No negative remarks, except that the restaurant is not open weekend nights, but there are restaurants in the vicinity. Staff are very helpful.

Overall stay was good, conveniently located in the city of Linz. The free parking was a big bonus, and the hotel offers very good buffet breakfast.

« Very nice and quiet hotel »

Looking for a hotel in Linz this is well located unless you really require walking to the centre. The tram takes you to the train station and downtown in few minutes. Amenities include gym (which is not clear from the website), outdoor pool and sauna. Staff is very friendly. Large parking lot.

« Helpful staff, poor disabled acces »

Very nice staff especially at reception, nice hotel, clean and comfortable rooms. BUT! disabled room only consisted of wider door into bathroom. Shower totally unsuitable for person with limted mobility, shower tray above floor level and no other provisions or space for carer to attend. However, bed was on legs and not usual divan, so our portable hoist could be used to get disabled son into bed.

Air condition couldn't adjust in the room. Pillows are quite uncomfortable and not as in other IBIS hotels. Drainage of water in bathroom was very bad.

Staff is very friendly. The building is no not i a good shape and the acoustic (nosie from the floor, outside and other gues using the room and bathroom) is not on the standard level of my IBIS experience.

beautiful hotel, spacious room, quiet, pleasant breakfast - but nothing out of the IBIS ordinary offerings - , but strange unusual night time service unlike any other IBIS hotel I have been to ..... hundreds over the decades. I arrived very late, 1 am, received my ACCOR Gold member welcome drink coupon, and exhausted from a 800 km drive I asked the night clerk to get me a glass of beer with my coupon. He insisted on cash payment or room charge, the welcome coupon is not valid during the night, I was told. Nonsense, every IBIS accepts them 24 hours. I had to leave early in the morning, so what is the use of such a welcome coupon in the Linz Ibis Styles hotel? My bathroom was a big disappointment - the toilet blocked upon my arrival. When I tried to flush repeatedly, even more feces started to block the toilet even worse. Bad smell, bad feeling, fear of using the toilet. Similarly, I looked forward to the bath tub this hotel offers - unlike all other IBIS hotels - but it was impossible to take a bath because the outflow blocker was broken, so a shower it remained. Otherwise lovely room. Next time, I will happily return to the IBIS Center near the train station, where I never had problems over many years.
