Booked hotel via my Accor account. Booking did not get to the hotel, checking took 15mins while they tried to find my booking. Also on check they had trouble doing my bill, 10mins to produce. Clearly you have an issue with bookings getting from the accor account into the hotel. It was lucky they still had rooms. Not good needs resolving quickly, will think twice before booking through my Accor account.

We enjoyed staying at the hotel which I have used twice before to attend medical conferences at the nearby conference centre.On this occasion with my wife,elder daughter and sister in law we spent a quiet night in comfortable rooms and after a good breakfast headed to the Rijksmuseum to view the Rembrandt exhibition.The hotel kindly held our bags and retrieved a jacket left in the wardrobe.

Receptionist was very kind, but when I asked her colleagues about bike rental, they were quite arrogant. After checkout, I received an invoice with a wrong address. The breakfast was definitely not worth 23,50€. And what makes me most angry, a deposit on my credit card has been blocked twice (127,20 € and 189,52€ for total one night and one breakfast) and still has not been released!

I enjoyed my stay at the hotel, the staff were helpful, the room was clean. Food that I ordered was of a good standard. The room benefitted from a Safe and a Fridge as well as free Wifi. If there was anything that could do with looking at, the television had a number of channels that were not working, they needed retuning. On my first day, there was a complimentary bottle of water in the fridge but on subsequent days there was not which is strange as I payed the same amount for each night.

Too busy, not enough free time to experience... Toilet made for midgets with metal toilet roll dispenser too much in the way. Excellent breakfast though.

The ground floor public areas are ok but the bedrooms are poor. The cleaning is bad - the room was not cleaned daily and the lifts were dirty (someone had dropped food and drink in the lift and it remained there for several days

A well appointed room with nice comfy beds, a fine shower and not a bad view over the Amstelpark. We enjoyed the café downstairs where we could grab a drink and/or snack too.

The rooms where excellent. Reception very friendly. Service in restaurant slow. Ordered breakfast room service which did not arrive but I was charged.

The recently refurbished bathroom was designed with discomfort in mind! The toilet (in room 506) was placed in between the toilet roll holder and the wash basin - a normal person could not comfortably sit on the toilet as you would be "poked" by the toilet roll holder & the wash basin. My initial bill was done up wrong - the hotel wanted to charge me with 3 days parking whereas I only stayed 2 nights. if I didn't check the invoice and deposited the room key in the express box as you suggested by email sent the last evening of my stay, I would have had the inconvenience of starting a claim procedure from Ireland and explain the case by phone as your company would have debited my company credit card for an additional 22 euro. More importantly - I know it's additional revenue but where is the customer service for people staying in your hotel who drive "long" distances and need to park their car. You could adapt a system whereby hotel guests could get car park tickets for free parking and safeguard your parking spaces from being used by surrounded companies who might use your parking facilities also.

We always make sure to check the invoices of the guests before we send out the final invoice. Unfortunately in your case this was not done correctly and we thank you for checking this before you checked out. Regarding the parking and the prices of the parking. Unfortunately the space in Amsterdam and it surroundings is running out and there for parking is not free anymore. The idea of giving our guests an advantage is something we are currently doing with the prices that we ask from our guests. The surrounding prices of parking are starting from €58 euro's per night and are going up. The price we charge at this moment is €29,50 per 24 hours. We hope you still enjoyed your time in Amsterdam and we would love to welcome you back and show you that we take our feedback form guests serious.
