« Excellence service but the facilities and amenities need to be upgraded. »

The service of the staff was excellence. The staff members are well trained and they have shown an eagerness to give the best service for the guest. I also want to say thank you to Mr Febri, the one who is in charge for kids club. His enthusiasm and warm spirit made children comfortable to play and to interact with each other. However, I also recommend that facilities and amenities need to be upgraded. We experienced difficulty of opening the door due to card reader malfunction, and the room had an aroma of an old house.

i stayed here during meeting from my office. the bed was comfy, tv has many option channels, bathroom condition was ok but i only got 1 toothbrush and was too lazy to ask for another toothbrush for my roommate. buffet breakfast options not too many, it served the same option in the main course section (steam/fried rice, sausage, and smoked beef) during my 2 nights stay, but i love the coffee selection during breakfast. buffet lunch and dinner had better options, but it only served mineral water for the drink option.

« Beautiful landscape but sub standard amenities »

Check in was fast & we were given an upgrade to a Deluxe room. However, the room was not prepared for 2 person as there many things missing such as:- 1) Only 1 coffee cup & water tumbler 2) NO vanity kit set 3) No robe 4) No hand & face towel 5) No breakfast tea in our room pantry. We only got Jasmine & green tea which no everyone likes. The wash basin were crawling with ants which we got rid with insect repellent. Overall we were made to ask for items that are suppose to be standard in a Novotel. Daily buffet breakfast are good in terms of variety but serious lack of cleanliness. Stained coffee/tea mug, lipstick stains on water tumbler, stains on cutlery to the point we gave up asking for a change as it occurs every single breakfast. Zero sound proofing, singing sessions by events & live band were very audible from our room. One of the lights in our room started blinking on the the 4th day of our stay & we didn't report it.

Stay was satisfied. Breakfast, lunch and dinner was good but I think the ice cream that used to be available on my previous stay was gone. Tea brand also changed from Dilmah to Sosro. Room was ok, only the wooden floor is a bit sticky, slippery and give your foot a white stain (in room 305). I compare to other room 307 and I think that room floor is ok.

Nice hotel with good atmosphere and good ambience. Unfortunately the bedroom interior was old and the balcony was too dirty in which there are lots of animal waste (lizards and rats) which is disturbing. Hopefully housekeeping will always keep the cleaning of balcony as well.
