« Short but enjoyable stay »

Arrived late on Sunday night to a great arrival with hot face towel and refreshing fruit juice. Found the reception staff to be very helpful and informative. Went to my room to find everything required for the short stay and made my way to the hotel bar/restaurant where I found the atmosphere to be very good. Ordered a steak dinner which was cooked to perfection and thoroughly enjoyable. On check out i was given use of the hotel driver who made sure I arrived at the airport in plenty of time. All together a very short but very pleasant stay.

Got bed-bug bites on my last trip. Customer Service was good in changing the room immediately but I was surprised on this happening. Stayed many times in this hotel before but I dont think I will be coming back again.

The staff at the hotel could not have been more helpful. They organised an early check in (free of charge) because our flight arrived early in the morning, and also organised transport to and from the airport for us at a reasonable cost. The rooms were clean and spacious and had all of the amenities we needed, with the exception of a facecloth which would have been welcome. The air conditioning worked very well. We used the pool each day and also got food and drinks at the pool which we thought was an excellent service. Breakfast was very good, with plenty of choice. We ate at two of the hotel restaurants and had drinks in the third and were pleased with the food/drinks and service in all three. We booked two separate rooms for our stay and the hotel staff arranged for us to get the rooms next to each other. We felt the cost was very reasonable, particularly considering we had booked two rooms rather than just one.

« Friendly employees but some rooms are getting very old. »

I m satisfied in my overall experience in your hotel, I use to come frequently and last time I had a "refurbished" room which was much better than usual. I m a bit frustrated as at the reception they refused to take in account my Flying Blue membership due to fact I m having a "corporate rate", the membership with Air France doesn t allow to any reduction in your hotel it s just a way to cumulate points on that card. Receptionist were not aware about any agreement between frequent flyers on Air France and Accord hotels so I had no choice than to give up. As a general manager of my company and even if we have corporate rates I will perhaps have a look at another hotel who is part of Flying Blue program AND willing to accept my card.

I am first visiting the country for business purposes. The stay was my first choice due to the elite membership I earned with accor. The stay was satisfactory in term of staff and cleanliness of the room. However, the facilities was old and somehow lacking of. Which I think can't help due to the ages of the hotel and facilities.

Mainly having relaxed by the pool side. Room was tidy and neat and staff were courteous. I especially loved the breakfast with a wide variety of food at your choice. The curry chicken was definitely my favorite and I'm sure that was one of the best curry I ever had. Another dish was paprika stir-fried with beef which was also my favorite.

« Friendly and efficient, shame about the locals in th ebar »

I keep coming back because the service is very good, the food is good, and the staff friendly. And they remember me which is always pleasant. But the presence of noisy and inconsiderate locals in the Manor Steakhouse bar is making me reconsider my next visit. The bar should be a comfortable place for the hotel guests to unwind at the end of the day, but you see few guests in there for long. They are put off by the rowdy behavior of the locals, with loud singing and use of portable electronics at high volume. A headset costs less than the price of one drink, so why not make it a policy that they should be used? And if the locals are too noisy, the staff should feel they have the backing of the management to request them to tone it down. Yes, there are alternatives for dining at the hotel, but why should the guests be treated with less respect than the locals?

Booked for one night. At the reception, fresh wet facial towels , tea and coffee were offered free of charge right at the reception while checking in. This hotel has priority desk for LE CLUB AccorHotels members which I really liked. The Hotel was quite. The room I got has a balcony with a view of the swimming pool and city. Was a nice stay.
