The only complain I have is I always ask for a room where there is a Nespresso machine in the room and most of the time, I'm put in a room without.

Experience was good but the staffs arrogance during the check out was very bad. We booked a family package with two room. When we arrived we realized that both rooms had two beds. We asked if we can return and cancle one room since we have made a mistake and need only one. The person at the check in desk allowed that and we returned one room incl. the keys. While checking out we had to pay for both rooms. This is not respectfull and not what we were told during our check in. We used only one room and paid for two. This is very bad!!!

The hotel did not meet my special requests, though it would have been easy to accommodate to them. Room service staff quite rude. Bed sheets had holes in them. Poor amenities. Overall disappointed with the stay.

Rooms very basic - beds uncomfortable, bedding very cheap. Rooms ridiculously hot. Walls paper thin. Bath tub plug didn’t work so bath constantly drained. Breakfast selection poor.

- Floor in the room poorly cleaned - Windows not cleaned - Shower floods bathroom - Mattresses much too soft, so I had back problems the next morning - Friendly reception, but was not able to help with a harder mattress - Poor choice at the breakfast buffet - Too expensive for the supplied service

I can't recall paying for parking at any other Novotel. You don't even take the car number so how do you check who pays. Do all the delegates attending conferences pay, I think probably not. Thus this charge is annoying. I also find the laptop/mobile phone/printer in a cupboard check in and out slow and annoying, especially the morning checkout queue.

I am not happy at all. 1- Before having the room's access, I was requested to pay a guarantee of £480 though my room's fee was in excess of £290. Further, though the guarantee is not taken from my bank account, this amount is frozen for 6 days or more from my debit card even it is cancelled. Consequently, when I checked out, I had to pay the room's fee in excess of £290 (in addition to the £480 guarantee). Consequently, I had to have £480 + £290 = £770 in bank account for my stay ! 2- the sauna was not working but the hammam only. 3- Our room was not cleaned because we left the room at 12.30pm and the staff leave at 01.00pm

Our stay got off to a bad start with a grumpy welcome from reception. However the beds, shower and breakfast were all good and made up for the bad intro to your hotel. We were travelling from Austria to France so the location just off the motorway was perfect for a brief overnight stopover.
