Arrived late and got straight into our room without any problems. In the morning we were leaving fairly early and had a nice breakfast of poached eggs on toast. All staff were very pleasant and helpful. Room was clean and welcoming. We were very pleased with our stay and will be back.

Easy to find just off motorway.Very clean fresh hotel with exceptional staff in all areas; booking in,room service,breakfast and booking out.Good choice of food for room service and breakfast.Only downside was a noisy AC unit in our room, but still did not spoil our stay.

The stay at the hotel was fine, but a few things need sorting. Evening meal was told at the desk on book in, that the restaurant was open until 10pm. We had booked an evening meal went to eat at 9pm only to find out we could only eat immediately in front of the bar as the restaurant area was closed. Worse still there was a wedding reception on in an adjoining room and people attending the function kept wondering into the bar area for drinks whilst we were eating. Breakfast which we had also booked was an absolute shambles, when arriving inn the restaurant area I asked one of the staff for poached eggs, after waiting 10 minutes for the eggs that had not arrived we asked again and were given the eggs which had obviously been prepared when originally asked for and were now hard. Then on to the self service counter for the rest of the breakfast items. The person before me took the last sausage so I again looked for the attention of one of the staff and informed her there was no sausage. She then went into the kitchen to relay this message. After waiting a further 5 minutes the bacon ran out, I also noticed that two dishes supposedly filled with sauce were both empty, once again I told a staff member about the lack of bacon and sauce, the sauce dished were promptly filled and returned to the counter. After a further 5 minutes the bacon was replenished. No sign of the sausage that had been asked for. Another 2 or 3 minutes and a member of staff arrived out of the kitchen area only to tell the 5 people who were waiting at the counter sorry but there is no sausage. So after waiting in total around 20 minutes for my food my eggs were cold and I ended up with an incomplete breakfast. There was not a single staff member monitoring the breakfast bar to ensure that the food was ready for when the guests eating breakfast wanted it. (keeping it topped up) It was left unattended for the entire time I was in the dinning area. This in my opinion is an unacceptable level of service.

The room was very comfortable, clean and had air conditioning which was needed as weather was so hot. It was very noisy at times though. Woke us up at night. Shower was great, bathroom was clean and modern.

Easy check in, with pleasant staff. Room was clean and set up for the family, clean sheets, great shower. We stayed for 2 nights with dinner on first night which was really good, My only disappointment was, which is minor in reality was only 2 cups and condiments were not refreshed on 2nd day.

Overall the room was comfortable; however the air conditioning unit which I'd switched off as it was noisy, came on twice in the night and woke me up once at 2.00am and once at 6.00am.
