do's and don'ts are unclear - especially for children that cannot read French - although even myself did not find the rules on the wall that children under 16 cannot access outside pool. Such a limitation is not common - at least in Germany and should be more prominently noted. Families with children should be informed about it at check-in. No places to put bathrobe and keys securely in SPA/pool area. Very good restaurant although price/performance ratio differed extremely between dishes. We liked the relaxing atmosphere and of course the location.

« Good location but needs air conditioning! »

The internal decoration and furnishings were good....really liked the driftwood. Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was very nice but really needs to have air conditioning as it was difficult to sleep in 26C. Too many mosquitoes around to have the door open overnight!

Facilities, breakfasts and bedroom all of a high standard. Staff very friendly, helpful, smart and efficient. Ample parking. Ideally situated for beach and only a few minutes from town centre. Our only adverse point was the cost of evening dining (hence my score of 8/10), for this reason we dined out in town where there is a large choice at reasonable prices.

I was positively surprised by the friendly personnel, specially in the restaurant, bar and Thalasso Spa. The rooms are small, despite we have booked a suite. The negative aspect was that you are asked to pay for sport activities. In any other hotel these would be foc for hotel guests

Comfortable room but quite small. Very hot, no air conditioning. A fan was provided on request. Noisy air conditioning unit from the spa building all night. The view was spoilt somewhat by the spa building being directly in front of our room. We had to wait an hour for the room on arrival The fridge was full of food from the previous guests. The fridge didn’t work, this was replaced on request Very overpriced for a room only basis, should be 4* rating not 5* Position of the hotel is perfect

« Relaxing stay »

We visited the hotel for the first time to celebrate our wedding anniversary. Friendly check in process. Good sized room with a lovely view of the sea and hotel gardens. It was very hot weather during our stay and the lack of air conditioning in the hotel and bedroom was uncomfortable at times, particularly at night. The breakfast options were very good and the staff were friendly. We ate at the hotel restaurant both evenings and the standard of food was very good. Some of the waiting staff would benefit from some extra training. We also used the Thalassotherapy centre for some treatments. This was a lovely atmosphere, the staff were friendly and we enjoyed the treatments. It would be good if there was more time to relax in the treatment room as a couple of times it felt a little rushed to leave the room immediately after the treatment was finished.

The service and the customer approach of the staff at Sofitel Quiberon is excellent - this applies to all staff members. The building (external painting) and the interior of the hotel should be renovated to give a fresh appearance to this beautiful place.

good quality service from the people we cross but it was way to hot in the room to be able to sleep well. No A/C or fan in the hotel room is unacceptable in a hotel of this suppose quality.
