Hotel needs refurbishment: carpets in corridors and rooms had stains. Toilet was not very clean.

The rooms were big and comfortable. The breakfast selection was very good. The internet was good, enabled a lot of meetings and calls Only downside was the music/bands on some evenings. Very loud especially Friday and Saturday and for those with rooms facing the ocean the noise was rather high

Check-in was nice and smooth, but the room was smelly and the carpet was in urgent need of replacement. Just look at the door outside of room 752! The food is ok but not very tasty and the outside tables were full of bird droppings when I tried to relax there in the morning. Clearly a lack of customer focus and lack of building management commitment. It was not worth the money I paid. This was not a business trip. I paid it with my own money and would not do it again. Very disapponted

No issues faced with quick check in and check out. Was surprised though to find the rate at the hotel counter was lower than what I had paid by 5000 Fcfa.

Staff in an international hotel could not speak English and i was overcharged on food unfairly. There was cheaper food available but staff only marketed the more expensive buffet.

Staff were courteous. WiFi connection was very good. Food was fresh and good. Well cooked. There was variety from vegetarian to meat lovers. However the single beds joined together was not good for me. Room was clean to expectation. The receiption were very good and cooperative in man respects
