Nice hotel, and nice ambiance in general nice people Service really not great. Apart from the maintenance manager who came to my room when I arrived (there was a small issue) none of my complaints have been addressed or responded to The lady that checked me out was really great (she was kind, competent, understanding), but after all she is just working at the Front Desk....the person that supported her, had very little interest in her (and my) concerns. I still await my final bill.

« Overall very good, great service, amazing staff room could use an update »

I enjoyed many things about my stay: The pool area and the staff (Mr. Khadime is very nice) Love that there is a show almost everyone night Great service and staff Bar and bar area are very nice There were only a few issues such as: -Rooms were a bit outdated -Internet was at time quite slow and the passwords provided by reception lasted only 6 days (I stayed for 6 weeks) -hotel taxis are very expensive

« Couldn’t be better... »

I forgot my perfume, watch and iPhone charger in my hotel room. Few days later, I called the hotel to check if they have found my belongings. I got the reception desk and they promised to call me back or email on the status of my belongings. Till today, no feedback... nothing. Very disappointing. Even if my belongings were not find, a call or email would have been sufficient, just to let me know that they cared....pffff

« Nice staff and stay was fine except for a couple of glitches. »

Clean room, nice staff, but there's no gym and that is the main reason why I need to stay in the Pullman instead of the Novotel. That is the main item missing at the Novotel! In addition the front desk would not take off TVA as they are supposed to for US Embassy clients. We really appreciated the help of the reservations team in moving us to the Pulllman. At the Pullman there was no problem with them doing the TVA exoneration correctly. Thanks!

Please see to it that during breakfast someone keeps track of the availability of different foods on offer. Often there were no fruits and it is difficult to wait when you are in a hurry.

« It was fine, but the quality of the rooms should be improved. »

My room had carpet that was stained, which is just not nice to look at and leads one to question the overall cleanliness of the room. Strange that there was no mini-bar as well. The bath linens should also include a washcloth. There was only a small hand towel and large bath towel. The air conditioning was not very effective - my room felt warm at night. I'd have to turn it up manually each evening. The breakfast and meals were lovely. One small note - the bacon served at breakfast was consistently under-cooked.

Well-organised hotel with a reasonable restaurant (a tad pricey for what it is). Rooms are usually spacious. TV is limited in terms of languages and films.

It was good environment to stay , from the reception all the way to bar tenders, the shared on common thing- welcoming smile that made me feel at home and felt very welcome. Very friendly staff, good service. I was chocked when my husband, who is black, was stopped by security when we were walking to the elevators to go to our room. The security guard claimed he had to make sure the white people were save!

- Asked for airport pick up to be arranged on arrival with booking : Nothing happened I took Taxi - Booked for a car to go back to airport a 5h20 am : not booked, had to join other guests in their own car ? - Air Conditionned in the room not working .... maintenance issue for sure - Lunch buffet on the 2nd of August very poor - Front desk staff insisting on guest mistake while they did not make the airport car booking ?....... - Next time I should go to Ibis next door... better price & may be better service !

The stay was beyond expectation, one would expect a decent service from a Novotel establishment but to be honest the service, the welcoming staff and the personal care given the GM personally makes you feel like the only guest present while the hotel was fully booked.
