The reception- and bar staff is always very, very positive and helpful. This time, however, there was no bottle opener in the room, no peanuts in the bar.. small things but nice to have. Let´s see how it is today when I arrive at the htoel again

Arrived on a motorcycle tour solo rider. Welcome and departure were both extremely friendly and professional. Room was clean and comfortable Breakfast was unrushed and more than ample - Breakfast staff should be praised for handling a difficult tour party with professionalism. The bar was never manned otherwise I would have had a coffee and drink on terrace in the evening, I guess this is hotel policy. The young man who checked me out was very informative and helpful for my onward journey - Thankyou. Andi

We are travelling around Europe for 3 months and so are trying to keep the costs down. We’ve stayed in a number of Ibis but thought we’d ‘treat’ ourselves here. To be honest, for a lot more money we thought we had hardly any better experience. The hotel is ‘out of town’ and we ate at a chain restaurant opposite on the first night. This seemed to upset my partner’s stomach and he is still not right a week later. The cost of breakfast seemed exorbitant - 28Euros pp when we’d had a lovely breakfast at a bakery attached to our accommodation for only 6.50 Euros the day before. Needless to say, for £100 for 2 nights for us both, we have it a miss. It is half that tonight at the Inis. I wonder if the Mercure’s is more than twice as good - I doubt it. The room was adequate and ha date advantage of a fridge and a kettle, but that was about it. We did have car parking at 11 Euros per night. I think we’ll still with the Ibis in future.

Hotel stay was ok, room was good, breakfast was also nice. Front desk (reception) was below expectation. Wrong information was given when breakfast starts. On Saturday morning we could not have breakfast in time however we needed to go to the airport. In addition we had problem with payment. The room was prepaid and I showed the bank confirmation but the lady at the front desk did not see in her system(and did not seem enough careful...) so I neded to pay it again. It was 10 days ago and I got an email that they recognize their failure but till now I did not get my money back.

As Christmas time in Nürnberg is busy it’s difficult to find something nearby. Mercure Fuerth is not bad option but... - during our stay it was refurbish work done even Sunday! No info during booking on Accor app. - we’ve been very pleased desk guy gave us early room but did not say I will be charge for it later... Defienietly need customer care improvements.

Located nearby A73 which saves time in the morning to get out to the office. Quite place and a park in a walking distance. Pretty rooms and even renovated now. And loud "house keeping!" in the morning. Even if on your door there is a "please do not disturb" you will hear all the cleaning ladies shouting loud to neighbor doors that "cleaning is coming" at 8-9 in the morning. I know working day starts early, I know it is Germany. But please, let them clean the room after lunch if the room is still in use and not being prepared for a new guest.

The reception was quick and friendly, the room was OK too. The bar service was nonchalant to unfriendly and our free drinks were tiny; the selection of drinks was small there was no red Martini for instance. The restaurant many was very comprehensive. For instance there were no real starters, we could only choose a soup or a salad. Other courses were also very limited. For our main course we got only meat and French fries; no vegetables or make up salad were provided. We feared the worst for breakfast, but that was up to standard. I did not like the parking fee either. There was a time when there was free parking in the Novotel grounds when yoe were a guest.

Having o Booked in advance requesting one double and one twin then reconfirming this for your express check in to find on one arrival we had two doubles. It was sorted but disappointing having stayed here 12 times I find the cost of parking an issue especially as the cost took us over the 200 euro limit preventing express Checkout! So what a waste of my time completing the express checkout forms

We had a very good stay. Staff were very polite and helpful and spoke good English. The room was nice. Restauarant menu was a bit limited as was the choice of red wine. We weren't happy to be charged 11€ for parking.
