Very friendly staff overall in the hotel Although the hotel needs some refurbishments left and right throughout the hotel we liked the atmosphere in the hotel. The overall level is still quite good.

Warm friendly welcome. Room was ok. Only issue is the extra bed caused my daughter's body some rashes. Could be bug or the bed cover was not properlt clean. Breakfast was ok. Overall, my stay with family are satisfactory.

From the moment we arrived until we checked out all the staffs were very helpful. The reception was very helpful in providing wheelchair for my mother on arrival, during we stay until we checked out. The food selection & quality for breakfast was very good too! Overall it was a very pleasant and enjoyable stay.

Check-in was smooth and fast. I came at 12pm and the room was ready before check-in time. Room was nice. Except, i asked for late check-out at 1pm bcs it's Friday and i want to wait for my friend to finish perform Jumat prayer but the hotel doesn't have it. The lobby it's quite hot, please fix the air conditioner.
