I stayed for 11 days and have gotten to know the staff pretty well and they are all great. The restaurant lacks some necessary variety for main dishes but the specials are often nice. The beds are great and comfortable. I appreciate my stays with you.

In general everything was fine. We have chosen the hotel to stay in while participating in Oceanman Lausanne 2019. There was a group of us : parents with 7 teens boys. The only dissatisfaction was when the staff has not allowed to eat pizzas in the lobby and sent us all ( 8 adults and 7 teens) to the room. It was not very comfortable for 15 people to stay in a double room.

I was the second time in this hotel and the second time I had not mine breakfast and dinner charges assigned to my room. They finally were taken over off my bill after a longer discussion on the reception. The receptionist that was serving me treated me like someone who wan'ts to exploit the kindness of the hotel, which was not nice at all.

Staff is awesome but location is too far from the center regardless they have bus service near by , remodeling rooms generated significant notice during the day so was not possible to work

I'm coming very often in your hotel and usually was very good. This time many things happened that not give me theusual comfortable feeling. The room (436) assigned to me smelled as if a dog had lived inside it. The cleaning women explained me that this room is used normally by a person that stay in for 2-3 weeks (eating in too) with any cleaning service. At the reception is seems that they know very well too. So i'm expecting that, if you want to provide a "special experience" for a platinum member, you should not assign this room to any one else... I had to come down at the reception other 2 times because Key was not set and TV remote control was woth no charged battery. I hope that nex time will be better...

Perfect hotel to stay a few days when in transit during holiday. Free public transport to Lausanne, very nice city to visit. Hotel itself was very child friendly, cool swimming pool, excellent food, friendly staff etc.

Noisy and rundown hotel that needs an upgrade

Very noisy rooms - could hear noise in corridor and above on the upper floor. In addition, could hear drilling noises every mornings at 8:30. In room breakfast with no choice - paying for half of food which we were not eating. It would be smart to provide your guests with more options as for the choice of cereals, juice and drink yogurt for CHF25 per person.

The reception person was great. The room was clean for the most part. The kettle was broken. The Fridge/Cooler was broken. Purchased chocolate was old and or heat damaged. Paper cups for tea and coffee????? Tea was not replaced for the second night. No milk was provided. No coffee was provide. Way under standard overall for the price...

Hotel is tidy but become of age for rooms and equipment. Room felt a bit wet and has charme of the eighties. Very nice biopool and sauna and good breakfast and service is reason for good score.
