The hotel feels old - and needs overhauling - bad lighting in the bathroom , I did not fit under the shower ceiling height was too low , the windows where condensed , the blinds bend - at checkout I was charged a different rate than I originally agreed upon - 267. Became 305 euro for no reason - it became an argument during checkout so I decided to pay the extra amount in order to settle it . At the restaurant trois……. . We had numerous times to repeat our request - we ordered water , we ordered bread , we asked for olive oil .

Airco was blowing hotter air than already hot room Opening windows was not an option due to the roadworks continuing during the night Hotel could not be reached by taxi Ridiculous to have to pay €290 for this

Service may be a little below the standards that i am used to wiht other Sofitel hotel i have stayed at. couple example: - the house keeping service would not take the laundry even though i filled up the form and left the laundry bags in evidence on the bed or - the day i had to leave early (6 am) i asked for room service for something to eat, and was explained that it was not available coz the buttler was moving cars (?) but overall the staff is nice and trying.... very likely that i will renew our corporate deal with my firm
