When I checked out the receptionist said that my account balance is settled I do not need to pay anything but then i received by email an invoice that I still need to pay 12 Swiss franc for the parking. Twice I sent an email asking if they will take it from my credit card or I should do a bank transfer unfortunately not answer.

The room and other facilities are excellent and the hotel has a nice feel to it, but it was all let down by the terrible check-in. One person with a laptop at a small table and no printer to hand is just not enough. The receptionist was trying her best and I felt very sorry for her, but, unfortunately, just because of his I would not currently recommend your hotel. My strong suggestion would be to get this fixed as soon as you can.

I arrived late and was checked in quickly. All the staff were friendly and helpful. The only thing I do find at this hotel is that the pillows are not very comfortable and this interfered with sleep.

In my country this hotel would be between 2.5-3. As far as I know in Swiss it's 4 (?!). Breakfasts since when I'm there are ALWAYS the same (since 2 years), in every bit! Crew very nice. Main message: quality doesn't match comparing to 'hotel stars' in my home country.

It was overall a pleasure being in your hotel. I was here for an unplanned business trip, staying also overnight unplanned. The two ladies at the reception were very kind. I was really tired when I arrived, because I got up at 3am in the morning. I explained my situation and that I have been to MIGROS to buy necessary stuff, because I had nothing with me, I was traveling with a foreign car. In my own I always have an emergency package for situation like this. Improvement: It may have helped to ask if I need something at the helpdesk. (Toothbrush, comb.) I understand that they had a big task to do in a short time, an one of them seemed to be new to the booking system. I forgot to ask for the WLAN at the reception, but was too tired to return back to the counter. I did it over my cell phone. There are possibilities to improve your business in certain points. For this, please have a look into room 140 -There are many stains on the carpet, they are quite obvious. - in the shower, there are black marks from (maybe mould and fungal attack) in the gaps between the tiles. Especially below the ceiling. - The chair at the table looks quit nice from far, but has damaged edges, it doesn’t look so nice any more from close. - The big shower head shall be cleaned in near future. This is for example something I examine 2nd in the room. No Shower, no place to be! 1st is still the bed, which was very good. - There was a black stripe on the blanket, I don’t know if another guest cleaned his shoes with the blanket? - Also chippings at the doorframes. - There was no toilet brush to clean the bowl. There were many really little things which could be fixed from a carteaker within minutes. This would lift the appearance of the room in a very short time very much. I wanna also say good things about the room: There are many electric plugs, maybe you could install also one with EU design for foreign guests? I am Swiss, I don’t care, I just think loud. I already said something about the bed The conditioner and body lotion was very nice. I took the rest with me, since you would throw away the rest. The towels were nice and clean Overall: I recognized there were many good ideas realized in that room and I also felt the feeling of care. But over the years the room got some damages, which should be checked. The hotel: The garden is marvelous, I was sitting in the dark evening enjoying the scenery. Enjoying the free welcome drink with a small bowl of nuts. About the pricing: To be honest.. My plan was to find a room around Crissier for about CHF 80 maximum. It was already late, I started the day at 03 am and I knew that I had to leave early the next day. So I didn't want to spend so much. Especially the CHF 25 for the breakfast was much, since I normally only drink a coffee and eat a bread with butter and marmelade. I decided to drink another coffee. Maybe there is a possibility for ones like me to have the alternative for a coffee and croissant. At the end it was a nice stay and I think I would come again.

« Ok stay but room for improvement »

Checked in using the Web and still things had to be done when arriving, I expected just a key pickup. The room was way too hot ( the whole hotel was too hot ) and the airconditioning did not work, for me this would be a reason not to return to your hotel I used key drop during checkout because the wait time was too long, as a result I got an incorrect bill in my email. ( must say, it was corrected in one phone-call )

« Chose it for 2 reasons: free parking and fitness room. Neither were available! »

Ridiculous for such an out of the way hotel to charge 12 ChF for parking! Even worse to decide to refurbish the fitness room during Easter holidays. It didn't get done on time (30/3 put off to 5/4). No surprise there. Who's going to work during Easter? Do it after. Other than a clogged sink and no shower gel until I asked for it, it was ok. But if they persist with parking fees I'm going to a more central hotel next time
