« Sofitel Marseille Vieux-Port has a stall that are well trained to take initiative and they provided one of the very best hotel experiences this seasoned traveler has ever experienced. »

What stood out most for me was the concierge staff. They are proactive, sincere, and ready to accommodate.

Was ok, for the price I didn't find it great value for money, all the staff that I did meet and all the staff that served us where very warm, helpful and friendly, but felt the hotel was understaffed for the price of the hotel, I did stay at the adjoining hotel last year and found that one better value for money.

It was okay, the best experience were the staff in your Breakfast room they were brilliant So helpful, it's a shame your Roof top bar was so badly serviced your staff there need to reach The same high standard as the breakfast staff, they seem in apple of offering a decent service For 20 euros a drink you would expect more, twice our drinks were wrong, I had a Bloody Mary without any vodka, my sister in laws Martini cocktail had wrong ingredients, when we complained it took ages to rectify not good, spoilt our evening experience! Was was a fantastic view etc.,

Great stay with a corporate do, only disappointment that with over 100 guests the bar closed early at 12.30, lots of lost revenue for you as most got back in after 4pm.

« Bathroom flooded twice before being switched to new room »

Poor way of dealing with a shower that flooded due to a malfunctioning drain. It was “fixed” once and then flood again. The staff wanted us to leave the room, said it may smell and they wanted to fix the shower again. They were reluctant to give us a different room until I said we would not go back to a flooring room

Beautiful view, other than that rather disapointing to stay in a 5 star hotel which has clogged toilets, dirty outdoor tables and no customer service to speak of. I stay in hotels throughout the world at 5 star level or above and this Sofitel was quite frankly below par.
