We had an amazing stay at this hotel! All the staff were fantastic and one staff member, Deborah, was incredibly helpful and kind throughout our visit, keeping our children thoroughly entertained everyday. Her warm demeanour and attentiveness made our experience truly enjoyable. Highly recommend staying here!

Lovely spacious room over looking the pool, which was frequented daily! Friendly helpful staff too. Breakfast a bit expensive so we eat elsewhere. All in all, I would recommend to others and go back there myself.

I picked this hotel as my colleagues and I could have a place to stay for our trip to Cairns. This review is purely made based on my experience as a Diamond member but overall the hotel is very nice.

Dear Gregory, Thank you for your feedback! I'm sorry to hear you didn't feel like you were treated as a Diamond Member. We did upgrade you from a standard garden view to our Deluxe Pool View Rooms. I'm sorry to hear this was not mentioned on check-in and I will share your comments with the team to share the importance of these comments. Also you should have received a call by our Manager on Duty the day before arrival, please advise me if this was not actioned. A fruit bowl and welcome card should have been delivered to the room as well. I will share your comments with my team, as this is not how they have been trained to welcome our members.
