The hotel is shabby, the food was of a poor standard, the heating of the room inadequate, generally poor - for example - why was there only on bottle of water in a room booked for two people? Breakfast was no acceptable - bad service and cold "hot" food.

« Cold hotel, poor service, shoddy room. Not what is to be expected from novotel. »

The receptionist was good and helpful. The room was shoddy and we could not get the temperature to increase. Why was there only one bottle of water in a room booked for 2 people. Sound on the TV made it impossible. The food at dinner was dreadful. At breakfast the staff were more concerned with clearing up that serving guests - why serve scrambled eggs that had been cooked hours before and were cold

If you need to spend a night somewhere during your trip it is a perfect place. Located next to the highway, easy to find with a free parking. The breakfast has a nice selection and you enjoy it looking at the garden.

We really enjoy the cozy home atmosphere. The free parking is an excellent option and is just next to the highway, so it makes is so easy to find. The breakfast has good selection and you consume it enjoying garden view.

The hotel was fine with all the necessaries amenities. the experience in the restaurant was not satisfactory. I had order fish and it was good, till it got to a portion that was uncooked, that in its whole was not a problem I would normally moan about but it is the response.

« good breakfast, but lacking in hygiene and reception friendliness »

The reception lady was not very welcoming or accomodating. We found the hotel not very clean. The sides of the hall way carpet were stained and very dusted. Also quite a lot of dust in the hotel room and the toilet had a faint urine smell. We already changed rooms because of the noisy circulation of the kitchen airing system (not sure how to describe this in English) so didn't ask to change again, did not want to be a pain in the #$%. The service of letting the kids stay in the room for free is great of course, however the provided sleeping sofa was not very comfortable. The matrass springs and railing was clearly felt through the matrass. I guess it's time for a refurbish? This was already a 'premium room'. We did like the bathroom, separate toilet and soaps etc provided. The breakfast was also of good quality. Quite early finish though for a family holiday (9.30h)

I made the hotel reservation for this night by telephone. My information was already in the system as I already had another reservation in the system for Jan 2, 2018. I called a second time to confirm the reservation as I did not get a confirmation via email. The frontdesk confirmed me during this phone call that everything was ok. I was very angry when I wanted to check in the next day when they told me at the frontdesk that they did not held the room for me. They finally found a room for me but I wasn't very pleased with the employee from the day before that made the reservation telling me that everything was ok.

Usually stay for work, this was a holiday booking with my family, the recptionist was rude on check in and had no information as to the request that we has made with the booking and decided to argue with me infront of my family and another guess who was also waiting to check in, resteraunt was also closed and no one had bothered to information us despite being booked in for more than a month in advance, very poor

« I was very happy with the clean room and the nice bed. »

The overall service was very good. Very friendly staff. Only the lunch on the 7th was a little less ok. Not enough fish in stock or something like that... But the meal quality was excellent! I also enjoyed my night sleep very much.
