On arriving I was told I was getting an upgrade and all of that for which I thanked the receptionist. On going to my room I was nearly physically sick as when I entered the room it smelt heavily of Cigarettes. I went back to the reception and asked whether I had been given a smoking room. The lady offered me another room as there was no way I would sleep in the original room. When I came to the reception today the chap on duty was first astounded when I told him my room number (I was checking if I had late check out) as he had me down in original room. I wonder to this moment why there was such a heavy smell of cigarettes if it was not a smoking room. Even if the last guest disobeyed the rules and smoked surely the cleaning staff woukd have noticed when preparing the room for my arrival.

« Great hotel, great stay »

It was my second visit in this hotel, the customer service in very high standard, hotel and room clean, quiet and nice. Cleaning service in high standard, breakfast - high quality food and different food choices, bar area - great service, very polite and help full service (especially Mrs Wanda) The only concern I have that the parking should be free of charge for hotel guests. I diffidently will come back to this hotel.

toilettary supplies do not come on time, sometimes bed is not properly made, receptionists are often unavailable, the worst thing is there is NO FRIDGE at all plus noises all the time from other floors and neighbooring rooms.

« Good rooms and friendly staff, but details need improvement »

There was a long queue on check-in, it felt like the reception was understaffed (though one look at the reservation calendar should tell you that quite a few people are checking in that day). Rooms were great, I enjoyed the fact that the TV screens supported Miracast. Only problem was that once it got connected, an "OK" field was displayed on top of the screen and you could not get it away except for through turning off the TV for a full 10 minutes. Water pressure in the shower was great, but the cabin could use a door. We had a constantly wet floor. Service in the restaurant was good, but the food was mediocre and the price-performance ratio was not great. Both the official homepage and the presentations on other online booking websites led me to believe that parking would be free which it is not. The parking system was a bit stupid (had to ask for a voucher at the reception every time you wanted to leave the parking site). The parking site was big though and gave me a feeling that the car would be safe there. What does 0,00 PLN for super-early breakfast starting at 4 am mean? Free? Anyway I was not able to get up early enough. Noise reduction of the rooms could be improved. Receptionists spoke good English and were very attentive, we enjoyed this.

« good room but improve the service »

Extremely positive: quiet and clean room, good food and food service. Negative: I come late to the client 2 times. 1st morning: delay to leave parking because it was not possible to get ticket due to non functioning PC (finally the deck lady took the key and opened the gate manually) 2nd morning: 20 minutes delay to waiting for check-out. Only one person on the deck during the morning peak. When any issue with the payment (previous client) then all is blocked.

The initial experience of check-in was wonderful, however we realised later in the day that there wer'nt pillow covers for additional pillows in the cupboard, there was no coffee creamer or ample sugar capsules and 1 coffee sachete when 2 people were checked in. The next day we realised that the hair dryer was not working half way through getting ready and embarassingly having to asking house keeping to get one via the reception because they dint answer the phone. The receptionsit did ask us about our experience when we were leaving and offered a take away coffee as a compliment and apology, but I do honestly believe there is a very large scope of giving better service to a guest at the hotel rather than making up for it later.

Good hotel if you don't need to be in city center. Need to be more accurate on the invoices, (date of check out indicated was same as date of check in). Large but expensive car park (like in most hotels in Poland anyway)

« Ok for the room, so-so for the dinner »

Main point is dealing with the main course : Pasta sauce Chanterelles The "S" would suggest the plural, while the quantity of Chanterrelles did not even achive 1... Not bad, but disappointing. It seems that the receipe was made by a finance manager, that even can't count till 1, not by a chef. Let's add that the service was OK, but could take time during the dinner to come sometimes to visitcustomers and ask if everything is OK. In my case, I would have changed my plate and took a sandwich. I cmade a claim to your cook, that kindly proposed to offer us the desert. I appreciated but declined the offer. When I will need just to refill my stomach I may return to your "restaurant", but even though, I will avoid it. and when I will wish to have dinner, I will go somewhere else. In summary, your know how to offer rooms is OK, remain on that area, that is your field of expertise.
