Good hotel, good location, as always the room is in need for renovation, but overall stay is quite pleasant. Oh, the breakfast needs to be improve as well. I tried to find a butter for my bread, but they don't serve it by case. Please, don't save on this small thing.

At first, I would like to thank you Novotel Solo hotel especially the receptions. They helped me even it's midnight or 3 am with service mind. They deserve to have something special as they go beyond the extra mile. If i have a chance to go to Solo, Novotel solo and staffs will be the first priority which I think about. This hotel is very homey to us, especially the Kalpa kids club where my son can play the play station while i pick up or drop down the laundry or have a lazy time by the pool. However, we slighly dissapointed the moment we step out and want to ride the Becak, the Becak in front of Novotel always give us dobel price. Although it is not part of Novotel, i think we just need to let you know. Oh and one more thing, the breakfast. Novotel had good breakfast, but the supply are lesser than the demand. During our last trip, there are no sausage in breakfast menu. It is little bit odd since sausage are always be part of our breakfast each time we stay at Accor Hotels.

« Decreasing quality in Novotel Solo »

I consider this as a decreasing quality in novotel solo. My 2 last stay here had been a very bad experience. The last one had my whole family disapointed due to the AC NOISE that sounds really clear we can't even get a proper sleep. that night we got transferred into another room but its smoking room (i ordered non smoking room). the next night we got transferred again to the other non smoking room. the effort was true but the employee post-accident-service deserve a star.

As usually we good sleep at Novotel. Unfortunately we do not have novotel standart quality for sahur menu, even compare to express hotel. Very limited option and the taste was just so standart. Hope better next time.

Can't sleep because of very annoying sound either from the AC or the cabinets. Some of the breakfast food like Soto Ayam and Bubur Ayam were too salty. The bathroom needs a lot of renovation.

very dispointed when have breakfast at day 1, almost all the main dishes finished (run out) even i told to the waiter / waitress, they only say "yes" but not action, after 5-10 minutes the empties utensils still remain, but the guess still coming.

family room is so spacious and suitable for stay with children, location is strategic in the city centre of Solo City. Two choice of swimming pool, but lift is rather old and slow response.

Very kind resepsionist. Actually, when i booked, it was the only one room left in Novotel Solo & twin sharing bed. But the resepsionist find us double bed without any additional cost. Everything just like we expected. Thank you Novotel Solo.

Novotel located in a stategic area in Solo. The room is rather old but still well maintained, clean and comfy. The service is good. Maybe need some improvement for the taste of the food in the restaurant. We will g. back to Novotel if we g. to Solo.

« Good place to stay! But food for Suhoor is a little disappointing »

A cozy place to stay. Good service. All the staff is friendly. But, when I stayed in typical day, breakfast menu is very good and many variant. But not at the fasting month. Two days in a row, I ate fish. The foods for suhoor are not good enough and not varied, it was totally different as breakfast at usually (in regular day). The most disappointing, an egg should be standard breakfast, but unfortunately there are no eggs stock informed by one of staff. My recommendation, don't distinguish between foods when breakfast and Suhoor. This is not fair because we pay at the same price. Even in the high season, the room rates are much more expensive.

I spent holiday at Solo with my family during Eid Mubarak holiday. It was a pleasant and enjoyable stay. The hospitality of hotel staff is highly appreciated. The swimming pool facility was fantastic, as well as the buffet breakfast. The strategic location of the hotel, in close proximity with all attractive places is one of many reasons to choose this hotel as my accommodation during my holiday in Solo.
