Breda center is as a little Amsterdam , lovely to be in family. All services ok in the Novotel full better and shiper as in Amsterdam city. Visit the center, but careful the shop close at 17 or 17.30.

I found a nice and cosy hotel in Breda. The staff is friendly, the rooms quiet and propper. The restaurant dishes are tastefull. A good place to relax and even a good place to work with functional working desk and good Wifi connection.

We have now stayed at Novotel Breda a couple of times, the rooms are OK but the restaurant leaves a lot to be desired, service is ultra slow and not very attentive servers during dinner, took 50 min to get served a ceasar salad, breakfast food cold (scrambled eggs). We will give this hotel a miss for a while

We stayed at your hotel Novotel Breda for two nights and when I arrived on Friday we was help by one of your member of staff name amber sonneveld she was one of the best in Custermer service you will ever gets, She hel all of us from the group she makes all of us feel very comfortable and welcome. She also take special care of the elderly, She was seen in the hotel late at night on she was back early in the morning were she was very helpful again. The hotel was reasonably good value and although I didn’t have a car, the short walk to the bus stop made getting into the city easy. Reception and bar staff were friendly and the quality of the food was good, although the portions were quite small for the price. The only disappointment was the renovation work going on at the hotel. I don’t remember this being mentioned when I made my booking for this period. The for the whole of the afternoon of my arrival, metal was being thrown out of the window below my room, making a lot of noise. The following morning at 0900, hammer drilling started, which made it impossible to hear the people I was trying to converse with in my phone and computer as part of my work. I was not woken by the noise, but it would have been more frustrating if I had been in holiday and expected to enjoy a lie in. I requested a room change due to the noise, which the staff handled in a friendly way, but WAS woken early the following morning by the radio in the corridor being used by the decorators. I hadn’t finished work until midnight, so this wasn’t ideal. Overall, the hotel was good and I understand that refurbishment has to be carried out, but I felt surrounded by the noise, despite the efforts of staff to help. I felt this could have been made clear when booking. I only stayed a couple of nights, and was relieved not to be staying longer.

« Professional reception & service, good room, excellent bed but expensive breakfast for what it offers. »

Receptionist and information provided was excellent, room is good (with innovative multi function work desk), bed was excellent. The room was rather too warm for us (though not hot), but Aircon did not seem to work. As we were very late and tired and it was not too warm, we decided to leave it and go to bed. It was a very quiet garden faced room. For the price of €17 pp for breakfast however we would have expected more choice (yoghurts, fried eggs) and service; for instance. Staff present were very friendly, but debris on the floor under tables were not cleaned, it had a messy look. Some customers waited in vain to be seated (as was requested by means of a sign) and made their own way rather frustrated for the loss of time. Check out was again smooth and excellent.

Clean and comfortable. Checkin went good. Breakfast was great, as usual in this hotel. During Check-In, the woman mentioned that the invoice would be sent by email...until today, I haven’t received it yet (2nd time this happens)

When I arrived at the desk I have asked for a complimentary late checkout as I am a silver member. The customer support representative at first said that I had to pay extra as that is the standard process. Apparently, he wasn't aware of this benefit some AccorHotels loyalty program members have. As a member the last thing I want to hear that I have to pay for a service which I should in fact receive this as a thank you for my loyalty. This also happened before at another AccorHotel hotel (don't remember which) where I had to ask for a voucher for a free drink. If they customer support representative doesn't offer you these benefits, as a customer you get the feeling they want you to prevent you of using these services by just neglecting them and having you telling them what your benefits are.

« Family break. Building work very noisy no ed rooms twice no better »

Asked for a quite room as travelling through the night with children. However unaware the hotel was undergoing major building and maintainance works. Very noisy. Asked for a change of room but neither choice made a difference. Rooms a little on the small side. Have stayed in bigger at Novotel. Outdoor swimming pool not accessible. Should advertise on website when the pool will be available. On the up breakfast was good. Will not be staying here again.
